00:01I'm after workers, not shirkers. Winners, not whingers.
00:07Lord Sugar is on the hunt for a brand new business partner.
00:11Just to make it perfectly clear, make me money and don't piss me off.
00:17Fighting it out for his funding.
00:2116 ambitious entrepreneurs.
00:25This was absolute garbage.
00:27You don't know what you're bloody well doing. It was bloody chaos.
00:30Go, go, go, go, go.
00:31It's a deal worth fighting for.
00:33Action.
00:34Listen, listen, let me talk.
00:36Captain, please listen to me.
00:3816 candidates.
00:40Say yes sir.
00:41If you had a problem with that, you should have raised it.
00:43I did raise it.
00:4412 tough weeks.
00:46If it's an issue, why would you walk off?
00:48Why are you still talking?
00:49One life-changing opportunity.
00:52You're fired. You're fired.
00:54You couldn't give away Prosecco on a hen night.
00:56You're fired.
01:01Previously.
01:02I'm going to send you to Malta.
01:04A mini break.
01:05You have to locate nine items.
01:08With plenty at stake.
01:10The team that spends the least will win.
01:12Jackie pushed Jasmine into the driving seat.
01:15Jasmine does this for a living, so I would nominate Jasmine.
01:18But things failed to take off.
01:20Oh, guys, it says the bug malt.
01:24Khadija and Sarah hit turbulence.
01:26Charlotte's nominated me to go and do that item because you did the house.
01:30And the girls had a bumpy landing.
01:32Can't see anyone.
01:33Where are they?
01:34On the other team.
01:35Is everyone happy that I'll be the PM for this task?
01:38Coyote took the wheel.
01:39We'll head to that corner.
01:40Just have a look.
01:41But led his team round in circles.
01:43We don't know where we are, but yeah, okay, that's cool.
01:45Rick got lost in translation.
01:47Are you saying nose or holes?
01:49Oh, holes.
01:50And landed a suspect souvenir.
01:52Has she seen holes?
01:53I don't like me.
01:54Look.
01:55But after a race to check-in.
01:57They got seven items, which makes your total 764 euros.
02:01For the boys, a first-class win.
02:03That's what I'm talking about.
02:05On the losing team.
02:06We needed to go back to the mainland.
02:08You wanted to.
02:09You can make your point without shouting.
02:10Jackie was almost sent packing.
02:12I don't like what I think you did there.
02:15But it was Sarah.
02:16You are impatient, argumentative.
02:19It will never happen again.
02:21Who got the one-way ticket.
02:23I have to make a decision.
02:24Sarah, you're fired.
02:26Now 15 remain to fight for the chance to become Lord Sugar's business partner.
02:416am.
02:42Good morning.
02:43Good morning.
02:44Good morning.
02:45Lord Sugar would like you to make your way to Granry Square in King's Cross.
02:50The cars will be outside in 20 minutes.
02:52All right.
02:53Thank you very much.
02:54Guys!
02:55Wake up.
02:56We've got to go to Granry Square.
02:58Ready?
02:59I think we should hopefully work a bit better this time as a team.
03:03Good luck for anyone who's with Khadija.
03:04She loves an argument.
03:05Khadija, what kind of task do you reckon today's going to be?
03:06I don't really care.
03:07I just want to get there.
03:08Right.
03:09I'm done.
03:10Early off.
03:11Early off.
03:12Anyone fancy this one?
03:13If it's like this one.
03:14If it's like this one.
03:15Yeah.
03:16Yeah.
03:17Yeah.
03:18Yeah.
03:19Yeah.
03:20Yeah.
03:21Yeah.
03:22Yeah.
03:23Yeah.
03:24Yeah.
03:25Yeah.
03:26Yeah.
03:27Yeah.
03:28Yeah.
03:29Yeah.
03:30Yeah, yeah.
03:31Anyone fancy this one?
03:32If it's like creative design sort of thing I'm more than happy to put myself forward?
03:36Being an actor some kind of pitching or presenting, I would fanci that.
03:42Granary Square, Central London.
03:51Home to the UK's only gallery dedicated to Graphic Art.
03:57Well, good morning, and welcome to the House of Illustration.
04:08This impressive gallery celebrates drawing and the graphic arts,
04:11two important parts of this task today.
04:14So now I'd like you to take the tablet
04:15and hold them over the comics you'll find inside.
04:22Well, good morning.
04:24You already know I'm a business...
04:26Oh, wow.
04:28But I bet you didn't know that globally the comic market is worth over a billion pounds.
04:34For your next task, you'll be designing a brand new comic
04:38complete with an augmented reality front cover.
04:42Once you have created your comic, you will pitch it to three major retailers.
04:48The team that secures the most orders will win,
04:50and in the losing team, at least one of you will be fired.
04:54To keep you on the straight and narrow, you'll be followed by these two.
04:59Minnie the Minx, Karen, and Biffo the Bear, Claude.
05:04Now, good luck, and I'll see you in the boardroom in a few days' time.
05:08All clear?
05:10Off you go.
05:13Teams have two days to create a comic for eight to 12-year-olds,
05:18complete with central character and compelling storyline.
05:22So, has anybody worked in comics?
05:24No.
05:25Page one.
05:26I'd absolutely like to throw my hat into the ring.
05:28Pick project managers.
05:30I come from a creative background in marketing.
05:33I've got experience with characterisation.
05:36Yeah.
05:37I write stories myself, so...
05:39Children's stories.
05:40Yeah, yeah.
05:41Just, like, make-believe kind of things.
05:42So, yours is, like, a hobby, and yours is your career.
05:46Yeah.
05:47I'm happy to vote on the one of you.
05:48Yeah.
05:51Well, I think I'm more than happy to lead this, and then if you can...
05:54And Ross and Frank.
05:55I think...
05:56Do you guys want to vote?
05:57I'm just going to go for David, because it's his hobby, it's his passion.
06:00But this is my career, like, marketing, like, this is me.
06:03Well, listen, I know I have the absolute passion.
06:05So, let's just stop messing about and let me lead the team.
06:09Cool.
06:10I think I've got a slight edge over David.
06:12I personally wouldn't have backed him for project manager,
06:15and if I can't back him, I don't think the rest of the team would do either.
06:19We really need to get a good concept, and I've got some really, really good ideas.
06:24So, what are we thinking in terms of project manager?
06:27Anybody got any kids that age or...?
06:30So, I've got children, but they're a lot younger.
06:33But creativity and design isn't my thing.
