00:00Hello, I'm Angela Scanlon and welcome to The Apprentice Unfinished Business, where we will be quenching our thirst with all
00:06the post-task chat as I take a deep dive into the creative choices that left us a little dehydrated.
00:13Coming up, Lord Sugar will be weighing in on how he really thinks this week's task went.
00:17Plus, fired candidate Roxanne joins us to reflect on her time in the process.
00:22But I will not be doing this alone. Oh, no, no, no. I'm joined by Apprentice obsessive Dean McCulloch and
00:30author, speaker and business expert, Dr. Alison Edgar.
00:34This is The Apprentice Unfinished Business.
00:40Dean and Alison, everyone.
00:45So task four, if the twists and turns of this series weren't enough, we now had the collab we never
00:51knew.
00:52We needed Lord Alan Sugar and Big Zoo.
00:56Yes.
00:57Did you see it coming?
00:58Did not see this coming at all.
01:00Amazing. Like you just could not put the two of them together and yet it worked so well.
01:04It works. Now, the task this week was all about water.
01:08OK, so, you know, there was a little bit of cellular hydration, but a lot of drama.
01:13OK, they had to create a brand. They had to shoot an advert.
01:15They had to go live on social media and apprentice first.
01:20So a lot to get on board with. Is this one of your favourite tasks?
01:24Yes, 100 percent. I like it when there's different elements to it.
01:27I mean, I love seeing them out in the streets and scrambling to get things on at the last minute.
01:32But actually, I think tasks like this really show you everyone's weaknesses.
01:36But I suppose there's so many. It feels like a catch all, like the creatives amongst the group would excel
01:43in this task.
01:44But actually, there's so much to think about here.
01:46Yeah. But as entrepreneurs, really, it's really important that they have all those skills.
01:50You know, as you grow your business, you can delegate some of them, but you need to know how to
01:54do everything.
01:54And I absolutely love the lives like that was like.
01:58And the thing with it is because like loads of people think, oh, wow, I'm a social media expert.
02:03I'm a TikToker. But it's not quite as easy as that.
02:06And I think we saw two people who think they're good at it.
02:08But there was a variation between the skill sets between them.
02:11Oh, Alison, I like the spiciness from early on.
02:16Now, this was the second creative task in this series.
02:21Last time the candidates got creative, we ended up with a zebra in witness protection and a children's book about
02:29poo.
02:30What, Alison, again, from Lord Sugar's perspective, when we look at a creative task like this, what is he hoping
02:37to kind of weed out?
02:39So I think if you look at any product or any service or any book or any water, we've all
02:45got competition, haven't we?
02:46So what we've got to do is find something that will stand out from the shelf.
02:49So it's got to be different from everyone else.
02:52And you can't be looking at slagging off other products.
02:55But if there's already canned drinks out there, to me, that's a desire.
02:59So rather than fighting against it, we double in towards what people are already buying, understanding that, and then use
03:05your unique selling point to do something different.
03:08You know, there's lots of those on the market.
03:10The beauty industry is one of the biggest thriving industries.
03:12You can't go, oh, somebody's already doing lipstick.
03:14I can't do that.
03:15Yeah, you can.
03:16Just make it be better, make it last longer, make it be whatever it is.
03:20So don't be afraid to do what other people are doing.
03:22You just do it better.
03:24I love that.
03:25That was motivational.
03:26Thank you very much.
03:27You're welcome.
03:30Dean, in terms of growth within our candidates, have you seen much of that over the last number of weeks?
03:37Well, anything's better than poo.
03:40I couldn't believe it.
03:42I wouldn't read that book ever.
03:44It wasn't for you.
03:45No, I know.
03:46You were not the target audience.
03:47But it also wasn't for the five-year-olds either.
03:49Fair.
03:49Because they weren't laughing.
03:50So in terms of creativity, I am glad to see a wee bit more pizzazz within the groups.
03:55I'm glad to see a little bit more collaboration in terms of Connor's group.
03:59Not much creativity going on in Krishna's group this week because Krishna really was a woman with a plan.
04:06Wasn't she?
04:07We love a woman with a plan.
04:08We love a woman with a plan.
