00:00The Titans knocked off the Colts.
00:01Their GM got fired.
00:03And so naturally in sports, in the NFL, in college football, guys get fired.
00:08This is an absolute buy spot when that happens in the NFL.
00:11Now, the Colts are getting six and a half today.
00:14And so it is the only side I could take today would be Indianapolis.
00:18Now, the only issue that I would have doing it is that Minnesota's coming off a buy.
00:24And so that's not the best spot to do that when this happens.
00:27But I certainly would not lay any amount of points with Minnesota from here till the end of the season.
00:33I know their defense is great.
00:34Their offense is not.
00:35And I do expect the human factor to come into play here, Joe, where whatever somebody tells you that your
00:42boss is fired, it was your fault.
00:44Usually the opposite happens.
00:45I mean, the ATS records are incredible in this stuff in college football and in the NFL.
00:50But I just can't do it only because the Vikings have had a couple of weeks to prepare for the
00:55Colts.
00:55But I do expect the Colts to show up in this one, and I don't expect them to get blown
01:01out like 31-0 or something like that.
01:03So I do think a competitive game is in store, but I'm going to stay away from this one.
01:07I like the dead coach bounce just as much as anybody.
01:10When they fire a head coach, I tend to be with you very much.
01:13Like, oh, this is whenever I'm kind of getting rallies and circles the wagons, as Chris Berman would always like
01:17to say.
01:18But this is the firing of a GM.
01:20I don't know about that one.
01:21I mean, that's not necessarily the thing that goes on in the locker room where everybody talks about, well, you
01:25know, they fired the GM.
01:26Like, the Colts' defense is objectively just bad.
01:28We saw it in week one.
01:30We've seen it ever since.
01:31The offense is missing Alec Pierce.
01:33They're missing Tyler Warren.
01:34You're also going up against, and let me say this again.
01:36This is an unprecedented rush rate.
01:4077.8% blitz rate is what they're giving you.
01:43And for Daniel Jones, who right now is limited in terms of the weapons he's got, this is a very
01:49difficult situation for this team.
01:51I understand why folks are, you know, potentially concerned with such a big number here with Indianapolis.
01:56I think that the Minnesota Vikings can handle this six and a half.
01:59I like Jordan Mason over on his 49 and a half rushing yards.
02:02He returns.
02:03I like Justin Jefferson to score a touchdown plus 165 in this contest.
02:07I just think the Colts' defense is so bad, and the defense of the Vikings is so ferocious.
02:11They're just going to maybe have a score on defense, and that's going to be the difference with this six
02:15and a half.
02:17It's been a season where no one is covering six, six and a half.
02:20It's been the highest percentage of dogs that these numbers are covering in the National Football League.
02:24We've seen it in a really long time.
02:26So it's my lean again today, but we'll see.
02:28Maybe the Vikings end the Colts' season today.