06:37I would do the sub-team and do the creative side of things,
06:40because that's my key strength.
06:42My forte is branding.
06:44But I'm more than happy to also step up to the sub-team or...?
06:48So, I'd be very happy to put myself a sub-team leader,
06:50but I think we need to focus on the creativity in terms of the graphics
06:54and telling that story throughout.
06:55Well, sorry, everyone wants to be sub-team leader,
06:57but no one wants to be PM.
07:00So, if you would like me to be a PM,
07:02then I'm happy to be PM.
07:04I think you'd be fab.
07:05Brilliant.
07:06Let's get ready to win!
07:07Woo!
07:09Khadija put herself forward to be project manager,
07:12but that was on the basis that nobody else wanted it,
07:14despite, by her own admission, having no creativity at all.
07:18Well, this task is all about creativity.
07:21Pinpointing plot for the boys...
07:23So, what we're going to do is we are going to have a male character.
07:26Marketing man turned editor-in-chief, Frank.
07:30But I don't want it to be purely about a boys' adventure.
07:33That's in the story.
07:34And this setting, we're going for outer space.
07:36My only concern with that was, has it been done?
07:38Could we have fun around something that's maybe teaching them
07:41something about the world that they're living in?
07:43I mean, look at all the previous great comics that they had,
07:45have they really had that much of a focus on education?
07:47I used to read a comic to get away from that.
07:51If I was project manager, I wouldn't have picked outer space.
07:54The concept has been done, done and done to death.
07:57But, for the good of the team, I'm ready to turn it around
08:00and do exactly what we need to do to win this task.
08:05On the other team...
08:06As a parent, I've got a concept of what I think
08:09I would like my children to learn.
08:12Leading from the front, cleaning company owner Khadija.
08:16It needs to be educational.
08:17So, I was thinking, like, a really cool dude MC monkey
08:20going to different towns and cities
08:22and learning a few words along the way, because...
08:24I think that in terms of the educational aspect,
08:26we need to be careful it's not boring.
08:28OK. They catch people's attention.
08:30Yeah, OK. So, you said...
08:31OK, that's enough.
08:34Right, I'm going to control this now.
08:36Let's go with languages, like, you know, French, Merci,
08:40and also making cool sunglasses, rhyming, emceeing, unisex.
08:45I mean, I don't even care if it's half boy, half girl.
08:47As long as it looks cool for 12-year-olds
08:49and they are learning something...
08:51OK, everyone happy?
08:53The team are a handful, to be honest with you.
08:57That's why I put myself forward as PM.
08:59The other candidates are just too weak to take it on.
09:01You know, they do as I say and get the job done
09:04and ultimately make sure we win
09:06and get a lovely treat at the end.
09:08OK. So, Camilla's sub-team leader,
09:10Sarah, Sabrina and myself will do the story.
09:13We need to win this task. I am not losing.
09:16David, I'd like you to lead the sub-team with David, Rick,
09:20Coyote and Alex, please.
09:22You guys are going to go off and plan and work on the story.
09:24Please listen to David. He's got experience in story writing.
09:27Right, if you're all happy with that, let's get started.
09:30Let's do it. Let's go.
09:31Come on, guys. Let's go, let's go, let's go.
09:33Midday.
09:35Half of each team heads off to write their story.
09:39The reason the publishers are going to buy this
09:42is because it grabs everybody's attention.
09:45We are going to pull something fantastic together.
09:47I really feel it.
09:49The rest, to create comic characters.
09:52I think it would have been nice
09:54to have had a bit of a brainstorm of everybody.
09:56Yeah, definitely.
09:58Because I felt like we had one idea,
09:59but we kind of just ran with that.
10:01I think Khadija was very set in what she wants
10:03and I'm a bit worried that she's just going to have tunnel vision.
10:07Central London.
10:10Base for half of each team.
10:12Award-winning digital studio, Halition.
10:15Shall we start brainstorming names while she's drawing?
10:18Yeah, yeah.
10:19First job for Frank and his boys.
10:21So, he's around, like, eight to ten years old.
10:24Hammer out a hero for outer space.
10:28What about Sammy Supernova?
10:30How about Comet Chris?
10:31I like that.
10:32Comet Claude?
10:33No.
10:34No.
10:35Do you want to put the telescope in it?
10:37Like, on his back?
10:38Like a sword?
10:39Yeah, yeah.
10:40Comet Chris, to the rescue.
10:42Cosmic Ken?
10:43Um...
10:45How about Ben and Beyond?
10:48Frank, what do you think?
10:50Oh, God, right.
10:52Oh, Benji and Beyond.
10:53Benji.
10:54Benji's Space Adventures.
10:57Like it.
10:58Frank was adamant that he had all the creative ideas and juices.
11:02This was his task.
11:03He was going to boss it.
11:05But he certainly wasn't leading the team.
11:07And at the end of it all, what name have they come up with?
11:10Benji.
11:13Khadija doesn't want it to be male or female.
11:15Charged with realising Khadija's concept.
11:18It's a rapper.
11:19Camilla's half of the girls.
11:21So, I was thinking, like, Randy.
11:23Randy the rapper.
11:24Hmm.
11:25MC.
11:26Yeah, MC.
11:27MC GoGo, because it goes places.
11:30I like MC GoGo.
11:31Yeah.
11:32Yeah.
11:33MC GoGo from YOLO.
11:34Yeah, that's good.
11:35Oh, that's good.
11:36Ladies, what is YOLO?
11:38You only live once.
11:39Ah.
11:42We've got four bright ladies here, all of whom claim to be very creative,
11:45but they've blindly followed the brief they've been given
11:48without actually stepping back and thinking,
11:50do we want a unisex character?
11:52Do we want to end up with a blob that has a chain and sunglasses on
11:55that's going to appeal to kids?
11:57Looks like Ellen, John.
11:59Corinne, come on.
12:00Bring Benji to life.
12:01Name decided.
12:02Bloody hell.
12:03I mean, am I feeling Benji?
12:05You are Benji.
12:06For Frank's boys, playtime.
12:08Help me!
12:09Help me!
12:10Benji!
12:11To the rescue!
12:12Help me!
12:13Help me!
12:14Stop there!
12:15My hero!
12:22My trousers have just raved!
12:25It's okay, guys.
12:27Benji can fix it.
12:28Can you not see it?
12:30Can you not see it?
12:32How bad is it?
12:364pm.
12:39Base for both story teams, headquarters of the world's longest running weekly comic.
