00:0614 in Trinidad and Tobago. As mentioned she has played in the English netball
00:10system from age group levels through to the England Futures and England A
00:15programs but just how did the opportunity to represent TNT all come
00:19together? So it all started with a little conversation one of my friends back in
00:24the UK had just transitioned from England to Jamaica and was talking to me
00:28about the process and then I messaged Chakwanda actually because I knew her
00:32from when she played in the UK and then she put me in contact with the coaches
00:36and it kind of went from there through the selection. And the 25 year old has
00:40already answered those who doubted her fit in TNT system. People in the UK were
00:45saying oh maybe you'll have a different style you won't fit in that well but
00:48actually I landed and the next day we played a game and we won by like 20
00:52goals or something and I fitted straight in so actually it's been really nice and
00:57nice for me to see that my style complements. And while this is actually her
01:02first time in Trinidad she made her pick as to who has the best food between the
01:06Calypso Girls and the Sunshine Girls. I've been to Tobago when I was younger but
01:11never Trinidad so it was actually my first time and my dad came over with me
01:16for the first week actually because he wanted to do some exploring so we've done
01:19lots of exploring of the island and been down to Point Fortin and to lots of the
01:24beaches. I love the food. I've had a lot of Jamaican food in the past which I like
01:29but Trinidad food sorry Jamaicans is much better. I love the doubles and I've had
01:35some of the roti and I've been staying with Khalifa and her mum and Khalifa are
