00:10where this is a safe space, and let's talk about you.
00:14So for this time, let's take a look at one of those who sent us.
00:20Sabi niya, nakakaranas po ako ng matinding overthinking at takot na nagdudulot ng hirap matulog at anxiety symptoms.
00:28So pagkagising sa madaling araw, pagiging alert kahit untalk, intrusive thoughts, lalo na sa violence, at hirap magfocus.
00:38At na nagsimula, matapos po akong lokohin ng ex ko, at naapektuhan na rin ang current relationship ko.
00:45Lumalabas na dito sa shinair ni Sender na naapektuhan yung present relationship niya.
00:50At kapag ganyan po, importante na preventive tayo sa pagkakaroon ng mental health condition.
00:57Pag sabi yung preventive, iniiwasan na natin na lumalapay yung sitwasyon.
01:01Kunwari, hindi siya pupunta sa psychologist. Ano yung kaya niyang gawin, di ba?
01:05So sige, pwede natin subukan yung i-address, yung nakalagay doon sa issue na shinair niya,
01:11yung pagtulog, at saka yung mismong anxiety symptoms, at saka yung intrusive thoughts.
01:17Pag sinabi pala natin intrusive thoughts, ito talaga yung mga recurring thoughts na uncontrollable
01:23at sobrang nagbibigay ng matinding negative na stress sa ating katawan.
01:30Kailangan yung pinakauna, paturuan natin yung sarili natin na pakalmahin.
01:34Pwede mong practicein yung mismong common na ginagawa na tinuturo namin sa mga patient yung grounding exercises.
01:43Yung tulad ng deep breathing exercises, pwede yung mga guided meditation din,
01:48i-search nyo, pwede nyo makita din yun, pwede rin natin subukan yung mga positive self-affirmation,
01:56pwede rin yung mga nagjo-journal ka din ng mga iniisip mo, pwede mong i-replace yung mga thoughts na yun.
02:02At o kaya sumagot ka sa mga thoughts na yan, parang self-talk, nanggagaling doon sa kindness.
02:10Kasi ganun yun eh, para ka nakikipag-away, di ba?
02:12Kapag meron kang kaaway or kasagutan, kapag sinagot mo siya ng pabalang,
02:16lalo kayong mag-aaway, di ba?
02:19Pero pansinin mo, kapag sumasagot ka ng mas malumanay,
02:22eventually, yung taong medyo mainit yung ulo, mas kumakalma din ka.
02:27Tapos eventually, naging okay.
02:29At importante din syempre na i-address natin yung pinaka-root cause, no?
02:35Kaya importante yung mag-consult sa psychologist.
02:37So yung psychologist at saka yung mga taong mga mahalaga sa inyo,
02:41yun yung support system po ninyo para mas bumuti yung inyong mental health condition.

02:53kasi mamaya kaya out of control siya or mahirap siyang i-manage,
02:56kasi hindi na pala siya kaya talaga ng pang-ikaw na lang or ng pang-kaibigan lang.
