34:09My real worry is that he doesn't realise how bad his addiction is.
34:14He's been clearly trying to hide his addiction by injecting veins most drug users wouldn't even use.
34:20You can see on our examination today, he started to use the upper arms, and they've got so bad,
34:26he's had to have sections of his arms cut out just to hide the abscesses.
34:30He's now running out of places to inject by using the back of his hands and going into his groin.
34:37He's so lucky he's not had a major illness, but I don't think Jimmy understands.
34:42He cannot be looking after children while he's under these drugs.
34:46It is without a doubt Jimmy is a daily user, and the evidence on the examination clearly showed
34:52there hasn't been a day, at least in the last three years, that he hasn't been injecting.
34:58Jimmy needs help, and he needs help now.
