00:03Hello WA, it is Saturday the 25th of July and this is your weather update for the week ahead.
00:09There is a front moving through today and tomorrow leading to some light to moderate rainfall and
00:15some very strong wind in the area. After that passes there's a high moving over and you have
00:22a still week for the rest down in the south and again a consistent week up in the north of
00:27the
00:27state. So let's have a look at the day-by-day breakdown. Okay, this is the Sunday day rainfall
00:36accumulation about two to five mils down the corner, light showers up into the rest of the southwest.
00:45Those showers continue as it moves across onto Monday but definitely lighten and then this is
00:52the high pressure system that's moving through after and settles over the state for the next day.
00:58So this is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday is when the next system arrives for you. Very light showers and
01:07it lasts into Saturday, potentially Sunday as well. I don't have those models available for me here
01:12but it seems to pick up pace on Saturday so it's likely to move through the state
01:17Saturday into Sunday. Okay, so five to ten mils with that next system which is coming through.
01:24Let's have a quick look. This is the wind associated with this first system which is arriving
01:31tomorrow I suppose. So 63 to 90 kilometer hour gusts and then let's have a look at this Saturday system.
01:39The wind seems to arrive more on the Friday with that next system.
01:48Yep, so but nowhere near as strong so only 40 to 63 kilometers an hour and then the wind will

01:55by the Saturday. What are we doing on Sunday? Yep, it seems to settle so I think Saturday will likely

02:01the worst for the rainfall there. Okay, so that's the update. I just picked it Geraldton just to show you
02:08that it's a relatively stable week. So these are, let me move my little head, these are the showers at
02:14the start of the week 0.8, 0.2 mils so not much up in that slightly further north area
02:20and then clear
02:21and stable for the rest of the week. The lows aren't super low and they're going to be quite sunny
