00:02Homosexuality is inbuilt and biological.
00:06There are many animal species also which show homosexual behaviour.
00:11And homosexuality is not a matter of choice.
00:14If you are gay, it means that your system from within is like that.
00:20Therefore, what you need to understand is that it's not your own personal choice.
00:24It's not your fault.
00:27The second thing that you need to understand is that for many people,
00:33sexuality is not rigidly divided into whether they are gay or whether they are straight
00:38but it exists on a continuum.
00:41So some people are straight, some people are gay and some people are bisexual.
00:45So it's a continuum and therefore homosexuality exists on that very continuum
00:53and therefore it is not an abnormal thing.
00:55But what makes people fearful about homosexuality is that currently our culture does not accept homosexuality.
01:04The moment people know that you are gay, they look at you as if there is something wrong with you.
01:12So what you need to really do is to constantly tell yourself that if you are gay, that's absolutely normal.
01:20It's nothing to be ashamed of.
01:22It's how you are.
01:24It's the way you are.
01:25And that you can live your life happily by being gay.
