"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
- John 3:16
Nothing more American than Chester O. Teagarden deciding that he needed to make 102,5lb plates so that when added to an Olympic bar, it would total an even 250lb. Put these plates on a @york_barbell_official Power Bar, and your lifting will be as Americana as it can get! So, 250lb lifted 25 times via five different two hand pulls from the floor via Traditional Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Jefferson Lift (each hand taking a turn being forward) and finally Hack Lift all for 5 reps. Thankful for my Lord and my country! God Bless.
