00:06O Lord, open our lips, and our mouths shall sing your praise.
00:13O God, make speed to save us. O Lord, make haste to help us.
00:22Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
00:26as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
00:36Let us praise the Lord. The Lord's name be praised.
00:45I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth,
00:51of all things visible and invisible.
00:56I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God,
01:01born of the Father before all ages.
01:05God from God, light from light, true God from true God,
01:11begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father.
01:16Through him all things were made.
01:19For us men, and for our salvation, he came down from heaven,
01:24and by the Holy Spirit, was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
01:31For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
01:35He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day,
01:40in accordance with the Scriptures.
01:42He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
01:48He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
01:52and his kingdom will have no end.
01:55I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
02:00who proceeds from the Father,
02:02who with the Father and the Son,
02:04is adored and glorified,
02:07who has spoken through the prophets.
02:10I believe in one holy, catholic and apostolic church.
02:14I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins,
02:19and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead,
02:22and the life of the world to come.
02:26Amen.
02:29The Lord be with you,
02:32and also with you.
02:35Let us pray.
02:38Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:41Christ, have mercy upon us.
02:44Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:49Our Father in heaven,
02:52holy is your name.
02:54Your kingdom come.
02:56Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
03:01Give us today our daily bread,
03:04and forgive us our trespasses,
03:07as we forgive those who trespass against us.
03:12Do not allow us to fall into temptation,
03:16but deliver us from every evil.
03:19Amen.
03:23O Lord, have mercy upon us,
03:26and grant us your salvation.
03:31Bless your ministers with righteousness,
03:34and make your chosen people joyful.
03:40O Lord, save your people,
03:43and bless your inheritance.
03:47Give peace in our time, O Lord,
03:50because there is none other that fights for it,
03:53but only you, O God.
03:57O God, make clean our hearts within us.
04:02Do not take your Holy Spirit from us.
04:07Amen.
04:11The book of Ecclesiastes, chapter 12.
04:16Let your mind be turned to your Maker
04:18in the days of your strength,
04:20when the evil days come not,
04:22and the years are far away when you will say,
04:24I have no pleasure in them.
04:27While the sun, or the light,
04:28or the moon, or the stars are not dark,
04:31and the clouds come not back after the rain.
04:36In the day when the keepers of the house are shaking for fear,
04:39and the strong men are bent down,
04:42and the women who are crushing the grain are at rest because their number is small,
04:47and those looking from the windows are unable to see,
04:51when the doors are shut in the street,
04:54and the sound of crushing is low.
04:57The voice of the bird is soft,
04:59and the daughters of music will be made low.
05:03He is in fear of that which is high,
05:06and danger is in the road.
05:07The tree is white with flower.
05:10The least thing is a weight.
05:12Desire is at an end,
05:14because man goes to his last resting place,
05:18and those who are sorrowing are in the streets.
05:22Before ever the silver cord is cut,
05:24or the vessel of gold is broken,
05:27or the pot is broken at the fountain,
05:30or the wheel broken at the waterhole,
05:32the dust goes back to the earth as it was,
05:36and the spirit goes back to God who gave it.
05:41All things are to no purpose,
05:43says the preacher,
05:44all is to no purpose.
05:47Because the preacher was wise,
05:48he still gave the people knowledge,
05:51searching, testing,
05:52and putting in order a great number of wise sayings.
05:57The preacher made search for words which were pleasing,
06:01but his writing was in words upright and true.
06:05The words of the wise are pointed,
06:07and sayings grouped together,
06:09are like nails fixed with a hammer.
06:11They are driven by one guide.
06:15Further, my son, take note of this.
06:17Of the making of books there is no end,
06:20and much learning is a weariness to the flesh.
06:25This is the last word.
06:26All has been said.
06:28Have fear of God and keep his laws,
06:31because this is right for every man.
06:34God will be judge of every work,
06:37with every secret thing,
06:39good or evil.
06:42This is the word of the Lord.
06:45Thanks be to God.
06:53God will be judge of every man.
06:59God will be judge of every man.
07:06God will be judge of every man.
07:11God will be judge of every man.
07:12God will be judge of every man.
07:15God will be judge of every man.
07:15God will be judge of every man.
07:15God will be judge of every man.
07:15God will be judge of every man.
07:18God will be judge of every man.

13:23I said I will take heed to my ways,
13:30that I'll thank God in my tongue.
13:35I will keep my mouth as it were with a cry,
13:44while your body is in my sight.
13:52I held my tongue and spake nothing,
13:58I kept silence even from good words,
14:05but it was pain and grief to me.