04:09Love it.
04:10Like, she's making me want to, like, start businesses.
04:13She's making me want to, like, do an open university course.
04:15She's making me want to apply to be her intern.
04:18Never mind that.
04:18I want her to boss me around.
04:19I want her to say to me, Dean, no.
04:21Yeah.
04:22And then I'll just, like, shy away in the corner with Kieran and Harry.
04:25Like, I want that moment.
04:27She's iconic.
04:28I want her to tell me off.
04:29I don't walk.
04:30Yeah, I love her so much.
04:31Like, yes, you do, Queen.
04:33She's amazing.
04:33And she had me from episode one when she said, no one will ever look down on me ever again.
04:39I was like, just give her the 250k now.
04:42Karishma is very assertive as PM.
04:45Had a really clear vision from the start.
04:48And kind of from the off seemed to engage with the team's strengths.
04:54She had kind of allowed everyone to say what they did.
04:56And she made, I would say, informed decisions.
05:00She didn't just, you know, stand them in line and separate them.
05:04Do you think she got it wrong at any point?
05:08I think she did a great job.
05:09I think she was absolutely amazing.
05:11And I think in business, in the real world, you have to make tough decisions.
05:16You have to put yourself forward and be able to say, look, yeah, I hear you.
05:20And I think she acknowledged people as they were saying things.
05:22She's like, I hear you, but I'm really good at this.
05:25So I'm going to do this because we want to win the task.
05:27I hear you.
05:28Yeah, thank you.
05:29But, you know, I think I'm better at that than you.
05:31But I do appreciate your opinion on that one.
05:33And that's what happens.
05:35It's like, if you've got a business and things are going not according to plan, you can't sit back and
05:40let the ship sink.
05:41You've got to jump in and be able to take the captaincy and go for it.
05:44Well, and I guess that's the difference.
05:46It was her first time as PM.
05:47She was like, OK, if I'm going down, it's because I went for it rather than letting other people.
05:53And we see that sometimes.
05:55Project managers trying to be the perfect leader and let everyone do what they want to do and hang back.
06:01And actually, it doesn't always work.
06:03No, we saw it in Conor's team, didn't we?
06:04He wanted to be everywhere at once and that didn't work either.
06:08And there was a lot of changing about in his team and they sort of were questioning.
06:12What I really loved about Karishma's team actually was that no one really questioned her.
06:16I mean, I wouldn't dare.
06:18We did big characters in that group.
06:19And yes, they voiced their opinion.
06:21Yes, they had things to say and they all chipped in.
06:23But I get the sense that everyone else in her team, Megan included, knew that Karishma had this.
06:29She knew.
06:29And if I'm in this for me for the long run, I just know to be quiet, get the job
06:34done because we're going to win.
06:36They were all quite confident in what they were doing.
06:38And that just means that we're through to another week.
06:40You could almost see them all playing that game.
06:42There was no arguments this weekend amongst that team.
06:44And it was pretty plain sailing.
06:45Good for her.
06:46And then we had Conor.
06:49God love him.
06:50Who has famously been in the back seat in previous tasks, but finally went for the big one.
06:56He put himself forward.
06:58He got it.
06:58How did we feel about his PM skills?
07:03I really liked him.
07:04I think that there's a lot more to see from him.
07:07I think if you look at, he is a charismatic leader.
07:11So you'll get people involved in what you're saying.
07:13But the foundation of anything, the foundation of giving direction is that having that clarity at the bottom level.
07:20You can't delegate if you're not clear on what you want people to do.
07:23So you have to take some responsibility that at the start of the task, you were not clear in your
07:28delegation.
07:28So it felt like he was leaving the floor open to let everybody be involved.
07:32But actually, they all kind of left without a clear vision.
07:35It was an excuse.
07:35Oh, I don't really, you know, it's up to you.
07:37You're the one that's got space in there.
07:39Well, let's talk about the brands because they both struggled a bit, to be fair.
07:44There was, you know, different issues with both of them.
07:47Let's start with North H2O.
07:50I think that this is an abomination.
07:53It is fundamentally flawed.
07:57Possibly one of the worst products I've ever seen on The Apprentice.