12:44Let's have a bit of fun with this one, it's going to be a good test.
12:47Set on an educational theme.
12:49Okay, so we're doing it in France.
12:52Khadija aims for top marks.
12:54I think in terms of languages, we know the most, not a great amount, but the most in French.
12:59Yeah.
13:00So we've got a character that travels around different cities and he teaches the reader about languages and little bits about that city.
13:07Where is the challenge for the person to overcome?
13:11I was thinking, actually, you know my kids, they're obsessed with balls.
13:14So I thought he's on a hunt and once he gets the ball, he opens it and inside the gold ball tells him to go to...
13:20La...
13:21La Piscine, which is the swimming pool.
13:23Okay, so let's call the other team and just tell them our thoughts.
13:30Hello, Khadija.
13:31Camilla, I just wanted to ask a few questions.
13:33So you know your character.
13:35We need to get the name.
13:36It's MC Gogo.
13:38Oh, I like that. MC Gogo.
13:40I love that.
13:41They're good.
13:42MC Gogo.
13:43He's going to go to, like, the library and then the swimming pool.
13:46And in each place, he gets a little gold ball.
13:48Yeah.
13:49Sorry to interrupt.
13:50We had an idea.
13:51Can I just...
13:52We're going to go with the gold ball idea.
13:54Could the ball be the chain?
13:56Yes, collect spools on the chain.
13:58Okay, thanks, girls. Bye.
14:01Khadija's management style is to be quite aggressive and it's her way or the highway, really, with some of the decisions.
14:07But I'm just going along with that and trying to put the best ideas forward to support what she's seeing we have to do.
14:14Across the hall...
14:16Kids are asking a lot more questions about why and things like that.
14:19Launching the boys' space story...
14:21So, if we can take them to visit the stars...
14:24Amateur author, David.
14:26Maybe leave school and he...
14:28Look, let me share with you, my dear. Let me know what you think.
14:30Little Freddy comes home from school.
14:32Well, let's...
14:33So, this is him looking under his bed.
14:34The speech was, why is my telescope flashing?
14:36Let me set up and have a look.
14:38He goes to a telescope, zooms into space.
14:40Right, okay.
14:41And he's actually on another planet.
14:42Maybe the planet's all going to fall apart because some evil guy's going to take away the gravity.
14:45Yeah.
14:46And now he's fighting the villain.
14:47He's a good hero.
14:49Yeah.
14:50And he's gone to save other people.
14:51Yes, yes.
14:52Right.
14:53I'd be up for that because I like the idea.
14:56I guess it slightly has surprised me that David hasn't been the most creative person in the team.
15:01So, I'm hoping that when it does come to the actual script writing in terms of what we're putting in the captions,
15:06hopefully you can shine through there because that's what you said his speciality is.
15:09Frank, it's David.
15:10We've just got a couple of points.
15:11We just want to check with you.
15:12Have you guys come up with a name for our lead character yet?
15:15So, what we've gone with, and I want you all to get behind this.
15:19Benji.
15:21B-E-N-J-I.
15:24What are you thinking behind that one?
15:25I wanted to have a normal boy's name in there.
15:30Alright, we've got to go now, guys.
15:31Just keep the story nice and fun.
15:33He's a superhero.
15:34Just do what you feel.
15:36Bye-bye.
15:37What a crap name.
15:38Benji.
15:40Sounds like a Cocker Spaniel.
15:41Oh, my God.
15:42I mean, Benji is just infantile.
15:46Please, take the post-it off.
15:48Fixed on French.
15:50So, now we need to get some French words in, right?
15:52Khadija dictates the content of her comic.
15:55So, he's talking to some, like a security guard at the front of the Eiffel Tower.
15:59So, he's going to say, bonjour.
16:03He sends him to the swimming pool.
16:05But do we...
16:06We don't know if it's la or la piscine.
16:08We don't know that many French words.
16:10Right, we're not doing la piscine because...
16:12It is la piscine because if it's la café, la bibliothèque, it makes sense that...
16:16Is it la or la?
16:17It must be la because if...
16:18No, but you're saying it must be.
16:19I need confidence.
16:20Is it la piscine?
16:21I'm not 100% sure.
16:22Yes or no.
16:23Then if you're not 100%, I'm not doing it.
16:26It's really frustrating that they've chosen a language.
16:28Khadija suddenly came up with a language and stuck to it.
16:31And none of us are fluent in French.
16:33So, I'm very, very concerned that we're not going to actually give enough information to our target audience.
16:39It needs to rhyme and it needs to be cool.
16:41So, like, what is this language you speak?
16:44Can I suggest that me and you work on the story while Sarah works on the writing?
16:49I tell you what, how about you just do what I've just asked you and just quickly write something down.
16:566pm. Print deadline approaching.
17:00Oh, yeah, that looks good.
17:02For the girls, a designer brings gloss to Go-Go.
17:05We also need a medallion.
17:07A big ball on the end and then little balls around it.
17:10Yeah.
17:11Do you think there should be all balls?
17:12I think balls.
17:13Just balls.
17:14Fine.
17:15Get the balls on there.
17:16OK.
17:17On the other team...
17:18Oh!
17:19The birth of Benji.
17:20The boys give Benji star treatment.
17:23Red for their main text.
17:25That's cool.
17:26Can we move that planet?
17:28Oh!
17:29Look at that!
17:30Are you happy with that?
17:31Yes, yes.
17:32Send it across to your sub team.
17:35The comic title is MC Go-Go.
17:39I think it just needs, um, dot C.
17:40Yeah, it looks a bit like...
17:41It looks like it's his initials.
17:42Yeah.
17:43Yeah.
17:44Yeah, that's good.
17:45I think that'll look good.
17:46I think Khadijah will be happy with this.
17:52Back at Comic HQ...
17:54Hi, nice to meet you.
17:55I'm Khadijah.
17:56For both story teams...
17:57We've been working on what we think is a really cool storyboard.
18:01...illustrators will produce professional comic strips.
18:04Yes, I've actually received something from you.
18:06A stick?
18:07But first, a look at the finished characters.
18:10Oh, my God!
18:11That's so cool!
18:12I love it!
18:13They have done so well.
18:15I'm so proud of them.
18:16It looks just like...
18:17Yeah!
18:18That's good, that's good, yeah.
18:19I'm actually surprised they've managed to hit the nail on the head with a character.
18:22Bearing in mind, he's got such a rubbish name.
18:24Yeah, to be honest.
