Rape: There Shall be Terror Within

In Deuteronomy 32:25 God says “there shall be terror within”.  What is terror? Terror has different meanings for different people. What if you’re an 11-year-old girl? An 11-year-old girl who is looking forward to playing with her schoolmates and friends for days on end. What would terror be to an 11-year-old girl? How about deception, brutality and rape? Over and over. Your dreams of playing with your friends for days on end are now shattered forever. Would that be a terror to you if you were an 11-year-old girl? That’s what’s happening to thousands of young, poor, forgotten girls across countries in the world every day. By whom you might ask? There are reports documenting these atrocities by migrants to European countries which come from the Muslim dominated nations in the Middle East and North Africa. But don’t worry, you say. The government will crack down on the evil doers and put an end to the madness. Really? Are you sure? Have you looked into it? Did France arrest a woman for telling the truth about migrant raping of women? Why is this happening? Does the Bible prophesy rape and increased brutality for the last days? Is that part of why there are all these horrific terrors coming on the world now? Does the Bible show that this will end during the millennial reign of Jesus in the coming Kingdom of God? 00:03Greetings, friends. This is Steve Dupuy for the Bible News Prophecy Program with Dr. Bob Thiel,

00:09bringing you news and analysis of world events in light of Bible prophecy. Dr. Thiel, can you

00:16tell me anything about the reports of rape in the UK and elsewhere in Europe? Yes. It's been

00:23hitting the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe in the form of massive increases of rape

00:28of women by immigrants, often with Islamic ties. Here's a headline from two days ago,

00:34The Rape Gang Crisis, How the UK Betrayed Its Own People. The Rotherham Rape Gang Scandal

00:41Exposed a Profound Civilization Betrayal at the Heart of Modern Britain. Between the late 1980s

00:48and 2013, approximately 1,400 white British girls, many as young as 11, from working-class families

00:56were systematically groomed, gang-raped, trafficked, and subjected to unimaginable brutality

01:02in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Perpetrators are overwhelmingly men of Pakistani Muslim heritage

01:09operating in tightly organized grooming gangs. They preyed on vulnerable Native girls using

01:16alcohol, drugs, and false promises of affection to lure them in before passing them around for repeated

01:21sexual violence that frequently involved extreme physical cruelty. The victims suffered pregnancies,

01:29forced abortions, miscarriages, and lifelong sexually transmitted diseases. To the abusers,

01:35these girls were nothing more than easy meat.

01:40To say that's disgusting is to put it mildly. Is Rotherham the only place in Britain that this is occurring?

01:49Now, getting back to the news report, it says it's not an isolated outbreak of crime, but a case of

01:56institutional complicity. They say that officers dismissed traumatized schoolgirls, while senior

02:05officials prioritized, quote, community relations and suppressed reports that highlighted organized

02:12South Asian grooming networks, all to avoid the accusation of racism.

02:18Whistleblowers were intimidated, marginalized, or silenced. In the end, political correctness and

02:24bureaucratic self-preservation mattered more than the safety of Native children.

02:29The same disturbing pattern repeated across dozens of other towns.

02:36The Rape Gang Report, published by Restored Britain MP Rupert Lowe, estimates that at least 250,000 mainly

02:45white British girls have been victimized nationwide since the 1950s. Time and again, authorities across the

02:52country turned a blind eye, paralyzed by their fear of offending immigrant communities.

02:59For decades, this has been going on. The same corrosive practice is now visible across much of Western Europe.

03:08This article concludes,

03:11Can any democracy claim legitimacy after repeated ideological betrayals of its working-class children?

03:17Will Britain ever allow honest public discussion of ethnicity and crime without resorting to censorship?

03:25So that's what that article said.

03:27You know, now, some have questioned the 250,000 number, but the fact is that raping by migrants is a

03:33horrendous problem.

03:36Just to be clear, Dr. Thiel, is this happening mostly to working-class children?

03:43Yeah, basically, that's the case. Some of the elites were probably affected, but yeah, it was for

03:48the working-class, mostly, yes.

03:51Will anyone in Britain be brought to answer for their deeds?

03:56Well, some are calling for it.

03:58Now, here's another report. It says after this Lowe releases gang inquiry report,

04:06Elon Musk, founder of Tesla, SpaceX, etc., the richest man in the world, agreed with calls for

04:13Nuremberg-style trials for perpetrators and those who enabled the heinous acts.

04:20So I'm going to read something from the actual report.

04:22The incidents of criminal activities listed in this report are drawn from court records,

04:28official and unofficial inquiries across the country, and witness testimony provided to the inquiry.

04:33They confirm that this was never a series of isolated local failures.

04:40It was a coordinated, nationwide pattern of organized child sexual exploitation that was

04:46repeated in town after town, city after city, from the far north to the south coast.

04:51The same ethnic and religious profile of the perpetrators was documented through

04:56almost all the witnesses who were contacted.

05:00Now, so I'm out of the report, but the article says the grooming gangs also are operating in other

05:05countries, including France, on a massive scale, but such cases are also rising in Germany.

05:12Remarkably, it says, Elon Musk calls for a Nuremberg-style trial just so happened to coincide

05:17with reports that in the city of Nuremberg itself, there are grooming gangs operating,

05:24targeting underage German girls.

05:28In a distressing scene that echoes the findings of the UK rape gang inquiry report,

05:34German leftists laughed in parliament when the AFD party leader,

05:41Alice Weidel, described young German victims being systematically raped by foreign men in Nuremberg

05:49just earlier this month, says the same mentality that allowed for the rapes of tens of thousands

05:55of British girls is also present across Europe and is embedded in the heart of European institutions.

06:02You know, what's been happening is terrible.

