After doing 100 hours+ of video on my injury & attempts at following up repeated misdiagnoses I have had very few flagged as containing inappropriate material. One that absolutely violated no content guidelines but drew the ire of some unknown person was a May, 2022 recorded telephone interview I had with the building community manager for The Regus SouthBridge Center building in Birmingham, Alabama. This address was regularly given as the operating location for Birmingham Radiological Group, I had 3 of their doctors give erroneous readings of 4 X-RAY / CT / MRI scans I had done. I show how the video was blocked on the TikTok social media platform. In the call I am told BRG no longer operates there but may have had an office previously. Oddly, as of November, 2025 this address is still being given, associated with Doctors who work with them, for major hospitals such as Grandview & UAB.

Aggrieved patients and customers of Birmingham Radiological Group doctors have had enough. Some have been fortunate and only have billing issues or report customer service annoyances but other others (such as myself - SEE VIDEO), were left with bills for thousands of dollars alongside erroneous (potentially life-endangering) professional medical opinions. I had 3 BRG MD's of this organization (Julian Patrick Druhan MD, Angus Baird MD & Donald Shane Kelly MD) miss a head trauma based broken skull injury in 4 scans I had done in 2018-2019 that will cost over $1,000,000 (one million USD) to treat.

BRG has worked in the past with American Health Imaging & Scott W. Arant who were forced into a Federal settlement worth 5 million dollars in 2024 because of their alleged dealings offering kickbacks.

The Ascension / UAB / St. Vincent's health system is at the center of what may be the largest medical corruption case in U.S. history. They have empowered doctors, hospitals and partners with authority and privileges (and million dollar salaries) to operate that should not even be allowed to push a mop or broom in a professional medical setting or around those seeking medical treatment.

Birmingham, Alabama is no stranger to medical scandal, having played host to the Healthsouth debacle nearly 20 years ago but a far greater one is gathering strength, it involves patients being dumped, not receiving service (even-after paying), medical fraud, purposeful misdiagnosis and non-accountabilty after the fact. Radiology is a major chokepoint in local corruption. I share my experience as a patient dealing with 50+ doctor organization: Birmingham Radiological Group. Their response to my Better Business Bureau complaint should be required reading for any patient who deals with their doctors and any MD or business partner who interested in working with them.

