00:22The court said the nine legal questions posed by Musa did not involve any naval issues that required determination.
00:29The decision means Musa must pay Yor the full judgment sum and RM50,000 in legal costs.
00:36Yor brought the suit in 2020 after Musa claimed she wanted to turn Malaysia into a Christian nation.
00:43Yor failed in the High Court but in January the Court of Appeal ruled in her favour.
00:48It said Musa's remarks at a UITM forum were defamatory and had subjected Yor to ridicule.
00:54The court also found no evidence that Yor's book, Becoming Hena, A Personal Journey, promoted Christianity or undermined Islam.