18:25Right, what have we got in this story?
18:28It's a very basic storyline of some guy, travels to another planet, saves the day and returns home.
18:33I'll quickly run through the slides to Kev so we can get this done.
18:38He's now gone through the telescope, and out of his mouth he's going, whoa!
18:42How do we spell whoa?
18:44I personally thought it was like W-O-A-H-H-H-H, because the H's are the O.
18:49That's not how I would spell it.
18:50I would go W, a few others, and a H.
18:54Whoa!
18:55No, that's like woo.
18:56That's woo.
18:57As far as the story goes, it's really very basic.
18:59He's a boy, he's got a superpower.
19:01He goes somewhere else, goody against bady, and the goody wins.
19:05Well, yes, what's new about that?
19:07Great shot, Benji.
19:08You've saved our planet.
19:10OK, we happy?
19:11We're ready to move on?
19:14Upstairs.
19:16I love that, like, caffeine style.
19:18For Khadija's French adventure, finishing touches.
19:22Just check the word in there.
19:24Patisserie.
19:25P-A-T.
19:26I spelled it different on that.
19:27Should we just leave bakery?
19:28I'd rather not have a spelling mistake.
19:30The word patisserie doesn't make it more French.
19:33They set out to design a fun, educational comic.
19:38Well, it's not fun, there's no laughs in the story,
19:40and it's not educational because they've chosen French
19:43despite the fact that they don't speak it and they can't spell it.
19:46I don't understand.
19:48We've got a picture of a croissant.
19:509pm, design deadlines looming.
19:58Oh, that is so amazing.
20:00Oh, amazing!
20:01Last job for both teams.
20:03Hi!
20:04Oh my God, he's so gangster!
20:06Use augmented reality to give comic covers life.
20:09It's actually, it translates your gestures into the animation.
20:13Do you have background rap music we can use?
20:15Um...
20:16Or should we beatbox?
20:17If you want.
20:18I think we should beatbox.
20:19We need to come up with a rap.
20:21Across the hall...
20:23I can go anywhere with my magic telescope.
20:26Centre stage for the boys, law graduates and aspiring actor,
20:30current.
20:31You forgot to say you're Benji.
20:33Yeah.
20:34And it's not magic.
20:35I love the speed though.
20:36Let's do it again.
20:37Should we write it down or not?
20:38Nah, you...
20:39Alright.
20:40Small boy.
20:41Hey!
20:42I'm Benji.
20:43Just do a bit of movement, just like engagement.
20:45I can't speak and do the head tilt.
20:47Just play about with it just to get the most out of it.
20:50OK.
20:52Come join me on my next space adventure!
21:00I'll do the movement.
21:01Yeah.
21:02Side to side.
21:03Go-Go want a trick.
21:04I'm MC Go-Go.
21:05Swept in from YOLO.
21:06Taken in the language and the culture as I go.
21:07Go-Go.
21:08Paris is super cool.
21:09There's lots to see.
21:10I can't wait for an adventure.
21:11C'est la vie.
21:12That was good.
21:13I finished it!
21:14Yes!
21:16Right.
21:17Let's get out of here.
21:18I think the most important part of this task is the front cover.
21:21It's the selling point and especially when you're doing it.
21:23It's the most important part of this task is the front cover.
21:28It's the selling point and especially with the AR function.
21:31I think that's key to winning this task.
21:33However, you can't ignore that a front cover needs a story.
21:37And I'm just hoping those two marry up tomorrow.
21:39Ganesha is going to be so happy with us.
21:42And I'm going to be singing our song all night.
21:45Boom.
21:46Boom.
21:47Boom.
21:48Overnight, proof copies will be printed.
21:51Tomorrow, convince major companies to place orders.
21:558am.
21:56I can't wait for an adventure.
21:57So lovely.
21:58Woo!
21:59For both teams.
22:00I think this is sick!
22:01Woo!
22:02First chance to see their completed comics.
22:03Come join me on my next space adventure.
22:04That is absolutely amazing!
22:05Yes!
22:06For the boys, Benji's space adventures.
22:07I really like it.
22:08I get it.
22:09It's funny, it's cheeky.
22:10There's nothing in there you're going to be concerned about.
22:11Upstairs.
22:12It doesn't say croissant anywhere.
22:13But, yeah, because we didn't want to be putting in too many French words.
22:15Educational emceeers.
22:16Because there's a couple of, like, question marks and stuff left off.
22:17Because there's a couple of, like, question marks and stuff left off.
22:18It doesn't say croissant anywhere.
22:19But, yeah, because we didn't want to be putting in too many French words.
22:20Educational emcee go-go.
22:21September 4th.
22:22Throughout this time.
22:23But the boys, Benji's space adventures.
22:26The boys are two.
22:27I really like it.
22:28I get it.
22:29It's funny, it's cheeky.
22:30There's nothing in there you're going to be concerned about.
22:33Upstairs.
22:34Does it say croissant anywhere?
22:36But, yeah, because we didn't want to be putting in too many French words.
22:41Educational emcee go-go.
22:43There's a couple of, like, question marks and stuff left off.
22:45Gets a-going over.
22:47This is the prototype.
22:48It's a few punctuation errors.
22:50However, I'm a tiny bit concerned that it doesn't hit the 8-12 market.
22:54Why would you say that? It does hit that.
22:56Listen, thank you for highlighting any negatives.
22:59However, when you get into your pitch, twist it into a positive.
23:02I just want positivity.
23:04There were flaws such as the grammar, the spelling.
23:07We have very little French within a French magazine.
23:10And I think by shutting down all these comments and not addressing them,
23:13it may be a fatal mistake.
23:16As PM, I'm going to go on the team with the two pitches.
23:19I want to put a storyteller on the creative team,
23:21so I'd like to put Sabrina over with Camilla.
23:24You'll be conducting the market research with the 8-12 year-olds, fun.
23:27And then, so Sian, we're going to pull you over with me and Sarah.
23:30Is everyone happy? Yeah. Yeah.
23:32Brill.
23:34The plan for today is the sub-team are going to do the two pitches,
23:37but I am going to make a switch.
23:39I'm going to swap Dan and Coyote.
23:42My team, Tom, Curran and Coyote.
23:45We're going to do some consumer testing in the morning.
23:47My specialism is in terms of pitching.
23:49This is what I do on a daily basis.
23:50I know, I know.
23:51But the consumer testing is actually a big part of this.
23:53So are you bringing me over just for the consumer testing?