08:01Because, and I'll tell you why, as soon as I see this curtain of water, it reminds me of being
08:08in primary school.
08:09Okay, what's the problem?
08:10Bad times?
08:11Hello?
08:14What do you think the problems were?
08:16God, I mean, babes, I would want to be your friend.
08:20Oh, so you both knew it's because no one wanted to be my friend.
08:24But true story though, it's infant.
08:26I think it's, there's no innovation whatsoever.
08:29It's giving milk again.
08:31I still think even this product, it's giving like a milk carton.
08:34Okay, so from one milk carton to another.
08:37That's a milk bottle.
08:38A milk bottle.
08:40So Thrive, okay.
08:42Yeah, it does look like a milkshake.
08:44Like it looks delicious, but I think surprising in terms of consistency, in terms of flavour or lack thereof.
08:52What happened?
08:55Alison likes it.
08:56You do not.
08:57I like the bottle.
08:58You said you liked it.
08:59I like the tagline of it.
09:02I don't like the colour.
09:03I don't like the logos.
09:05I don't like the font.
09:07It's again, really, really basic.
09:09But I like the name Thrive.
09:11I like the name Thrive.
09:12I'm like, right, I'm going to the gym.
09:13Oh, can I be bothered going?
09:15Yes, I'm going to go.
09:15I'm going to have the best day at the gym ever.
09:17I'm going to thrive.
09:19Oh, and then I've got the.
09:21Well, that feels like it's going to sit in your stomach.
09:23Like you're not thriving on a treadmill with that in you.
09:24You'll be bringing that one back up after the head class.
09:26My IBS is shaking at the thought of it.
09:29Well, there is one man who has to tell us what he thought of this week's task and how the
09:35gang got on.
09:36Naturally, the oracle himself, Lord Sugar.
09:38Angela, advertising water should be simple.
09:42Yet both teams got the branding wrong.
09:45One looked like a banana milkshake and the other one had about as much connection to its audience as a
09:52cat has to water.
09:54Branding matters.
09:56Know your market, speak their language and keep it simple.
10:00That said, both project managers showed promise.
10:05Karishma's advert was strong.
10:07And while I don't pretend to know much about TikTok, I know a good campaign when I see one.
10:13Well done, Connor.
10:16Clarity and consistency are key.
10:19Creativity is great.
10:21But if it doesn't sell, it's just watered down the drain.
10:25And oh, one last thing.
10:27Don't offend your client.
10:28You don't win business by pouring petrol on it.
10:34He's still angry and it was months ago.
10:38He's still angry.
10:39Do you think he's justified in those statements?
10:42Yeah, definitely.
10:43I mean, you were nodding.
10:44You were like, yeah, clear.
10:46That keep it simple message is so important because if you start to get it too complicated, you lose your
10:52buyers.
10:53But also never slag off the experts.
10:56Like you're doing your research and you know what's going on in the marketplace.
11:00And then you've got two of the biggest brand leaders and you've got cans.
11:04Meh.
11:04No, we're not doing that.
11:05Oh, that's loads of rubbish.
11:06It's bad.
11:08Shall we remind ourselves?
11:09We kind of opted to go for a carton.
11:11We were also thinking of going towards down the can route.
11:14But you know, the cans, I feel like a lot of people are doing them at the moment.
11:18And also, if you haven't opened a can, you're going to have to drink that in one sitting.
11:22The carton, you know, you're not dissing up the cans.
11:24I'm a can man.
11:25I'm going to take that to my heart now.
11:29Sir.
11:33But like, we've all been there.
11:35We've all put a fit in it.
11:37We've all started to say a sentence and then gone, oh no, how am I going to backtrack this?
11:41But he didn't.
11:42He stood on his business because he really does believe that cans aren't good.
11:45Honestly.
11:45And it did seem, Alison, like he was just not cut out for it.
11:50You know, is that the case?
11:52That some people are just natural.
11:53They can get up, do the thing.
11:55Or can anybody learn how to pitch brilliantly?
11:58You can learn.
11:59It is a learned treat.
12:00But again, in the short time frame that they've got, if you want to win the task,
12:05you're probably better to bring a better pitcher into play.
