00:07the next few days, gradually shifting a little bit farther south each day. Tuesday's greatest risk of severe weather will
00:14include places like Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Charleston, West Virginia, damaging winds, isolated tornado threats, but flash flooding are our main
00:23concerns. The flash flood threat is going to escalate through the next several days because we're going to see additional
00:28heavy thunderstorms just
00:29generally take a similar path. Again, a subtle shift southward with additional storms into midweek, but it's going to be
00:36a nasty time and in that hilly terrain, especially into parts of southeast Ohio, West Virginia, flash flooding will be
00:42an escalating concern. Wednesday, severe risk area is primarily south of interstate 70, including a big chunk of Kentucky, again,
00:49West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina as well. Some parts of the Midwest will be in on that as well.
00:54Wednesday, some of the heavy thunderstorms will lead to an escalating flash flood threat, especially in West Virginia.
00:59Some areas will see between four and eight inches of rain, significant flash flooding, road washouts, all big concerns. If
