Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Jalon Graham of Union Village, Tobago. The incident occurred on Friday night along Old Whim Road, leaving relatives and residents searching for answers. Graham is Tobago's sixth murder victim for the year.

00:06A quiet Friday night in Wim was shattered by gunfire, leaving another family in mourning.
00:13Police say 23-year-old Jalon Graham of Union Village was liming with another man near the
00:19Wim Community Center when he was shut shortly after 9 p.m. Residents reported hearing a series
00:26of loud explosions before discovering the wounded man along Old Wim Road. Emergency Health
00:33Services personnel responded to the scene, but Graham succumbed to his injuries.
00:39We want to ask the public, you know, if you saw anything, you know, pass the information.
00:49The information can be passed anonymously. And at the same time, I want to extend
00:55sincerest condolences to the family of the deceased.
00:59Graham's death has left relatives struggling to come to terms with his loss. His mother,
01:07Christiana Graham, told TV6 News she remains shocked and heartbroken by her son's killing.
01:14Investigators spent several hours processing the scene, collecting evidence and speaking with
01:19potential witnesses, as they worked to establish the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
01:26The Homicide Bureau currently investigating. And again, as we speak, they are on the ground doing what,
01:36you know, it is within their responsibility to do.
01:40Tensions ran high as family members and friends arrived at the scene seeking information. Police
01:46maintained a security cordon and urged those gathered to remain outside the restricted area while
01:54investigations continue.
02:10No arrests have been made and investigators are continuing to follow
02:16several leads. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is being urged to contact police.