12:08But a lot of it comes back to knowing what you're talking about.
12:12Like, to me, there wasn't much practice in there when you did the research,
12:15running through what you're going to say, what you're going to do, how you're going to say it.
12:18To me, there was no research put in.
12:20It was awkward, but beautiful television.
12:22You're great for television.
12:23We loved it.
12:24That was one of our favourite bits.
12:27Now, as well as the pitches, the candidates did a bit of TikTok selling,
12:32An Apprentice first.
12:33Lots of firsts this series for the big series.
12:37How good was Team Alphys?
12:39Like, no notes.
12:41Very good.
12:41I like that Conor thought that this was like a brand new TV show he was making.
12:45Well, they had a hook.
12:46They had a hook.
12:46They had production.
12:47They had a storyline.
12:49They had a narrative.
12:49It was great.
12:50And I actually think it really, really paid off.
12:52And it's just a shame that the actual product wasn't good, but it was entertaining.
12:57And I think that the advertising experts, Big Zoo himself, massive on social media.
13:01You know, if they say that they're still watching, then that's a good thing, right?
13:05Because TikTok is full of people trying to influence you to buy things all the time.
13:10So Conor was right on the money when he said that this thing needs something to keep people locked in,
13:14which was the dicing in the water at the end.
13:16So they got, and it gave Levi something to do.
13:19Exactly.
13:20And Dean, what's the wildest thing you've ever done?
13:22To get someone hooked into your social media.
13:25Spot on where that question was going.
13:26What time does this go?
13:28Whoa, it's a family show.
13:30The worst, I mean, the worst thing I've ever done.
13:33I think, honestly, like if I'm being paid to like promote something and I really believe in that product, I'd
13:40get my kit off.
13:41Would you now?
13:42Okay.
13:42And does that work?
13:43I mean, I've not tried it yet.
13:46Maybe I'll give it a go.
13:47But I could start, I'm thinking if I, if I, if I follow Conor's strategy,
13:50I could start the TikTok live.
13:52Hear me out, Alison.
13:53I could, I could start the live fully clothed.
13:56Okay.
13:56And then the more people buy, the more clothes I take off.
14:00I actually think it might work the other way around.
14:02Yes, I do.
14:04Thank you, Angela.
14:05Yeah.
14:05Okay.
14:06We want Dean to keep his clothes on.
14:07Okay.
14:08Where are you going to get to in three seconds?
14:10Well, you're still listening.
14:12I've got you hooked in.
14:13I've got you hooked in.
14:15How would you like to buy this rosemary oil for your hair?
14:18While I've got you.
14:19But we, you know, we've all, we've all been there when you've sat there at night time,
14:22you can't sleep and suddenly you're buying an acupuncture belt that you don't need.
14:25I love them though.
14:26I know.
14:26I've got one.
14:27I've used it once.
14:28Oh, a little shiatsu match.
14:30Yeah, I've got one.
14:30That's what I got.
14:31I know, they're so good.
14:31Did we get the same one?
14:32Probably.
14:33Did Andrea sell it to us?
14:34Yeah.
14:35She can sell me anything on TikTok.
14:37That one.
14:40Team Alpha nailed the TikTok live.
14:43Team Eclipse, however.
14:45Their ads, epic.
14:47It was described as electric.
14:49Why are you laughing?
14:51I said, come on.
14:52Come on.
14:52It was electric.
14:54It was brilliant.
14:55But we get a, sometimes we get a bit ahead of ourselves on this show.
15:00We do, we do.
15:02So what do you say?
15:02It was grand.
15:03It was good.
15:04It was a fella with his top off punching a camera.
15:07No.
15:08No, no, no.
15:09Oh, no.
15:09All right, thirsty ladies.
15:11All right.
15:11No.
15:12How many times did Brie Wine dot and iPlayer then, Alison?
15:14I think the first thing that she did incredibly well, most people, a boxing task would have
15:19gone, oh, let's get a boxing ring.
15:20She went off piste.
15:22Yeah.
15:22She found an electric studio that straight away made that impact.
