"And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
- Philippians 2:11
Seppo Snatches started out with a 1960s York Weightlifting bar which l believe was the first Olympic Barbell designed longer so it would fit York's recently introduced Power Rack. Yes, Olympic barbells used to be 7' long instead of ~87". After a couple of sets, l added 26lb to bring the weight up to 71lb, whiiiiich made things interesting. Because l didn't have enough pop out of the bottom, l had to duck under the bar on the return. This will go away as my speed out of the bottom improves. This is such a great movement, even if done with a broomstick. Take you time starting on these and get ready for a great stretch. God Bless.