23:55No, because we've got a pitch as well.
23:56But today, I think the task is won or lost on sales of this.
24:01And I think if I'm not in a pitch, that could be detrimental.
24:05You will be in a pitch. We're all going to be in a pitch.
24:06So are you suggesting that you're the main make or break,
24:07whether you pitch or not? Is that what you're suggesting?
24:09I'm not suggesting that. I'm just saying that if I'm not leading a pitch,
24:13then there's a chance that we won't walk out of there with orders.
24:16So I think the fact that Frank moved away from two pitches to one,
24:19I think Frank does have an impression that I'm not a great pitcher.
24:23And I can assure you that's a massive mistake.
24:25That's a huge mistake. So that's his call.
24:29All right, boys, let's go and do it.
24:3111am. Today, half of each team will conduct market research
24:39before pitching their comic to a high street giant.
24:43I'm so happy that I am here.
24:45Working with Kadisha was one of the worst experiences
24:49and I've never met anybody like her.
24:53The rest will present their creation to two magazine distributors.
24:59So our first pitch is going to be Rick and Daniel.
25:04So I suggest that we open it up by saying,
25:06introducing Benji, the superhero of tomorrow for today.
25:10Unless you say, of the future in the current.
25:18Central London.
25:20At one of the UK's largest magazine distributors.
25:23Hi.
25:24The girls set their sights on orders.
25:27So the comic that we've created is an educational comic, MC Go-Go.
25:32Go-Go on a track.
25:33I'm MC Go-Go.
25:35Swept in Yolo.
25:36Taken in the language and the culture as I go-go.
25:38Paris is super cool.
25:40There's lots to see.
25:41I can't wait for an adventure.
25:42Say love you.
25:44So what we've managed to include is not only a few French words,
25:47but also rhymes.
25:48So we feel rhyme is really important.
25:50Our target market with this comic is eight to twelve-year-olds,
25:53which we think would be fab with the augmented reality.
25:58Do you think with rhyme that you're probably going after a younger market
26:01rather than the eight to twelve-year-old market?
26:03To be honest, no, I don't.
26:04I don't think any age you're too old for rhyme.
26:07I get the same sense that this is a little bit on the young side.
26:10No, this is cool.
26:12That is real.
26:13It's like down to earth.
26:14It's on trend.
26:15So if you're going for the eight to twelve-year-old market,
26:19how come you haven't used more French words within the magazine?
26:22So it's not fair for us to presume some of these children
26:26might have only been in caravan holidays in the UK.
26:29They might have never even heard of another language before.
26:31So we're, you know, we don't want to go in with loads of words
26:33and overcomplicate things.
26:35The concept may be good, but it is a bit random.
26:38Thank you so much for your time.
26:41Thanks for your time.
26:42OK, bye-bye.
26:43Bye.
26:44I liked the rhyming stuff that was going on.
26:47Yeah. That was nice.
26:48I agree with that.
26:49I think there's something in that.
26:50The character's strong and vibrant, but everything else around it is weak.
26:53The retailers pointed out some fundamental errors.
26:56The comic is far too young for the target market,
26:59and it is just not educational.
27:01They'd really miss that mark.
27:04North London.
27:05Obviously, he's super cool.
27:07For the girls' consumer testing team.
27:10We agree on that.
27:11Yeah.
27:12Targeted questions.
27:13Would you like to hang out with MC Go Go?
27:16I would.
27:17With their target market.
27:19Can you be a hand up if you read a comic at the moment?
27:21Yeah.
27:22Fantastic.
27:23For the boys.
27:24Ha, ha, ha, ha.
27:26You will never stop me.
27:28Feedback on Benji.
27:30First impressions.
27:31What do you think?
27:32It's really colourful.
27:33Is there anything that you'd change?
27:35Could have built it up more of a fight like Benji just slaps him and gone.
27:40You have to be more diverse.
27:42Maybe a girl.
27:43A girl character.
27:44If he's a superhero, why doesn't he wear a cape or something?
27:47OK.
27:53Hoping the distributors get on board with Benji.
27:56You're welcome to have a look at the augmented reality.
28:00David's sales squad.
28:01Come join me on my next space adventure.
28:04We are here to pitch to you our brand new comic, Benji's Space Adventures.
28:09He's the superhero of the future where the telescope leads into new adventures.
28:15And Benji looks through his telescope and zooms off to a new planet.
28:23And the alien there, he's, thank goodness you've arrived.
28:26He saved the planet and he's the new superhero.
28:29I have to say, it's not very original.
28:39But it's also about aiming at what the children in our age range are interested in.
28:44You know, they go to school and they're all excited that they can aim the planets.
28:47Excuse me.
28:48It's what's out there.
28:50And Benji can take them on that journey.
28:52Thank you very much.
28:54Thank you for your time.
28:59Got lessons for next time.
29:00Yeah, I've got some notes for next time.
29:02Name, name.
29:03Yeah, I'm not going to lie.
29:04I was a little bit disappointed.
29:05I think Rick lost his way in the pitch a little bit.
29:07He kept having to refer back to his notes.
29:09Almost kind of forgot what he was talking about.
29:11But I'm ready to leave the next pitch and show what I can do.
29:152pm.
29:17It's the girls.
29:18Hello darlings.
29:20Should we get your market research feedback?
29:22It was really, really positive.
29:23They liked the rhymes.
29:25Loved the concept.
29:26They were all really, really, really impressive.
29:28Yeah, that's great feedback.
29:29Bye, guys.
29:30Bye.
29:31So we need to make sure, you know, that there's no negatives unless they bring it to us and
29:35then we'll back them off.
29:36Yeah.
29:37OK.
29:38They absolutely loved the front cover.
29:40And four out of five of them loved the name Benji.
29:42Any negatives in there?
29:43They would have liked a female character.
29:45People with disabilities.
29:47So there was another point about that his outfit doesn't necessarily change.
29:51Cheers, mate.
29:52Good luck.
29:53Bye.
29:54So lovely.
29:55Leading subscription site, magazine.co.uk.
29:56MC GoGo is an educational, but fun and quirky comic.
