00:00I've been seeing this tortilla hack everywhere, and I've got to give it a try.
00:02Oh, good.
00:03Got some taco meat that I've mixed with some pinto beans.
00:06Place it in the center of your tortilla.
00:07And I'm just going to top that with some cheese and jalapenos.
00:10It's all about the fold.
00:11So you've got yourself a little tortilla pocket right here.
00:13Just butter your pie dish.
00:15This way they get good and crispy on the bottom.
00:17And now we fit our tortillas in like a pie.
00:20Top with the rest of the cheese so that it looks like a pizza.
00:22To the oven, 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
00:25That's how to Taco Tuesday right there.
00:26Now we're about to serve it up Taco Bell style.
00:28These are the kind of trends I can get behind.
00:31I feel like y'all are going to say, it's just a quesadilla.
00:33And maybe you're right.
00:34But it's a whole lot easier to make a bunch of quesadillas in one pan than to sit there over
00:38the stove.
00:39It's a winner.
