Netball will be the workout over the next couple months.

As T&T's Calypso Girls are prepping for two major tournaments.

The senior women's squad has been training since the start of the year with one squad heading to the CAC Games at the start of August.

While the other will head off to Scotland on Tuesday for the Commonwealth Games.

And with the Commonwealth Games kicking off next week...we take a look at the task ahead for our Calypso Girls.

01:10game plan so we expect that these games are going to be tough um but we are trying to stay

01:45quite some time basking of course in the glory days of the 1979 and it's time that the young players
