00:00The Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of Federal Territories Minister Hannah Yeo in her defamation case against ex-IGP Musa Hassan.
00:09In delivering the court's unanimous judgment, Justice Azima Omar said that the High Court had erred when dismissing Yeo's suit in 2024.
00:17The appellate court also ordered Musa to pay Yeo 250,000 ringgit in damages.
00:23Yeo filed a suit in 2020 after Musa alleged that she was seeking to turn Malaysia into a Christian nation.

00:43He also claimed Yeo had written a book to make this country a Christian country.
00:48Yeo previously published an autobiography titled Becoming Hannah, a personal journey in which she describes her journey as an ordinary Malaysian woman whose life was transformed through her Christian faith, which later led her into politics.
