00:09But for starters, why Fiverr? Why become a Fiverr affiliate? What's so cool about this program?
00:15Well, there's a lot of reasons. I'm very excited about Fiverr.
00:19One benefit of Fiverr is they will really take anybody. Yeah, they're not very strict.
00:25The cool thing about affiliate marketing is there's lots of companies that have some type of Fiverr program, affiliate program,
00:32that you can partner with.
00:34However, some places are very strict. I don't know why.
00:39It's their house. They can make whatever rules they want. I'll give you a couple examples.
00:42Like Amazon, they have a program with their Audible where you give away a free audio book and you make
00:51like $10, $15 or something with a free trial.
00:54But the problem is they're so picky on who they choose.
00:58You need like a YouTube channel and every one of your last video has to have 1,000 views.
01:04And so there's a way to gain that system if you really wanted to by just paid traffic to it.
01:09But that's the point. I don't find a tangent here.
01:11But Fiverr will take anyone. It just sucks getting rejected by these companies, especially if you're new.
01:17Also, the truth is, and you can disagree with me on this, but some people, they just don't want to
01:23work.
01:23They just want things handed to them.
01:26Actually, a lot of people want that. They want to be spoon-fed.
01:29So Fiverr makes an amazing upsell.
01:31I'll give you an example of this.
01:33If you're selling some type of software, then you can connect, say, like, well, here's the software, but if you
01:39don't want to do it, here's somebody that will do it all for you.
01:43Bam, a Fiverr person.
01:45And to give you a story on this, I used to partner with a marketer, and that's what we did.
01:50It was like with copywriting where we would sell, like, these training materials.
01:54But a great upsell was like, but hey, if you don't want to do it yourself, we could do it
01:58for you for extra money, right?
02:01And that's how we would make more money.
02:04So it was a wonderful upsell.
02:05Another really cool thing is Fiverr's into every niche you can think about.
02:10So whatever you're into, there's a good chance Fiverr's into it, and they're in 160 countries.
02:16Their algorithm is really good, so it analyzes the buying behavior.
02:21It shows them freelancers that will close the deal, okay?
02:25And, yeah, you could make a lot of money.
02:28Oh, plus it offers someone a way to pay in stages so they can help close the deal.
02:33And, again, with a pro, you get 70% of the money plus 10% of whatever someone earns for
02:40a year.
02:40So, yeah, so if your reader hires a pro developer for $700, you earn $490 plus 10% on whatever
02:49that person spends for years.
02:51So that's really, really cool.
02:53Okay, and this post here kind of explains exactly how to get approved for a Fiverr, what you should answer
03:03when you apply to become a Fiverr affiliate.
03:05Some good things here.
03:07Let's talk about the deep linking and why you want to do that.
03:11Well, one thing is the Fiverr pro, they pay 70%, while normal freelancers, they pay 25%.
03:20That's a, why do they pay, I don't know.
03:22Fiverr makes the rules.
03:24But I'm just saying it's probably better to link to a pro Fiverr person because you make 70%.
03:30And you can kind of target it more rather than just throw people at the random page.
03:35It could be more helpful if that makes sense.
03:37So that's how to do that.
03:39So what you want to do is when you join Fiverr, you're an affiliate, you come up here to this
03:47dashboard, marketing tools, default and deep links, right?
03:50That's what you want is this deep link.
03:53And you can link to any single page that you want on Fiverr.
03:57If you want one person, right, like this person here, right, you can link to it and promote them.
04:05That's a pro.
04:06And a little tip, too, to find pros is this little button right here.
04:11These are all pros, which is 70% commissions, normal freelancers, 25% commissions.
04:17So you can link to either a list like here of pros or if you want to do just one
04:24person, right, you can link to that as well.
04:27And so what you would do is say I want to link to this page here is you would go
04:33up to the website and you would copy it and then you would throw it in here.
04:38And when you do that, it updates all these as well.
04:41And you take this and this is how you get credit for it, okay?
04:44Now, there's a little trick to Fiverr as well, which I want to share with you, is they have two
04:49different ways to get paid, all right?
04:51They have the old plan, which is the CPA, and they have the new plan, which is the 70%, and
04:59then you get 10%.
05:00Now, you might be thinking, well, that 70% is going to be better, but sometimes the old way is
05:05better.
05:05And I'll go over why and how you can make the most money.
05:08See, I kind of go over here, right, is if you're promoting a Fiverr Pro freelancer, it depends on the
05:17price.
05:17So if the old plan is a fixed $150, so if you're promoting someone and they charge $200, right, then
05:28you want the old plan because then you get paid $150.
05:32Now, if you're linking to pros that are charging, you know, $500 more, then you want to go with the
05:39new plan because they'll make more money.
05:41I hope that makes sense, right, you know?
05:44So that's kind of how I looked at it is, like, if you're linking to somebody and if it's over
05:48$500, go with the pro, go with the, you want to go, wait, the new plan.
05:54And if it's under, right, say if it's, like, under $200, you know, then you want to go with the
06:01old plan because you'll make more money, okay?
06:05That's how it makes sense.
06:06All right.
