00:39There's an alligator underneath that car right there.
00:42No, as long as it stays under the car,
00:44you can throw around the bag.
00:45Do you want to do it on the street?
00:55Customer complaints.
00:56We're at an all-time high.
00:59You .
01:00Size of 50.
01:01Putting workers on the defensive.
01:03Oh!
01:05And with labor shortages, supply chain woes,
01:08and a 40% rise in violent retail crime,
01:12it's an all-out battle at the checkout.
01:18The customer is always right.

01:25Yeah!
01:30For food delivery drivers,
01:32it's not always smooth sailing
01:34when it comes to getting an order safely
01:35to their customer's door.
01:41They could have faulty packing materials,
01:44Oh, yeah.
01:44a congested route or they can accidentally step into ankle-deep
02:04freshly poured cement on their way to someone's home be careful
02:13you want some new socks or something then there are those situations that are not only
02:18unpredictable but also potentially deadly who is this who is do you know this in florida

05:07eventually arrives to remove the gator
05:10which is no easy task
05:13uh oh
05:21so the next time you order food for delivery
05:23you might want to be extra nice to whoever hands it off
05:28because you never know what they went through
05:30or wrist
05:31to get it to you in a timely manner
05:34stop stop stop
05:36there's an alligator underneath that car right there
05:43at pro sporting events
05:45customers shell out big money for the ultimate fan experience
05:50according to one online analysis
05:52average ticket prices range from about 80 bucks for baseball
05:55to 300 for an NFL showdown
06:00and while one might think that spending that much
06:03would encourage these fans to pay close attention
06:05to the game they're attending
06:08some allow their emotions to steal the show
06:13at a professional football game in California
06:28according to news reports two women rooting for opposing teams are trash-talking each other
06:38it's unknown how the dispute started
06:41but the woman in black and her boyfriend
06:43appear greatly outnumbered by the home team fans sitting in their section
06:48but that isn't stopping them from getting into it
06:53after the woman in blue pushes the woman in black
07:02the boyfriend pours his beer on the other woman
07:12setting off a response from several other home team fans
07:16one of whom appears to be holding a small child
07:30and all of them dangerously close to the edge of the balcony
07:44the altercation finally appears to simmer down
07:49but only for a moment
07:55the tangled melee appears to have no end in sight
07:58until finally security arrives
08:02and intervenes
08:07despite being bloodied
08:08the woman in black continues to exchange words with the other woman
08:21as the game goes on security has forced the bloody blonde out to the concourse
08:33and then in a video posted online
08:35the woman says she was removed from the stadium along with her boyfriend
08:41according to news reports
08:42stadium security also removes two of the male home team fans involved in the melee
08:51but police are not called in to respond to the incident
08:56so remember
08:59when rooting for your home team
09:01you may find yourself facing those with different opinions
09:06but it's best to leave the combat
09:12to those on the field
09:26according to one report
09:27the water adventure tourism market is estimated to be worth roughly 216 billion dollars
09:34and while activities on a river or at sea offer travelers and locals an opportunity for a little adventure
09:42some customers don't always get the kind of adventure they were hoping for
09:51weather because of an unforeseen obstacle
09:55speedboats just crashed freaking out of trees
09:58a not necessarily seaworthy vessel
10:05or
10:07unideal weather conditions
10:10near san andreas island colombia
10:12two tourists parasail over the ocean
10:15as people on the boats that's towing them watch from below
10:19and despite some high winds it appears to be a very smooth ride
10:24until
10:25something goes very
10:26very wrong
10:35the line attaching the parasailers to the boat
10:38snaps
10:44sending them down into the water
10:49where the sail
10:50where the sail still caught up in the high winds
10:52continues to drag them through the surf
10:55the boat they were attached to
10:58as well as another nearby vessel
11:01rush to the pair's aid
11:04but the high winds are pulling the parachute towards shore
11:10making reaching them in time
11:12impossible
11:22the parachute collides with a building on land
11:26launching the pair up and onto the shore
11:31media sources differ on the extent of the tourists injuries
11:34some report serious injuries
11:38while others report that they were taken to the hospital for minor injuries
11:41and released the same day
11:44local authorities state the incident was probably caused by strong winds
11:48due to adverse weather conditions
11:51it is unknown whether the company has made any public comments regarding the incident
11:56but here's hoping that if there is a next time for this duo
12:01it will be much smoother sailing
12:03from liftoff
12:05to landing
12:16most rideshare services provide drivers with guidelines to follow
12:20so that each experience is safe respectful and positive for customers and employees
12:26and while there are some situations where perhaps both parties bear some responsibility for a mishap
12:36like this one
12:38like this one where the driver stops short but the passenger doesn't appear to be wearing a seat belt
12:44there are certain instances where there are no excuses for an unfortunate experience
12:58in michigan
13:00a male driver is subjecting his female passenger to a barrage of sexist remarks
13:06after she apparently told him she was divorced and single by choice