15:25So that thing, though, as soon as the camera shots, it was the clothes, it was the water.
15:30No, you just said it was only okay.
15:32It would be, but we just got a bit ahead of ourselves.
15:35No.
15:35Sometimes.
15:36Right, it is time to bring in our fired candidate where it was very much H2 no rather than H2O.
15:42Let's remind ourselves of her firing.
15:45My gut feeling is that.
15:53Roxanne, you're fired.
15:55Thanks for the opportunity.
15:57Thanks, Tim.
15:58Thanks for ourness, Brie.
15:59Good luck, Roxanne.
16:06The chilli pepper pocket rocket has arrived.
16:08It's Roxanne, everybody.
16:12Oh, my God.
16:14Thank you for being here.
16:16Now, what was it like watching that task back?
16:19Yeah, it was intense, but it gave me perspective.
16:22I was able to look at it from a bird's eye view and just kind of see all the kind
16:26of mistakes that were made.
16:28Not all of them were from me, but yeah, it was a tough, it was a tough watch, but it
16:33gave me the closure that I needed.
16:35Did anything surprise you?
16:39I think how quick everyone was to kind of throw me under the bus.
16:43Yeah.
16:44We noticed that.
16:45Yeah.
16:46Yeah.
16:46But it is what it is.
16:49It's the aim of the game.
16:50And yeah, it's easy to just kind of with the sub being a sub team lead.
16:53It's easy to kind of throw me under the bus.
16:56In the middle of that task, you were very sure that the failure was not down to you.
17:01Do you feel the same looking back at that?
17:03I feel like a few tweaks could have been made definitely on the branding side of things.
17:08For example, the compass and the mountains, maybe.
17:11I mean, I then said it was like peaks.
17:14So kind of change that storyline a little.
17:17But I feel like because it was an advert task and ultimate failure was on the advert team and I
17:23wasn't on that side.
17:25So I still don't believe it was 100 percent down to me.
17:28But I still do take accountability for like some of the stuff that was done.
17:32I quite liked.
17:34I know you were picked up on it, but I quite liked how you were gear changing away from mountains
17:40where they were like the mountains don't make sense.
17:42We're like peak performance.
17:44Yeah.
17:44To me, that made sense.
17:46And that could have been something that you, you know, leaned into further.
17:50Yeah.
17:50I feel like if the story was like more thought of from the advert side of things, they could have
17:55kind of lent into it.
17:57Like you say, with the peaks and finding yourself on your journey.
18:01And it being like North H2O, finding your true north rather than it being like a social divide, you know,
18:08the north and south.
18:09Well, the compass could have been a bit hippy dippy rather than like Columbo.
18:13I did look like Christopher Columbus.
18:15Like I was like, I know.
18:17We're going to Bali to find yourself.
18:19Jump on the northern line instead.
18:23I think you could have made it work.
18:25I know.
18:26Yeah.
18:26If we had more time than maybe.
18:28Yeah.
18:28I'm so interested in the time because we're watching it going, God's sake, guys, get it together.
18:33You know, you think you know everything when you're sat at home.
18:35But what's it actually like being sat there in that pressure?
18:38Because Karen's like tapping her watch.
18:40And then you've got Tim like rolling his eyes.
18:43And you're like, yeah, we know.
18:43We're rolling his eyes.
18:44I'm aware of that, Tim.
18:46Thank you very much.
18:47What does that feel like?
18:48It's so intense.
18:49I mean, it's easy to just sit back at home and like judge.
18:52But when you're in the moment, it's like so much goes wrong in that moment.
18:56And then so many opinions as well.
18:58So you end up making like you waste more time focusing on what everyone else is saying rather than the
19:04actual task.
19:05So, yeah, it's very tough.
19:08Let's take it back to the start because it was commuters that you chose as the target market.
19:15So in the brainstorm, things then kind of went in a slightly different direction.
19:19Shall we remind ourselves?
19:21I think we could definitely make it work.
19:23We can just make it fun and exciting.
19:25Do you know what I think would be good?
19:27North H2O.
19:28Supporting you to reach your peak.
19:30Yeah, I love that.
19:31But you're dividing demographics.
