00:00All right, let's take a look at the 49ers and Falcons,
00:03which without a doubt, in my mind,
00:06is the strangest line of the week.
00:08This is the most peculiar one to me
00:10where you have a team that has been far and away
00:13the best team in the NFL,
00:14covering virtually every spread every week in the NFL,
00:17dominating teams, good teams, bad teams, ugly teams,
00:20it hasn't mattered.
00:21And they're two and a half point favorites
00:23against the Falcons.
00:24Something smells off here to me in this one.
00:27This has pretty much been the line all week long
00:29and you didn't even get three from San Francisco here.
00:32In fact, you know, just the money seemingly
00:34just coming in on Atlanta, total 50 and a half.
00:39And so, I mean, I don't really have anything on this one,
00:42but if I did, it would be the Falcons.
00:45I mean, it just would have to be
00:47just because of the line, nothing more.
00:48I expected San Francisco to be three and a half,
00:50four and a half, who knows?
00:53Atlanta's not good, but they're at home
00:55and getting a short number here.
00:57So, based on history and what my mind tells me
01:00is I'm not going to get caught up
01:01on the 49ers this week.
01:03Yeah, I mean, perhaps they're telling you
01:05this is the trap game, a letdown game.
01:07They've got injuries.
01:08I mean, clearly, no Mike Evans.
01:10And this is such an unfortunate situation
01:11because, you know, Deshaun's dribbling
01:13going into this offseason
01:14was kind of the guy we were hoping for.
01:16And he's hurt too.
01:17And this is the perfect set of circumstances
01:18for a guy like that to pop off.
01:20So now we're down to Brandon Cooks.
01:21We're down to Watson.
01:23We're down to Christian Kirk, right?
01:25And it feels like a heavy day for George Kittle.
01:28And you can see that in the line as well.
01:30You'll see the prop line around like 69 and a half
01:33receiving yards for him.
01:35His score touchdown is in the early plus stage,
01:38like plus 115 in most markets.
01:39So I expect a lot of George Kittle,
01:41a lot of CMC in this game.
01:43And the 49ers should win this game by three.
01:44Like, they should.
01:46So I'll lean towards the 49ers span of this game.
01:48But it would not shock me if this game was close
01:51from what the line is kind of telling you.
01:52It would not shock me if at one point,
01:53maybe the Falcons have a lead in this game.
01:55But I still think the 49ers are a superior roster,
01:58superior coach team as well.
01:59So I imagine the 49ers do pull this one out.
02:02It does make me uneasy that they're only
02:04two and a half point favorites.
02:05So maybe it's just a matter of,
02:07hey, 49ers have a lot of injuries.
02:08Let's not get too ahead of our skis here.
02:11But I can't imagine here the 49ers
02:14dropping a game to the Falcons.
02:15Oh, the Falcons have desperately been searching
02:17for home wins.
02:18So maybe this is their first one,
02:20catching the 49ers sleeping.
02:21I doubt it.
02:22But I understand your concern,
02:23and I kind of echo it.