13:40she wasn't raised with a father
13:42she don't know
13:44she doesn't know how to behave herself
13:46because she wasn't raised under the rules of a man

14:40and reports the driver to the ride share company
14:44she claims her account was blocked

14:59and don't know her place
15:02but regardless of any final outcome

15:23in the past few years
15:25airlines have invested heavily in premium and first class cabins
15:29with reclining seats
15:31gourmet meals
15:32and luxury amenities to pamper the high paying customers
15:36just being given an amenities bag
15:44and while in theory flight attendants are trained to simultaneously make first class passengers feel valued
15:50i've never been happier for a 30 minute delay
15:55than i am right now
15:56while making sure those in economy don't feel undervalued
16:00i understand everybody's frustration
16:02but at the end of the day the protocol we have to follow
16:04you gotta give us a moment once again
16:06there are times when that careful balance slips
16:11as a passenger in the economy section of a flight from florida learned
16:15i asked the flight attendant very nicely if i could have an eye mask
16:19she had just given one to somebody in first class
16:21she said sorry this is only for first class
16:23i totally understood
16:24i said i get it
16:26well if you have any extras in 10 minutes or 30 minutes
16:29i'm in row 10c
16:30i'd love to have one
16:31i couldn't fall asleep all night
16:32i go to my seat in economy
16:35and 10 minutes later
16:36a lady from first class who overheard me
16:39she takes out her eye mask from first class
16:42and she says here you can have mine
16:43i was so heart warm
16:45the passenger
16:47a co-founder of a text-to-speech company
16:49inspired by his blindness in one eye
16:52is touched by this simple act of kindness
16:55unfortunately
16:56it leads to an unexpected interaction with a flight attendant
17:00sir i need to take that mask please
17:03um
17:04sorry
17:05you didn't buy a seat
17:06so you can't use the products
17:10well
17:11i think it's a little ridiculous
17:12but that i don't have 143 other masks to give everybody else in the airplane a mask
17:17that's not great
17:18well i didn't
17:19i didn't
17:19you can't want it they can't have one
17:21you didn't give me a mask then
17:22no i didn't
17:23you refused
17:24you did your job
17:24you did your job
17:25but you got it from a customer sitting
17:27i thought you gave a customer sitting there
17:30not for you
17:32for him to use
17:45another flight attendant steps in
17:52offering a subtle warning
17:56would they be able to take the i-mask with him off the plane
17:58the gentleman up there
17:59he still has
18:00yes absolutely
18:02so he owns that i-mask now right
18:04he could walk with it off the plane
18:05he owns it
18:06but he has not
18:07it's his property
18:07but he doesn't
18:09but he still can't bring it back
18:10he can't give it to a customer back here
18:12if i got off the plane with him
18:13and he took his i-mask off the plane
18:15he could then give it to me
18:16but that did not happen
18:17you are
18:18you are stealing his property
18:19no i'm not
18:20you want to search my belongings
18:22to find an i-mask
18:23you had it on
18:24i just plainly saw it
18:25and then you took it off
18:26and i sent a customer's agent back here
18:27when the passengers attempt at logic
18:29does not prevail
18:31a supervisor joins the conversation
18:33everything else from policy
18:35don't bring things from here
18:36that's what we're trying to say
18:38before it spirals further
18:40the customer makes one last attempt at reason
18:43i'm sorry i'm just overacting
18:45because i think it's not fair
18:47but it's not fair to 140 people back there
18:49that can't handle
18:50but it's a losing battle
18:51the entire crew supported her decision
18:54the supervisor supported her decision
18:55they called security
18:56and i had to give back the mask
18:58or i would have been kicked off
19:00so far the clip is racked up
19:02close to two million views
19:04with most of the comments
19:06expressing outrage
19:07at the airline staff's actions
19:08sir i need to take that mask
19:11please
19:11you didn't buy a seat
19:13so you can't use the
19:16the airline later issued a statement
19:19offering an apology
19:20along with a promise
19:21to revisit the policy
19:23to make it clearer
19:23for both customers and crew
19:25and as a gesture of goodwill
19:27the passenger was offered
19:29a return trip in first class
19:31hopefully it will come
19:32with an amenity kit
19:33that he can use
19:34as he pleases
19:35so he owns that i'm happy now right
19:38he can walk with it off the plane
19:39but he still can't bring it back
19:41here to a customer back here
19:42next time
19:42and let's focus on which powerful
19:43once the passenger can be
19:43but he is and is
19:43that he must having
19:44again