14:13My heart was haunting me,
14:17and while I was looking at the tree,
14:27and at the last I stayed with my tongue.
14:37Oh, let me know my head, and the cover of my days,
14:45that I may be served in thy tone,
14:50and I have to live.
14:55Behold, thou hast made my days as it were,
15:00but stand on,
15:03or am I.
15:05I am so,
15:05and I am so,
15:06and my name is even as loving in present of me,
15:11And where he will live in his all-to-year-old family's dream.
15:24War and war he'll be the great shadow,
15:29And his quiet he'll himself be willing.
15:37He'll winters and camels, and who shall gather.
15:47But now, Lord, what is my hope?
15:54Slowly, by the way, see the real way.
24:52And should he fly upon me, fly upon me.
24:58Let, O God, that seek me be joyful and glad in me.
25:07And let such as love thy salvation save the way the Lord be great.
25:16As for me, I am not ready, but the Lord can't for me.
25:32Thou art my helper and redeemer, make no tangible my love.
25:48Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost.
26:00As he's lost in the beginning, his life never shall be, all without end.
26:17Amen.
26:29The Epistle to the Romans, Chapter 8
26:35For this cause, those who are in Christ Jesus will not be judged as sinners.
26:39For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin
26:45and death.
26:46For what the law was not able to do, because it was feeble through the flesh,
26:51God, sending his Son in the image of the evil flesh, and as an offering for sin,
26:57gave his decision against sin in the flesh,
27:00so that what was ordered by the law might be done in us,
27:03who are living not in the way of the flesh, but in the way of the Spirit.
27:09For those who live in the way of the flesh give their minds to the things of the flesh,
27:13but those who go in the way of the Spirit to the things of the Spirit.
27:18For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace,
27:24because the mind of the flesh is opposite to God.
27:28It is not under the law of God, and is not able to be,
27:32so that those who are in the flesh are not able to give pleasure to God.
27:38You are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God is in you.
27:44But if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is not one of his.
27:49If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin,
27:53but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
27:58But if the Spirit of him who made Jesus come again from the dead is in you,
28:04he who made Jesus Christ come again from the dead will,
28:07in the same way through his Spirit, which is in you,
28:10give life to your bodies, which are now under the power of death.
28:16So then, my brothers, we are in debt not to the flesh to be living in the way of the
28:21flesh.
28:22If you go in the way of the flesh, death will come to you.
28:26But if by the Spirit you are put to death, the works of the body, you will have life.
28:33All those who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
28:38For you did not get the spirit of servants again to put you in fear.
28:42But the Spirit of sons was given to you, by which we say, Abba, Father.
28:51The Spirit is witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
28:56If we are children, we have a right to a part of the heritage,
29:00a part in the things of God, together with Christ,
29:03so that if we have a part in his pain,
29:06we will in the same way have a part in his glory.
29:11This is the word of the Lord.
29:14Thanks be to God.
29:20Collect for Peace
29:23O God, who is the author of peace and lover of concord,
29:28in knowledge of whom stands our eternal life,
29:31whose service is perfect freedom,
29:34defend us, your humble servants,
29:37in all assaults of our enemies,
29:39that we, surely trusting in your defence,
29:43may not fear the power of any adversaries.
29:46Through the might of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
29:50Amen.
29:55Collect for our safe preservation
29:58O Lord, our Heavenly Father,
30:00almighty and everlasting God,
30:02who has safely brought us to the beginning of this day,
30:06defend us in the same with your mighty power
30:09and grant that this day we fall into no sin,
30:14neither run into any kind of danger,
30:17but that all our doings may be ordered
30:19by your governance to do always that which is righteous in your sight.
30:27Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
30:30Amen.
30:34Lord, let me accept calmly all that this day might bring me
30:39and let me devote myself completely to your sacred will.
30:44direct me and help me each hour of this day.
30:49Control my thoughts and feelings in all my deeds and words.
30:53when unpredictable circumstances arise,
30:57do not let me forget that everything comes from you.
31:03Lord Jesus, Son of God, it is better not to live than to live without you.
31:09I thank you, God, for the gift of this new day
31:12and for all the good deeds you will help me do today.
31:19Holy Spirit, help me to dedicate this day to my Lord and Saviour.
31:24Teach me to be just toward my brother and sister,
31:29never to provoke wrath or cause sorrow.
31:33Control my will and teach me to pray,
31:37to believe, to hope, to suffer,
31:40to forgive and to love.
31:43Amen.
31:48We pray for the work of your faithful servants
31:51throughout the world, Lord.
31:54Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
32:01May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
32:03the love of God,
32:05and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit
32:07be with us all today
32:09and forevermore.
32:13Amen.
