00:00Hey, everyone, what's going on? Greg here again from Team Blast. So I'm in Microsoft Copilot. I have two heat
00:04map scans for my client. The first screenshot is on 528. We had a 7% share of page one
00:10rankings and a 13 by 13 grid two miles. And now today we have a 30% share of page
00:16one rankings for one of their target keywords.
00:19I want to walk you through how I use Microsoft Copilot to review this, but also how I've been using
00:24this as well to improve their heat map rankings to get them more visibility, more leads, more website clicks, more
00:30phone calls, and potential more bookings as well.
00:33So to start, you can pause this video. You can see the exact prompt that I used. But now that
00:36I have the analysis, this is what I do next. So I have them create a table view. I find
00:40this to be really helpful for my clients, but also for me.
00:43I need to see how many green dots, that's one through three, that's page one ranking, have improved from the
00:49early scan. So back on May compared to now on June 10th, we have a 39 dot improvement. So we
00:56went from 12 to 51. That is page one. That's immediate visibility for my client.
01:02Light green is important. These are the areas on the map that are about to change. If I can flip
01:08more of these dots from four and five to either one, two, or three, that's going to be an immediate
01:11page one ranking for my client.
01:13That's huge for me to focus on. Yellow six to 10th, that's the next category, and then so on and
01:17so on.
01:18And I use this because when I ask follow-up prompts within Copilot, and actually I'll do this right now,
01:22I'm going to say,
01:25based on the four through five dots, what are the next areas on the map I need to focus on?
01:36This helps me kind of brainstorm my ideas of what I need to do. So when I'm looking at the
01:40map, I'm going to say, okay,
01:42we're looking at dots four through five. They're giving me some really specific areas of how I can
01:48potentially make some website changes for my client, or maybe focus on Google Business Profile,
01:52maybe get reviews from these areas. They build out the areas that, again, I'm positioned for and five,
01:58because these are really helpful for me now to focus on. For my clients, I always talk about this,
02:03that you know your area, you know your surface more than I do. All I can really do is look
02:07at the heat
02:07map scans and say, what, I think I can maybe flip, or I can get you more visibility. But I
02:12like to use
02:12Copilot to kind of help with that and say, okay, we're looking at different neighborhoods within the
02:16city. What can I maybe call out more, whether it's like a service area listing, maybe it's a reference on
02:21our website, maybe it's getting reviews from these areas, maybe it's going on our Facebook or our Yelp
02:25page or trustindex.io. And including these, you know, towns like Midwood or Homecrest directly in
02:31there as services that we provide for our customers. There's a lot of things that I can really do with
02:36this. But the Copilot analysis over here is really helpful. It allows me to kind of go through this
02:41really quickly, get an idea of how we're ranking the improvements that we're seeing, but also what
02:46I can potentially do next. So I wanted to kind of record this video, sort of share the beginning
02:50prompt, the analysis that I do, but then also the follow-ups that I will ask to really help me
02:54stay
02:55completely focused on what I need to do for my clients, flip more dots for them to get them more
02:59impressions, website clicks, phone calls, bookings, and more just overall visibility for their business.
03:07Anyway, I hope this video was helpful. Maybe a ways you can use Microsoft Copilot. Let
03:11me know if you have any questions in the comments section and as always have a good rest of your
03:14day.