30:14MC GoGo is going to take the child's imagination to new places, to learn about new cultures, new
30:19new cultures new foods new landmarks now from our market research we know that we've smashed it to
30:24be honest because they were all happy with it um and i open up to any questions great thank you
30:29i love the idea of the educational aspect of it but actually there's not that much in here
30:34there's one little bit of french i understand that there are small teeth and issues of course
30:41my question is why is there not a full stop after the sea as far as i'm concerned mc doesn't need
30:46any dots okay there's also spelling mistakes and someone's quite heavy with the commas this is
30:53something that's educational i look at this and think well it's it's a bit weak
31:02take care bye-bye if we were to lose this task i think it'd have to come down to khadija it's because
31:08of the way she approached project manager and the aggression and you know the lack of letting
31:13anybody else have a say every decision has basically been khadija's i'm benji next through
31:19the door come join me on my next space adventure david's half of the boys benji's vibrant clothing
31:28and his cheeky smile entice any potential reader is created for the target age range of eight to
31:3312 year old actually i've got a nine year old and a 12 year old and i'm just questioning whether this is
31:37pitched at that age i'm really glad you asked me that question because i have a little bit of customer
31:41feedback four out of five said that they would love to read this a couple of negative points
31:48perhaps there wasn't enough diversity in the characters you know there's no females at the
31:52moment no disabled children what we would say to that is who knows where we're going to go with it
31:58thank you very much thank you for your time what do you think chaps you talked way too much man
32:07you kept saying negative parts which one you said the negative points you said i'm glad i touched on
32:11that the kids are the negative points the kids are saying yeah we should do because we had an answer
32:15for them you don't highlight negative points of your own product you're selling it you don't go into
32:18a shopping cart you want to buy this by the way it might break after three weeks that pitch was an
32:22absolute car crash highlighting the negative drawing attention to a bad thing which they may not have
32:27seen for themselves it's just totally unprofessional it's not what you do in a pitch oh yeah now
32:346 pm
32:37for frank's boys global retailer wh smith um so benji's space adventures playing the part of pitcher
32:46current aims to um give readers a sense of escapism um comics should be uh a reading opportunity which
32:58has no rules there's no regulation to it anything can happen um um i'll pass on now to
33:07frank yeah yeah let's let's keep you happy um so we sketched benji and that's him kind of come to
33:16life um we've gone for some kind of bright colors card is going to kind of wrap up with consumer
33:21testing that we did earlier today brilliant thank you for that frank number one as a character they
33:26absolutely love benji and they also love the cover too and they said it was a four out of five for
33:31enjoying the comic thank you very much so how are you going to get mum or dad to pick up
33:37this magazine i think the fact that it's new will help but you could say that about anything that's
33:42new then just because it's new doesn't mean it's in so i think some things what we can do is
33:48incorporate a freebie so it might literally just be a mini telescope i think that could be a great idea
33:53um i hope you enjoyed the comic um and yeah we yeah we look forward to um if you'd like to face any
33:59orders i was expecting more from current he sort of fell apart forgetting my name
34:07his pitch was a bit cringe i just hope that isn't to the team's detriment
34:13hoping to sell mc gogo to the high street giant so the objective is getting a very big order half the
34:20girls with sponsorship consultant jackie this is my sweet spot like if there's one thing i can say i can
34:26do probably better than most people this is it thank you you're saying this is about education
34:37about language the first comment that someone makes in french your character then turns around and says
34:43i don't speak french and then the rest of the story's in english i think the thing to consider
34:47as much as this is great in terms of learning language it's also about culture learning about
34:52stuff like that giving them opportunities just to discover that's really about what this comic is
34:56about this is a big big opportunity and you know we don't want to do this small this isn't the toe in
35:04the water type of thing what we'd be looking for is the first issue stocked in every single one of
35:09your locations in the uk as well as your other 26 countries that you guys operate in
35:16thank you very much for your time
35:23jackie was a bit too passionate in the pitch she was trying to sell the product too much
35:28so i'm concerned about the boardroom tomorrow pitch is over orders if any will be revealed in the boardroom
35:39you can go through to the boardroom now
36:09good morning good morning well uh you had to produce a comic create a character
36:23and then we had this additional feature of the augmented reality on the front page of the comic
36:30so let me start off with the girls team khadija you put yourself forward to become the project manager
36:37is that right that's correct so talk me through what you did so we needed to decide on a concept
36:43so you know right from the outset i wanted something that was educational so then after that we separated
36:48out into our two separate teams so camilla ran the character team yes so we all kind of chipped in
36:54in bringing mc gogo to life i kind of had a clear view in my head of what i was picturing khadija wanted
37:00i think khadija laid down the rules right from the very beginning didn't you and you said it's
37:06unisex cool and on top of that he had to be a rapper i just gave them a spec a really strong spec from
37:12what i can understand from karen you carried on like kim jong-un or putin you led it with an iron
37:19fist i mean you know you were making a comic here you weren't invading poland we had a really bad first
37:25task and i felt that everybody needed to be pulled in and ultimately you know i think we worked really
37:30well together following that anyway let's look at this go go on a track i'm mc go go swept in from yolo
37:38taken in the language and the culture as i go go paris is super cool there's lots to see i can't wait for
37:44an adventure say love me yeah right okay so then we're going to get on to the story team yeah so it's
37:53myself sarah and sabrina we picked the setting to be france or well paris for our first edition
38:00because to be honest it's the only language that i knew at least a couple of words for well the
38:05grammar is wrong in a lot of cases here we did that was i mean you've missed a dot out here for mc
38:11for example yeah i mean savoir is not spelt like that so this is an educational thing of what not to
38:17do i don't understand why we chose french as a topic when none of us are fluent in french if it's meant
38:21to be educational and fun but this was dictated to you wasn't it by her 100 yeah kadeesha your
38:26management style was aggressive it was belittling it was condescending you didn't take a back seat
38:31can i can i get a word in please if i made anybody feel uncomfortable that's obviously not what my plan
38:36was i don't anyone else feel that way okay moving on from that on day two your team did the pitch to the
38:46magazine distributor and how was it i think you know we worked really well together i mean the panel
38:51you were talking to felt it lacked the educational bit you know supposed to be french i reckon kids
38:58will be better off learning french from watching hello hello and then we go to the large high street
39:05retailer jackie you made a lot of demands telling them that you don't want them just to try a few if
39:11you're going to place an order you want a substantial order and i want distribution in
39:16every one of your branches yeah they didn't throw you out definitely i thought we had a really really
39:22strong character a strong brand and we wanted to get a big order placed okay you followed mrs putin here
