César, un atractivo joven que ha heredado de sus padres una gran fortuna, vive en una espléndida casa en la que organiza lujosas fiestas. Cuando una noche conoce a Sofía y se enamora de ella, Nuria, su antigua amante, se muere de celos. Al día siguiente, yendo en coche con César, Nuria intenta suicidarse provocando un accidente. Cuando César se despierta en el hospital descubre que su rostro ha quedado horriblemente desfigurado.
César, an attractive young man who has inherited a large fortune from his parents, lives in a splendid house where he throws lavish parties. When he meets Sofía one night and falls in love with her, Nuria, his former lover, is consumed by jealousy. The next day, while riding in a car with César, Nuria attempts suicide, causing an accident. When César wakes up in the hospital, he discovers that his face has been horribly disfigured.
