00:00When the Bucky's craving hits but there's not one nearby, beaver nuggets straight out of your oven.
00:04Start with puffed corn. Then in a saucepan, combine two sticks of butter with a cup of brown
00:09sugar and half a cup of corn syrup. Bring that to a boil and let it cook about two minutes.
00:12Turn off
00:13the heat. Add in some baking soda, salt, and vanilla bean paste. And pour this mixture right
00:17over the corn. Coat every little piece. Bucky's does have maple flavor in it, but nobody has maple
00:22extract. Transfer this mixture to baking sheets and go into the oven 250 degrees for about an hour,
00:28stirring every 15 minutes. Beaver nuggets better than Bucky's. I think we nailed that.
