00:02So it's a Florida law that if you refuse a urine sample after being pulled over under the, what's it

00:15The suspicion of being driving under the influence.
00:17Yeah, thank you.
00:18It's state law in Florida, not in every state, that if you, he took the breathalyzer, he blew triple zeros,
00:25just like he did a few years ago.
00:26If you refuse the urine sample when they take you back to the precinct, that's against the law in Florida,
00:33which is why he got charged with a DUI, and that's why he got arrested.
00:37Now, the officers are also allowed to use, you know, their best judgment based on their experience and their training.
00:42If you appear to be under the influence, even if you blow triple zeros for alcohol, that they are allowed
00:47to arrest you for DUI.
00:49And part of that is because if you don't submit to the urine test, it's really the officer's judgment.
00:55And, look, the picture of Tiger, look, I don't know, he doesn't look sober in that picture.
01:01But, again, you know, people have different looks different times of day.
01:04So, Tiger apparently, there you go.
01:07Yeah, I just put that out there.
01:10That's funny.

01:11So, apparently, the reason Tiger has refused hiring a driver, which many people of his wealth hire, is because he
01:21doesn't want anybody to know what he's doing all day.
01:22Because he's probably doing stupid stuff all day, whether that's with other women, whether that's whatever it might be, that
01:30he doesn't want somebody out there to know what he's up to.
01:34It's why he fired one of my best friends, who ran his estate and was his private chef when he
01:39started dating Lindsey Vonn.
01:41Because they didn't want anybody to know that they were dating, because it wasn't out there yet.
01:46So, he fired a guy that he just gave a AAA rating for, sight unseen.
01:52All right?
01:52So, that's kind of what he does.
01:54But you do get to a point where it doesn't matter what you want.
01:58The state of Florida should suspend his license now.
02:03I agree.
02:03We should be forced into having a personal driver.
02:07We know he can afford it.
02:09A lot of ex-military and police do that as a job after retirement.
02:14And they can be trusted.
02:15And they sign NDAs.
02:17So, I don't care if you're banging the IHOP waitress or the girl next door or anybody else.
02:22Those men or women that have those jobs are legitimately sworn to secrecy.

02:28They sign documents that say, we can't tell anybody what we saw you do or where we took you.
02:34But you do come to a point.
02:37I know I've been on the soapbox here, and I apologize for that.
02:39I try to avoid making speeches on this show.
02:42So, you're now a menace to everybody else on the road.
02:46This was 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
02:48This wasn't a guy driving home from the club at 2 o'clock in the morning who had one too
02:55many to drink.
02:55While still wrong, we've all made that dumb decision at some parts of our lives.
03:01This is broad daylight, dude.
03:04This is 2 o'clock in the afternoon that you flip this SUV and you're lucky to be alive
03:09and lucky that you didn't hurt somebody else.
03:12So, I understand I'm a private person.
03:15I don't want people to know what I'm doing or where I'm at.
03:18You've lost that right.
03:21In my opinion, this is serious now.
03:24He clearly needs help, whatever he might be dependent on,
03:28whether it's recreational narcotics like a gummy and marijuana
03:34or whether it's something that's prescribed by a doctor.
03:37He's clearly incapable of driving safely.
03:40So, the state of Florida should take away his license
03:44and he should be forced into hiring a driver or open up an Uber account.
03:50Now, to me, if you're Tiger Woods, Uber's not the answer.
03:54But a former member of the FBI, a Florida cop that's now doing it, you know, a post-retirement,
04:04that's who you go hire.
04:05Look, there was back in the day when I was living a bougie life and I had a guy drive
04:10me
04:10when I had a pretty long commute at 2 o'clock in the morning to and from work, right?
04:15And I hired two different former New Jersey state troopers who drove me.
04:21I didn't make him sign NDAs.
04:23I wasn't doing anything stupid or that I was worried about him finding out about.
04:26But they offered it to me.
04:28They're like, do you want us to sign an NDA?
04:30I got nothing to hide, right?
04:33No, just get me to point A and point B.
04:36So, I know the lifestyle.
04:38So, that's what Tiger should do.
04:39And I'll give you an example of how serious it is.
04:42You know, he's now dating Donald Trump Jr.'s ex-wife.
04:48And they have children together, okay?
04:50So, Donald Trump, and forget about him as the president of politics for a second.
04:55Here he's just being a grandfather.
04:57He has already said that his grandchildren are not allowed to drive in a car that Tiger Woods is driving.
05:05And if he's going to take Kai Trump, for example, who I think is President Trump's niece, if I think
05:11I have that right now, his grandchild, right?
05:13Yep.
05:13That she is not allowed to drive in a car that Tiger Woods is driving.
05:19That Secret Service drives his niece and his grandchildren instead of Tiger Woods.
05:26That's all you should need to know about how people in his inner circle think about his ability to drive
05:33during the day, let alone at night after dinner with a couple bottles of wine that might be served, right?
05:39And Tiger Woods, sadly, is becoming a joke.
05:43His legacy is not just the greatest golfer I've ever seen play and the only guy I ever wanted to
05:49watch play golf, but now he's a menace.
05:52He's a guy that needs help, and he's at such a place of power and fame and so many ass
05:59-kissers in his life and people just along for the ride that I wonder, is there anybody in his life
06:05that gives it to him straight?
06:08Because he's got his own children as well.
06:11Imagine being Charlie Woods, who's now a bit of a public figure because he's trying to become a professional golfer.
06:17He's a top-20-ranked junior golfer in the world right now.
06:21Think about that kid who's enrolled at Florida State right now.
06:25You think it's easy being Tiger Woods' kid?
