00:08So it's really pretty cool.
00:10I want to show you how this works.
00:15And these are the 12 apps that I've been using.
00:21And to be honest with you, I use 11 of them.
00:24I tried NCP Mobile and it's a lot of work.
00:28Just getting on the app, you have to answer a lot of questions that take like 5, 10 minutes.
00:35And every time you go shopping, you have to answer questions.
00:40You have to fill out exactly like what the items even cost.
00:44So if there's one app to drop, it'd be that one.
00:49But I put it there because maybe you want to do the full 12 apps.
00:54But the other 11 apps, they really don't take that much time.
00:58So it's very fast.
01:02And they don't require a lot of work.
01:04Ebota does require a little bit of work, but it pays the most.
01:07I think it's a lot of fun.
01:08If you're not having fun, then that's another thing too.
01:13Now another thing too is all these links here.
01:16You can actually get bonus points for yourself if you use them.
01:20So that's really pretty cool as well.
01:23And they can really add up.
01:25From my whole experience, I've been half using these apps for about a month.
01:31Some of them I just started using.
01:32And some of them have levels too, so the more you use it, the more points you get.
01:37But I've made over $24 using these apps.
01:42And again, it doesn't take a lot of time.
01:44And these receipts I'd be throwing away anyways.
01:46Now as I'm making this whole video, gas prices are insane.
01:50So every little bit helps.
01:53And what's cool about these apps is they can actually stack with other things as well.
02:00So, now I do want to say one other thing too.
02:03A couple of these apps, like I think CoinOut right here.
02:08If you just check in, open the app, you get a whole bunch of coins.
02:12And I just learned about that a couple of days ago.
02:15Plus you get these little spins so you can actually get even more points if you check in with CoinOut.
02:21And two of these apps, like Inbox Dollars and Swagbucks, they're owned by the same company.
02:28So one receipt could be used.
02:30It's a little bit tricky.
02:32Those two don't really play very well together.
02:36So that's how that is.
02:39But in Receipt Pal, I'm just kind of going over like a broad thing, how they work differently.
02:44Just a few of them.
02:46So, now Receipt Pal here, that's how like a card system.
02:52So every time you fill up a card, you get a whole bunch of points.
02:55And there's like four receipts to a card.
03:00And that's how you get paid on that one.
03:03But Frisbee and Pogo and Fetch, they take like a few seconds.
03:09And some of these apps will take any receipt at all.
03:12It doesn't matter if it's a gas station, clothing store, weed shop.
03:16And some of them are a little bit more picky.
03:19Like Ebota here is probably the pickiest.
03:22But you get paid in cash.
03:25And again, it doesn't really take a whole lot of time.
03:27You might be wondering, well, okay, Kevin, but why would a company pay me for these receipts?
03:33That's a very good question.
03:34Because the companies, they actually, they use that data to make more money.
03:40There's a lot of things they can do with receipts.
03:42These are much more powerful than surveys because it's hard data.
03:47They can know like price, the highest they could like charge for a product before somebody switches through receipts.
03:57Which helps them charge the most money for a product.
04:00They know about if you combine things.
04:03So if they notice a whole bunch of people buying Pepsis with their Huggies, for example.
04:08Then they can move the inventory in the store nationally.
04:12So you're basically selling their receipts.
04:17That's how that works.
04:19And again, I think it's a cool way to make a little bit of extra cash.
04:26And every little bit can help now and then.
04:27And then I even made a little calculator here too.
04:30And as you can see, from just one person, just using 10 apps, look how much you can make a
04:36year if you keep doing it.
04:38A day, you know, it's not much, but weekly it adds up.
04:41So every little bit, it adds up.
04:44And what if you have like four people in your home?
04:47Right?
04:48Boom.
04:49I mean, that's not bad.
04:51It's not bad at all.
04:52So give it a try.
04:53Worst case scenario, it doesn't work.
04:54Or you don't like it and you don't have to do it anymore.
