Shoulder Reach with 54.4lb/56.2lb: 110⅓lb(50kg) total. Feels sooooo good getting the Upper Biceps, Front Delt, and the ENTIRE Pec Major firing. Don't just Curl the weight up and over as high as possible. Use EVERYTHING that ties into the front of the shoulder. Trust me, you get the groove on these and you'll do them forever. God Bless.
