00:00We set our goals like something that you only have a 30% chance of doing.
00:04My athletes knew that if I said that I thought they could do it, then it might be hard to
00:10do, but we will be able to do it.
00:12But we're going to have to work hard.
00:15And when we did our goal setting, we allowed all the young boys to see what the elite athletes were
00:22going to do.
00:22But not only did they see the goals these guys wanted, but they saw the work like, oh, this is
00:27what I'm going to have to do.
00:28And so anytime I talked about a goal, I always told them, hey, we're going to show them the plan
00:35that it might take to do that because we're not just going to have these empty talks.