06:05Now, the Bible tells us in Isaiah 58, verse 1, that we are to cry aloud, spare not,

06:11lift up our voice like a trumpet, tell my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob

06:16their sins. And that's what we're doing here with this, what we're doing now.

06:22The Bible also tells us in Ezekiel 9-4 that God's people should sigh and cry over all the

06:28abominations that are done in it. And that's why we're pointing it out.

06:34Is anyone else doing that?

06:37Yes. But oddly, there's a woman in France, she was arrested for pointing out some of this was

06:42happening. She actually wants people to help her because she's subject to a fine and going to jail.

06:51Why? She says, quote, says I might be sentenced to unsuspended prison for daring to say on French

06:57TV that the main danger to women in France comes from black African and Arab immigrant men, even

07:04though I was defending a woman who herself was raped by a Central African man in a courtyard of

07:10her apartment in Paris. Having myself survived an attempted rape by a Tunisian migrant four years

07:16ago, I could not remain silent. But for having spoken these words on television set, the prosecutor

07:23has sought the prison sentence against me. This is a repression faced by people in France who speak

07:30the truth out loud. But thanks to media pressure, the justice system may back down before trying to

07:35send me to prison instead of our attackers. So that was that report. You know, it's just terrible.

07:41She was attacked by a potential rapist from Tunisia herself. And by pointing this out,

07:47you know, they shouldn't be discouraging that. They're even criminalizing it.

07:53Does the Bible have anything to say about rapists?

07:56Yeah. The biblical penalty for a man forcing a woman to have sex, which is what rape is,

08:02is death, according to Deuteronomy 22, verse 25. Furthermore, you know, just the fear of rape can

08:10be terrifying. The old Plain Truth magazine in the 1970s put out an article that says, you know,

08:17any female can be a victim of rape. Lack of sexual attraction is not a protection. Very young women,

08:25women who are pregnant, women in their 70s and 80s have all been victims. It can happen almost

08:29anywhere, every time. It says the crime of rape is unique among violent crimes. Its victims are

08:36female. Its physical, social, and mental ramifications are often severe and long-lasting.

08:41There's a possibility of venereal disease or pregnancy, coupled with embarrassment and fear of

08:46rejection by people's husbands, their family, or their friends. But rapists are brought to justice in

08:53the USA, right? Sometimes. A lot of times, no. And the same article writer, Plain Truth, says one of

09:02the problems is when women report it, they are often persecuted, they're blamed for it, etc., and

09:12they're not taken seriously. And, you know, that's a reality. Sadly, though, there's another reality.

09:21That is that in 2 Timothy 3, we read that lying was to increase in the last days. And a

09:30lot of

09:30women have borne false witness and falsely claimed rape. So that's one of the reasons it makes it more

09:34difficult to deal with it. So that said, if a woman is raped, she should immediately seek medical

09:41attention, report it to police. Most women also need counseling. Now, not only was increased lying

09:49prophesied for these last days, but increasing rapes seem to have been prophesied for those

09:55who turn away from biblical morality. I want to go to the 28th chapter of the book of Deuteronomy.

10:03It says in verse 15, it comes to pass, if you don't obey the voice of the Lord your God

10:08to

10:08carefully observe all his commandments and statutes, all these curses will come upon you.

10:13The curse shall be in the city, curse in the country. Verse 30, you shall betroth the wife,

10:18but another man shall lie with her. That is a prophecy of rape. And then verse 43 says,

10:25the alien who is among you will rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and

10:30lower. If you consider migrant rapes in the UK, France, etc., it seems like this is prophesied.

10:40Because of corruption, terrorism is supposed to increase. It says in Deuteronomy 32, verse 5,

10:48they've corrupted themselves. They're not his children because of their blemish. They're perverse

10:54and crooked generation. Verse 25 says, because of that, there shall be terror within. We're seeing

11:01terror within the nation of the UK as well as other places. These rapists are terrorizing many lands.

11:09They don't love their neighbor. And the further that the UK and USA move away from biblical morality,

11:17more violence, including rape, we're going to see.

11:20Are there any other scriptures that relate to this?

11:23Yeah. For example, in Romans 1, starting verse 28, it says that because those who didn't want to

11:33retain God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a debased mind to do those things which are not

11:38fitting, being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, violent, proud boasters,

11:44unmerciful. Okay. Amongst other things, that sounds like rapists.

11:48We'll go to verse 32. Who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such

11:53things are deserving of death, not only those who do the same, but those who approve of those who

12:01practice them. Well, that's the condemnation against government officials who are covering up rapists.

12:11In 2 Timothy 3, we read that in the last days, perilous times are going to come. And

12:22I'm going to read some of the things that specifically apply to rapists on that list, Paul gives.

12:28Because rapists are lovers of themselves, unholy, unloving, without self-control,

12:34brutal, despises of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasures,

12:40rather than lovers of God. And you can read all that in New King James 2 Timothy 3.

12:45We're in the last days, so expect more terror within.

12:50Now, Jesus warned in Mark 13 that there would be famines and troubles,

12:57and that these are the beginning of sorrows. We're in a time of troubles. We're in the beginning of

13:03sorrows. According to Jesus, a worse tribulation is coming, and that's getting closer. Now, that being

13:10said, there's actually good news. Jesus will return, and the Millennial Kingdom of God is going to be

13:17established. And guess what? Terroristic crimes, like rape, will be stopped. And you don't just

13:26have to take my word for it. I'm going to go to the Word of God, the book of Isaiah.

13:30Isaiah, Isaiah chapter 11, and I'm going to read verse 9. It says, quote,

13:37They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain. Okay? People are raped, they get hurt.

13:46For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. That will

13:53put an end

13:53to rape. Therefore, we all need to pray, as our Savior Jesus said in Matthew 6, 10, for that loving

14:04kingdom of God to come.
