00:00There's far more thunderstorm action farther south, south of I-44, down into areas between Eminence and Houston, Missouri,
00:07south of Salem, Missouri, into the northern part of the Ozark Plateau.
00:10Numerous thunderstorms are on the map here into parts of northwest Missouri, northeast Kansas, near Lewisburg,
00:16maybe a little north of Lewisburg, into Olathe and Overland Park, Kansas,
00:19and then up into other parts of Illinois and northwest Indiana.
00:23We've been watching some thunderstorms move through the Chicago area that are now making a little more noise in Indiana
00:30real estate,
00:30near Indiana dunes, and approaching southwest Michigan.
00:34So there is a risk for severe storms that is kind of draped across parts of the central plains
00:39and into Missouri and western parts of Illinois this evening and tonight.
00:43We're most concerned about damaging wind.
00:45There could be some hail and localized flash flooding.
00:47So in the dark green zone, numerous thunderstorms are out there.
00:50We've got a pocket of these in northwest Indiana right now.
00:53More into Missouri.
00:55Others, there's some showers in St. Louis, but some heavier storms may break out near St. Joseph
00:59and north of Kansas City this evening and tonight.
01:02We'll see more activity in the eastern part of that region on Thursday in Illinois and parts of southern Michigan.
01:09And then into Friday, more Ohio Valley thunderstorms.
01:12And there's another disturbance that will spark some storms up into the upper Midwest,
01:16and some of these could be severe from Waterloo, Iowa, to southeast parts of the state of Minnesota.
01:23There near Rochester, and across into La Crosse, Wisconsin, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, Houghton, Marquette,
01:30into other areas here like Rhinelander as well, into the north woods of Wisconsin.
01:34So as we look at Saturday here, we kind of trade the stormy weather in the upper Midwest,
01:39and what an improvement from Friday's storms to Saturday's sunshine.
01:43Gorgeous lake weather for our friends capitalizing on kind of an early August weekend there on Lake Superior.

01:51We'll have scattered storms into parts of Nebraska.
01:54And still, the Ohio Valley, you're still locked into these storms.
01:56So as we look at the Ohio Valley here on Saturday, stormy times, Charleston, Pittsburgh.

02:03Buffalo will see scattered storms.

02:06Still warm and humid in New York, but this is about what you might expect.