39:28good project manager i think she was very clear very very assertive i'm actually a bit sad that they
39:34felt that i came across that because i'm really proud of all of them so obviously i'm going to take that
39:38on board and make sure i don't speak down to people let's see if we have the opportunity for that
39:42gentlemen now frank yes you are the project manager yeah so i wanted to put myself forward because
39:49um i have some creative skills um david also put his hat in the ring um he has experience writing
39:54stories david you're an accountant right yeah i do write um as a bit of an escapism so your character
40:01wasn't that man anyway it ended up frank you was the project manager yep so i wanted it to be um
40:10kind of a boy um i really wanted to go where'd you get benji from then i don't know benji but we know
40:15it's a name so it kind of has a sense of uniqueness but also familiarity i um enjoyed bringing benji to
40:22life in order to get inspiration you actually play acted with frank is that right we were getting into
40:27character i was the damsel in distress we ended up with you splitting your trousers you must have
40:33shown your parts there also i think um let's see if we can bring benji to life hey i'm benji i can go
40:43anywhere in the universe with my intergalactic telescope come join me on my next space adventure
40:49well i didn't see him move much though at the end he sways from side to side okay so then we've got
40:54to get on to the story team what uh you've produced here is a good boy beats bad boy and thank you
41:01you saved the planet and uh to be continued yeah i mean frank was very clear that you want to have
41:06a superhero so i mean we kind of have to by default follow that route of you know him having to face
41:11a nemesis of some sort to save the day i mean that's what superheroes kind of do so that's why we
41:16decided to steer down that route a superhero did you define that you wanted a superhero kill a villain
41:22and win the day i didn't i only said superhero i didn't want to to tell them exactly what to do
41:27because i didn't want to be that dictatorial um project manager and setting out this huge vision
41:32anyway on day two we start giving doing the pitches right coyote not too happy right yeah i feel
41:39that was a massive mistake moving me away from doing two pitch to one i'm a speaker i do it for a living
41:45going so they didn't they didn't use your expertise is what you're saying yeah i don't agree with with
41:50that i think that i i saw the value in your pitch that's why i wanted you on the biggest pitch
41:54i thought of of the three with the online retailer david you were there yeah i heard afterwards that
42:00some of you people weren't too happy with him is that right david no no no no no what i did we
42:05was running through the uh customer research went through all the positives we had a couple of
42:09negatives in there as well and i i feel it was important to highlight the negatives but say why we
42:15were turning them into positives so it's it's highlighting the there's a way in which you say
42:19that you say there's an extension to what we've got you'd be dynamic about you don't say this is
42:23all the negative feedback we've had no but i didn't stop there did i yeah you went on you said about
42:26three four points about negative feedback afterwards all right anyway let's see if the experts bought
42:32into your concept karen you go first well khadija's team went to the magazine distributor who put in an order
42:40for 3 750 copies and then on to the online distributor who ordered only 750.
42:50claude how about yours well the magazine distributor made an order for 750 copies uh the online distributor
42:59200. hmm well karen let's talk about the high street retailer
43:06well as you know uh jackie was very bold and asked for a very big order and actually she got it
43:14they put an order in of 10 000 units giving the girls a total of 14 500.
43:21claude how did the boys team do with the high street retailer well the high street retailer gave them no
43:28orders therefore giving a total of just 950. wow really very good i think you've got jackie to
43:41thank there for that big order well done jackie now you've conquered the comic world so now you're going
43:46to be scaling new heights at the clip and climb in chelsea yes so enjoy it and i'll see you on the next
43:54last night thank you very well done very well done you really got a whack in there didn't you let's face it so
44:13your product is no good the ar should really stand for absolute rubbish um look go off have a chat amongst
44:21yourselves when you come back at least one of you will be leaving the process okay off you go
44:40as kim jong-un jump down and give a ten but but kim jong-un i have no idea who he is
44:48to be so powerful he must have done something right hope none of you are afraid of heights
44:55i'm super thrilled because i was the person that pulled off that 10 000 order from the high street
45:00retailer this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what i can do ready go go cadizia's
45:07management style was like the snow queen she had a taste of her own medicine in the boardroom she got
45:12grill grill grilled grilled and now she can understand what she picked me through on my first day
45:24the problem with the story was that we were limited with what we could do there was nothing
45:28creative about so you followed the same narrative that's been followed for hundreds of years
45:31if i was frank i'll definitely be bringing back david he went into the pitch he started reading out
45:35negative comments that's a complete no-no karen and kadi you're professional speakers and we didn't
45:41get a single order this is a big big retailer and they didn't like the comment i think responsibility
45:48has to come from frank you know the fish stinks from the head down so i think he needs to look at
45:52himself for the benefit of us guys why didn't you get any orders we have the same product
45:55i don't know karen is to blame um the ar part of our magazine wasn't up to scratch um he did do that
46:21yes lord sugar could you send the candidates in please yes lord sugar
46:25you can all go through to the boardroom now
46:42well gentlemen this whole story was uh set in space a bit like e.t but it is like e.t because one of you
46:50will be going home today so frank you put yourself in character team yes i did yeah responsible for
46:58coming up with benji yeah it's a terrible name everybody disliked it but the augmented reality
47:05side of this thing is the deal that is the deal that's the usp that is the special part of this
47:12thing uh the implementation of the ar say was more currents we met yeah i mean i'll set the scene
47:17completely there was a microphone i stood in front of the microphone i delivered a first draft of
47:22what we might say what benji might say how we might get that uh no one wrote anything compared to the
47:28girls the augmented reality of yours was rubbish i still do believe in in the concept of benji but
47:34there should have been more content in there to get the kid to pick it up we should have stretched our
47:39imagination further with the story it should have been more original yeah well the story was written by
47:44your lot right that's correct yeah i'll get more original ideas off my photocopier to be honest
47:50with you the brief we were given is a superhero in space we did what we could with it we gave you
47:56i gave you a remit but then because you said that you'd had experience with story writing i empowered
48:01you to write something good quality was it you had a blank canvas right you could have gone anywhere
48:07with it you decided to use the same to say you were backed into a corner is totally incorrect no no i'm not
48:12saying we were falling back into a corner but i think what they didn't buy is the concept more
48:16than the i think if story yeah if the pm team had a view or opinion on how it should have gone maybe
48:21that should have been expressed in the morning briefings what you're saying is you didn't have
48:24a lot but then david said that he could go with anything you wanted are you placing the blame on
48:30david then for a bad story i think the narrative was terrible they haven't done anything original uh
48:34second to that i think the pitching was terrible they could have gone in there and got orders they were