19:33I'm just worried about the connotations of the north and south divide.
19:37But then maybe in the logo, we can do some mountains as well.
19:40You know, we are supporting everybody to reach their peak.
19:43I think it's tricky.
19:44I think it's a bit of a risk.
19:46Supporting everybody to reach their peak feels like...
19:48Love it.
19:49Exciting.
19:50Yeah, I'm in.
19:50Yeah.
19:51I'm in.
19:52Maybe not for commuters.
19:54I don't think they'll like to scale up mountains like to get to work.
19:57But we were kind of getting there, you know, had we lent in more to the storyline and about
20:03travelling and finding yourself.
20:04And not everyone likes the job that they're in.
20:07So some people might do four or five different jobs.
20:10See, you're even doing it now, Roxanne, and I'm so here for it.
20:13Once a businesswoman, always a businesswoman.
20:16Skinning the cat right now in front of our eyes.
20:18And it's absolutely mesmerising.
20:20Well, to be fair, and I think this has got to be a highlight, the client said that they
20:24actually preferred H2O North over Thrive as a brand.
20:29Wow.
20:29I mean, that is obviously validating and reassuring to know that, like, it wasn't terrible.
20:35So that just shows, like, it was the advert side of things that was the issue.
20:39Yeah.
20:39And I think just had they developed the concept a bit more.
20:42And I think Connor should have brought someone at least back from the advert team.
20:46A hundred percent.
20:46To just kind of take accountability, to be honest.
20:48So I tried my best.
20:49I communicated well within the team.
20:51Yeah.
20:52And I gave out my ideas.
20:54I was a good listener.
20:55And I felt like I was working calmly under pressure.
20:58And I did my best.
21:00So, yeah, it is what it is.
21:02Back at the house, I loved the bonds.
21:04And you could see it quite early on.
21:06But the bonds that were performing with the girls particularly.
21:10And I know Rothenau and Karish, we were like, if it doesn't come back, I'm going to go nuts.
21:14I know.
21:15They were my soul sisters in there.
21:17Like, they just helped me through everything.
21:19So it was nice to watch that back and see that, you know, they wanted me to come back in
21:24the house as well.
21:25What do you miss most about it?
21:29Nothing.
21:31That's a hard move.
21:32Nothing.
21:33I'll tell you what, I don't miss the single beds.
21:36They look so uncomfortable.
21:38What do they like to sleep in?
21:40Awful, yeah.
21:41So I was looking forward to going back to my, you know, my usual routine at home.
21:45Cooked myself a spa day.
21:46So that was nice.
21:49She doesn't miss anything, doesn't care.
21:52No, I do miss, like, you know, connecting with people that I probably wouldn't normally connect with.
21:58And just, like, the whole experience is just phenomenal.
22:01Like, to even get to this stage, like, I didn't even think I'd get this far.
22:04So, yeah, very grateful for it all.
22:06Well, you were absolutely brilliant.
22:08You were.
22:09Okay, so we've reached the point in the show where we, well, you guys actually,
22:14get to choose a little tune that helps us understand how the task went inside your brain.
22:22So, what have you got?
22:24I mean, I'm very interested to see where we went with this.
22:26Alison, what did you go for?
22:28So I went for something that I felt, if you look at our friend Kieran's advert,
22:32he kind of got knocked down and he got back up again.
22:36And to me, thrive means overcoming problems and getting up and keeping going.
22:41So I went for this one.
22:49I get knocked down.
22:51Nice choice.
22:54Beautiful job.
22:55Like these bangers.
22:56Wow.
22:56Very motivational.
22:58Is that what you walk out on stage to?
22:59Honestly, Angela, yes, it is.
23:02Yeah.
23:03I love that.
23:04What about you, Dean?
23:05What's your shower song?
23:06Look, I had to, I had to pay homage to our girl, Karishma,
23:12who held down not only this episode,
23:15but she held down the careers of everybody else that was in her team.
23:20And she really worked the hardest.
23:24So I chose this.
23:32She really did.
23:36That's her tune.
23:37Yes.
23:38She's queen.
23:39She is queen.
23:40Give her the 250k.
23:41Yeah.
