01:01and to cleveland's credit they wouldn't let themselves get buried
01:05and i do have respect for that team and because i have respect for that team
01:12i'm worried that saturday was a blown opportunity
01:17right there with all the pressure on cleveland in a tight game the pistons had a chance to deliver
01:24essentially a knockout blow and they didn't and i have micro concerns and i have macro concerns
01:32but the context of being up two to one playing game four at their place i don't
01:38in the context of that says i shouldn't be as worried as i find myself on this monday morning
01:44i'm really worried they're going to rue the day they didn't they didn't finish the deal saturday
01:49and go up three nothing well i get it i totally understand that um and yet i'm not terribly
01:55concerned about it i think the pistons showed in the first two games this is the team that's the
01:58one to be reckoned with uh you have to respect cleveland i still you know i said the beginning
02:02i think it's a seven game series and the pistons win it you know there was a point on saturday
02:08well i'm like well this may not take all that long as they came storming back from down 17
02:13but there is one statistical anomilation when you look at the box score from that game one that
02:21stands out i mean like stands out starkly and i wonder if it came i wonder if it came um

02:43comment that's danis jenkins after game two where he got a lot of praise and rightfully so he's been
02:48playing he had been playing great um and people had asked him about somebody had asked him about
02:54hey you know you kind of came on people didn't really know you now they know you you know you
02:58feel like you're gonna have to make an adjustment and then he said that danis jenkins went one of
03:05five from the field in 18 minutes remember it's 18 minutes yeah so he scored two points only two
03:10points had one rebound dished out three assists one turnover he was minus 28 yeah that's that's
03:17pretty in 18 minutes worth of work minus 28 then that people don't know what that means when he was
03:24on the floor the pistons got outscored by 28 points in 18 minutes the next closest uh player in the
03:32minus column was karis lavert at minus 10 javante green was minus nine the only players that were
03:39minus on the floor for the pistol i should say jayland during was minus 14 i missed jayland during but
03:44he's
03:44still twice as much danis jenkins at minus 28 over jayland during's minus 14 which wasn't good
03:51so i wonder if cleveland heard it loud and clear what danis jenkins had to say after game two and
03:57they made an effort to attack him and they did and it was a better game for both of those

04:07clearly you know you had uh 54 points scored between harden and mitchell and danis jenkins only
04:16had two points when you look at a disparity like that i i just i see that part and okay

04:24had danis jenkins just been below average this that they wouldn't i don't think they would have

04:39in the fourth quarter specifically the three straight turnovers late in the game like
04:43cade cunningham did which was inexcusable um see i guess i disagree a little bit i'm just saying
04:50there's a lot of things that happened in that game that made you go wow um i didn't i didn't
04:56expect to
04:56see that kind of a collapse at that time specifically from that player and i didn't see this guy getting
05:04smoked all over the floor every minute he was on the floor yeah i wonder how many of those minutes

05:08was on the floor without cade because when cade wasn't on the floor i don't know the numbers in front

05:13me but it was a stark difference well cade was plus six and he played 39 minutes yeah yeah so

05:25everybody who was on the floor when cade wasn't on the floor struggled because it just they're so
05:31reliant they were so reliant on cade in this game and cade cade was great and the three turnovers sucked
05:37but um those three turnovers were worse than sucking see i think well i'll get to that i'll
05:43get to why i don't you say it's inexcusable i kind of two of those were absolutely ridiculous i think