48:37pitching the exact same product as we did don't go in there let me tell you all of these let me go
48:42in and tell you you actually said let me tell you the negative points that were exact words no it
48:46wasn't it was the reason i highlighted those things um was simply to say that we've already
48:54got a plan in place to correct those things you didn't you just read out the negatives i think
48:58it's a massive disappointment that frank could have maybe assigned us better into doing the pitches
49:03i mean if i'm this enthusiastic guy then why not let the enthusiastic guy tell the story enthusiastically
49:08do you think you would have done better then oh definitely 100 percent i could have told that
49:11story how much better could you have done than zero orders is what you got in the one where you
49:17did pitch i'm not necessarily saying saying we would have got better orders but i would have told
49:21a story a lot better than what for example corin did i don't think the pitch delivery was the
49:25reason why they didn't order i think it was the the comic itself that they had a problem with
49:30and that may be because it was lacking depth in its story and its content we managed to sell the
49:36same one yes you did but you're in front of um i'm not a much smaller retailer yeah um we're in front
49:41of one of the biggest retailers so they're gonna naturally have uh more scrutiny the girls orders
49:47were consistent across all three retailers absolutely but all i can tell you is i was in
49:50there pitching and i believe we did a good job of it frank uh you're the project manager there's a lot
49:56you've got to answer to who are you bringing back into this boardroom uh the reason that we've
50:00failed this task is because of the ar capability and the story element and the whole concept the
50:06people i'm going to have to bring back are um david and cohen
50:12right okay you are the gentleman go back to the house pretty poor performance i've got to tell you
50:26right you three gentlemen i'd like you to go away because i'm going to have a chat with karen and
50:31claude and when you come back at least one of you will be fired okay off you go
50:44well david he's a nice chap what really concerns me is david's naivety who goes into a pitch to get an
50:51order and starts off telling the customer all the things that are wrong with the product it makes no
50:57sense to me now frank his team were responsible for the character and basically the character was
51:05no good he certainly didn't show at any point anything in the way of leadership skills i think
51:09he let his team dominate him and he let the sub team just get on with whatever they could
51:15now as far as current is concerned i can't try to suss him out this fellow really to me it's clear
51:22why he's an extra and not a film star because he can't act all he had to do in the ar was do a
51:28few movements make it a little bit more exciting and he couldn't even rustle up a few few moves
51:37yes lord sugar yeah would you call the earth rhythm in please yes lord sugar
51:40lord sugar will see you now
52:01well david i'm looking at your cv here you enjoy writing fantasy fiction yeah
52:08it's like custom made for you this wasn't it yes that's what you do i would have loved to have pm'd
52:15this task i really would you were given the job of writing the script i know i know i know i think
52:19that the the the issue that i've got is that we had from frank a brief to say we have to be in outer
52:26space and we have to have a superhero i didn't explicitly say there needs to be a superhero we went
52:32with a human character yeah but you did say he was going to be a superhero i gave david because you
52:37said that you were creative the role of sub team leader but i didn't want to babysit him i wanted
52:42him to have free reign i wanted to be say to say right david here you go can you come up with
52:47something frank you in your own words you state that your best attribute in business is your ability
52:54to create concepts which i believe we have got a good concept it might not be hugely original but it
53:00has got some legs i just don't think that we adapted it and it didn't grow enough frank you've brought
53:06me in here because of the ar i was there to deliver the ar it was your job to to know what you wanted
53:13benji to say you hadn't a clue you just let me go up there and start speaking you said earlier that
53:17i think that's reminiscent i think it's reminiscent of your lack of leadership throughout that is not a
53:22lack of leadership at all you failed to inject any creativity into this comic you made the catastrophic
53:28decision to half our market by applying only to boys please don't sit there and say that this whole
53:34thing is on me picking a boy character you're the project manager i know that and i take responsibility
53:39in some sense but i don't want to be the scapegoat i've got your cv here current communication and
53:45pitching i will do well absolutely correct well you didn't did you i believe that we had an out-of-date
53:52product that comic the other team got orders yes they did but i don't know how they pitched or
53:59that i mean at least they got some orders you got none yes they did but frank was in that pitch with
54:03me i never came to be a great pitch person but david in the pitches you were bringing out negatives
54:09i don't that's not how it went down honestly and i didn't do that and i and you were described as
54:16boring you were there was you we still sold some copies we were the only team that sold copies you sold
54:23zero and you had two people in your team who claimed to be good at pitching listen gentlemen i'm
54:29going to conclude now i don't want to hear any more current you you claim to be a good pitcher
54:36but you're not and i can't forget that the major retailer didn't place one order
54:43frank you were a diabolical project manager boring concept outdating ideas and you know the funny
54:54thing is you still think this is a good comic and you can't say just as i said to you i don't want
55:00to hear anymore sorry as a project manager i don't want to hear anymore sorry i just want you to know
55:05if you open your mouth again you're going to be out that door okay just be quiet
55:09and david your hobby is writing stories and this was a load of rubbish this story absolute garbage
55:21current the ar had no energy it wasn't in the same league as the ladies i'm i'm struggling here
55:30uh david you go into a pitch you read out the negative parts of your own product
55:41you've got no business acumen and for that reason david you're fired thank you
56:00his story was no good but your leadership was also no good no no it was no good stop nodding your
56:09head no no it was no good and you know i'm trying to think about whether i'm going to waste any more
56:16time allowing you to be in this process and you also but it is early in the process it's about all
56:23that's going for you go back to the house the pair of you thank you i went you know yeah thank you lord
56:45frank should have been fired today it's all about the creativity at the top
56:48i'm just so so so gutted to leave at this early stage when i had so so much more to give
56:58the main thing what he didn't like about a comic was the fact that it's nothing novel
57:01yeah just a boy in space not much
57:06it'll either be current because he didn't contribute or it'll be
57:10david because he shot himself in the foot saying he can write a story and then the story was something
57:14that let you guys down
57:20come sit down now i thought i was going um he said that i was diabolical
57:29here we go honestly i knew i wasn't going home
57:33no no no seriously i was just there to fill a space you know what i mean kind of like an extra
57:37now 14 candidates remain lord sugar's search for his next business partner continues next time for
57:52this task you need to create and manufacture your own range of donuts let me help you give me that
57:59a second no can you just get on and let me do it temperatures rise we need to get these out it's
58:04more important to get i think it's more important you make them look good sales fall smell them they
58:09smell better than they look would you like a donut please and in the boardroom how did we get to that
58:15stage a sticky ending if you don't know what you're bloody well doing in this task you're fired
