00:01Sexual thoughts are an absolutely normal biological, psychological, emotional
00:08phenomena. They do not harm your studies. But what harms your studies is
00:14misconceptions around sex, fears around sex. If you have incomplete information
00:19about sex, if you feel very scared of that, if you feel very much conflicted
00:25with sex, then you start getting obsessed with sex and that is what harms your studies.
00:32If you have the correct information and if you have adequate resources to
00:37experience and control and modulate these urges, then you would not face a problem.