23:44Here's the checkbook.
23:45Just write it now.
23:47Do you think she could go?
23:48I feel like she could go the full way.
23:50Like, I love her.
23:51She's so authentic.
23:52What you see is what you get.
23:53And she's just a boss babe.
23:55So, yeah.
23:55I'm really for her.
23:56Yeah.
23:57Yeah.
23:57We move on to task five.
23:59Selling flowers.
24:00Okay.
24:00Lord Sugar wants the candidates to turn petals into profit
24:03because nothing says serious business
24:05like arguing over a bunch of hydrangeas, let's be honest.
24:08And, of course, I have got an exclusive clip
24:11to get us properly excited.
24:14Fresh flowers to treat yourself or your loved ones?
24:16Just a special deal for you.
24:19It's so beautiful.
24:20What are you thinking?
24:21$49.99.
24:22It's a little too high for me.
24:23Okay.
24:24You could maybe, like, put a few in your hair.
24:26No.
24:27Can I interest you in fresh bouquet flowers?
24:30It is a tough crowd.
24:32How are you?
24:33Hello.
24:33I see smiles up there.
24:35Why don't you come over and treat yourself?
24:38Treat yourself!
24:39Oh, my God.
24:42Alison, what is this task aiming to kind of show Lord Sugar
24:47in terms of skills?
24:48I think it's a 360 of business.
24:50So, procurement, how much are you buying these things for?
24:53What are you selling them for?
24:54What's your margin on it?
24:56And how much money are you going to make?
24:57Because a lot of people drop the prices.
24:59They don't make any money in business.
25:01And, ultimately, that's the thing.
25:02Sell, make money, stay in business, repeat.
25:05Okay.
25:06Easy when you put it like that.
25:07Yeah.
25:08I might try it sometime.
25:11Dean, what do you think of this particular task?
25:13I mean, this is my dream.
25:15Like, if I wasn't sitting here doing this, I'd open a florist.
25:18What?
25:18That's my dream gig.
25:19Sorry, I'm just saying it.
25:21Sorry, don't sound so surprised.
25:23I'm delicate.
25:24You'd be great.
25:25I'd love to see a chopper rose.
25:26I love this type of task on The Apprentice
25:30because it's always high energy.
25:32And I love, and I already know that, you know,
25:35the choppy bit that they do where it's like,
25:37they put the big music in and it goes all like fast, fast, fast.
25:42And then it goes all like action-packed, action-packed, action-packed.
25:45And then there's just like a silence and they're all sweating.
25:49Yeah.
25:49I love that.
25:50I love the high octane, the drama.
25:52I want to see, I want to see peonies in the air.
25:55I want to see Harry say something.
25:59Obviously, you're in the house.
26:00Like, what do we, is Harry, are we going to see a bit more of him?
26:04Yeah.
26:04Where's Harry?
26:05Harry is really chatty.
26:06Like, once you get to know him.
26:07But I feel like right now, he's just kind of in the background,
26:11you know, trying to be the funny guy.
26:12And you'll see a bit more of his personality.
26:14I'm hoping.
26:15I'm hoping.
26:16Strategically hanging back a little bit.
26:17Maybe strategic, you know.
26:19But we don't like coasters in this game.
26:21We do not.
26:22Floaters.
26:23Floaters.
26:23So it'll be interesting to see like who's actually coasting
26:26and who's actually here, you know, to stay in.
26:28Yeah.
26:29You know, get involved in the game.
26:31Yeah.
26:32Sorry, I totally like.
26:34I love it.
26:35It's so exciting.
26:36Boom.
26:39Thank you so much, Roxanne.
26:41Best of luck with everything that you do.
26:43And thank you so much, Dean and Alison.
26:50And if you think you have what it takes to be Lord Sugar's
26:53next business partner, applications are still open for Series 21.
26:57For more details, head over to bbc.co.uk forward slash apprentice.
27:01I'll be back next time after The Apprentice on BBC Two and iPlayer

27:12and who ends up pushing up the daisies.
27:15I'm Angela Scanlon.
27:16Goodbye.
27:42I'm Angela Scanlon.
27:45I'm Angela Scanlon.