00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40 plus
00:07hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:10All right, the following is a recorded telephone call someone does not want you to hear.
00:16This is my May 2022 conversation for Regis Southbridge.
00:22And at the time, I was trying to establish a physical location for Birmingham Radiological
00:29Group.
00:30Many sources online listed this address, 2100 Southbridge Parkway Suite, 650 Birmingham, Alabama
00:3835209, as the operating address for a group of radiological doctors I had major service
00:47negligence issues with.
00:49And in this call, I am told that Birmingham Radiological Group was not one of their current
00:56clients as of 22, but was possibly a former client.
01:02Fast forward to November 2025.
01:05Over the intervening three years, I've had some incidents involving this Regis Southbridge
01:13location.
01:14And it's baffling, really, because in 2025, this address is still being given for the company.
01:22And as a reference, we have listings for medical doctors who supposedly work with Birmingham
01:30Radiological Group.
01:31Now, I've done over 100 hours of video on my injury.
01:37The video containing the recorded phone call you're about to hear was one of the few videos
01:44that have been flagged for takedown due to terms of service violations.
01:51I'll put up some screenshots here from the social media platform, TikTok.
01:56You can see the date it went up and the fact that it was removed for violating community
02:04guidelines.
02:05Not exactly sure what the reality of the situation regarding Regis Southbridge and Birmingham
02:13Radiological Group is.
02:15If somebody out there knows or has an answer, please send me an email so we can get to the
02:21bottom of this issue.
02:23I'm okay.
02:24Can you tell me what you do at Regis Southbridge?
02:30I'm the community manager here.
02:31Okay, fantastic.
02:33All right.
02:33Do you guys have standards that your tenants have to abide by to, you know, rent out of your
02:39building?
02:40Absolutely.
02:40Okay, well, I need to bring up an issue that I have.
02:44Let me, what's going on?
02:45Okay, this involves the business and it's a Birmingham Radiological Group.
02:52Okay.
02:52Are you familiar with that company?
02:55Yes, they used to be a client of ours.
02:57Oh, it sounds familiar.
02:59I'm assuming, I think they, they're an old client of ours.
03:02I believe their office is in your building, is it not?
03:05Um, let me see if I have them.
03:09If you look at, you, we have a lot of, we have a lot of clients here.
03:13Yeah, yeah.
03:14Well, if you look it up on the internet, it still comes up right there.
03:19Okay, so they're an old client of ours.
03:21Um, but you have an issue with them, that group?
03:25Yeah, I do.
03:26So their office is not in your Southbridge Regis building now.
03:30They are not.
03:31They've never been.
03:32Um, they were actually a virtual client of ours.
03:35Okay, wow, that's very interesting.
03:37Do you know their, uh, physical office location?
03:40Um, so when they leave us, um, when they actually leave us, we don't get, unless they, um, purchase
03:47the continuation, the business continuation plan, they'll give us an, um, an address of
03:53where they're actually moving to and we'll still receive mail on their behalf, but they
03:57didn't opt into that package, so, um, we would, we have no affiliation with them.
04:02Um, as of now.
04:03Bill, this business, it seems to be, um, somewhat, uh, elusive in, uh, in pinpointing
04:10their, uh, physical, uh, location.
04:12I'll tell you what happened to me.
04:14Um, I was a patient, uh, we had several, uh, medical facilities, hospitals, uh, doctors,
04:22uh, locations around Birmingham, Alabama.
04:24And, um, yeah, and I had, uh, three of their doctors.
04:32They are, they're in assemblage, uh, a group of, uh, doctors.
04:36They got, uh, 38 doctors, I think, in their group.
04:39Uh, and of course, radiological, uh, these doctors, they primarily look at, uh, medical
04:45imagery, uh, x-rays, uh, computed tomography, CT scans, and MRIs.
04:50Okay.
04:51So, yeah, I had an injury, uh, in 2018, 2019, um, and still hasn't healed completely.
04:57But, uh, yeah, I had dealings, uh, with several of their doctors, uh, three of their doctors.
05:03And this would be, uh, Angus Baird, MD, uh, Julian Patrick Drewhan, MD, and, uh, and another
05:11one, uh, Donald Shane Kelly, MD, I think is also one of their, uh, member doctors.
05:15So, yeah, uh, I had MRIs, CTs, and x-rays of an area of my, uh, neck and my head.
05:23And these doctors, uh, wrote down in their reports that I had no injuries.
05:27Okay.
05:27I found out, uh, later on, uh, that I had broken the underside of my skull.
05:32And what's more, in these same, uh, x-rays, MRIs, and CTs, which I was told, uh, had no
05:38injuries in them, uh, according to these doctors, the injuries show up in these MRIs and CTs.
05:46So, uh, yeah, after, uh, you know, three doctors of the same group, uh, telling me I had no injuries,
05:52I'm starting to get, uh, somewhat suspicious of this, uh, group.
05:57And, uh, I contacted this group about these, uh, doctors.
06:01Um, they did not return my calls.
06:03Uh, they will not return calls.
06:04Um, I tried to call this group.
06:07Uh, they will do nothing to help me, uh, correct these issues.
06:11And so, you know, I'm forced to conclude that, uh, Birmingham Radio Laws Group, they're involved in running, uh, scams
06:17out of whatever office they're operating out of.
06:19I'm trying to, uh, trace this stuff down.
06:21Uh, I gotcha.
06:23Okay, it makes sense now.
06:25Um, because, um, like I said, they were here.
06:29I never met anyone with the office.
06:31Um, from the actual office, like I said, they have a virtual, they have a virtual office with us.
06:36And that's, that's what Regis does, we provide certain packages, certain offices, we have in-house offices, and we have virtual offices.
06:43Now, here's Southbridge location, this is the headquarters for our virtual offices, so I actually do manage, um, over 300 virtual offices, and sometimes I do see, most of the times, I see them when they initially sign, but after that, sometimes they just sign just so we can receive their mail on their behalf,
07:01and we kind of run their business for them depending on what they need, what they're needing, and, um, what services we can provide to them.
07:09So with Birmingham Radio Laws Group, they were actually, we just received their mail.
07:14So I, uh, they were here before I actually started, so I'm not sure exactly who the actual person was that signed the account for them,
07:24because if I, if they were here before, um, me, I would not have access to see who's the actual, I can't see who has the person or address, if it makes sense.
07:37Yeah, I talked to the, uh, the CEO of this company, he identified himself as the CEO, his name was Doyle Stewart.
07:44Oh, that, that name does not sound familiar at all.
07:48Yeah, and that's a very unusual name, um, I add.
07:50It is.
07:51Yeah, you know, I, I want to, I want to let you guys know, uh, what's going on, because if you search Birmingham Radio Laws Group on the internet,
07:58there's a big map that shows up, and their headquarters, it shows up, uh, at your building.
08:04It is.
08:05You need to let the people who own your building know that this, uh, group, uh, they're scammers,
08:10and they don't want to be doing business with them, uh, because they're going to run into problems.
08:13Oh, absolutely.
08:13That was, that was my first thing that I was going to do, because we don't want to do business with people like that,
08:18and I appreciate you giving us a call, giving us a heads up, so I can get with my, our sales manager to be sure that
08:24if they try to sign with us again, that, um, we, we have a formal complaint from this company and this business,
08:33and we won't be signing with them, um, because we don't know exactly what, um, from the gist of it,
08:40like you said, it sounds like a scam.
08:41They're running big scams, uh, their, their list is, uh, making over $10 million a year.
08:46These are big, uh, level scams for Birmingham.
08:50I gotcha, gotcha.
08:52Okay, well, I'm definitely going to put this on our, um, on our, uh, complaint list, and, like I said,
08:57they've been gone for a while, um, so obviously they're, they found another location.
09:02They're not at, um, another one of our centers, um, but if you can.
09:05You need to tell your, uh, your office people, uh, they need to get with Birmingham Radio Lodge Group
09:09and have them remove, uh, these, uh, different, uh, markings on these maps that show up
09:15that identify your building as their, uh, their office, because, uh, you need to.
09:20Yes, I mark it at the point.
09:21Because they're, they're making you look bad.
09:24Right, exactly.
09:25So, um, that's definitely on my to-do list.
09:28That is protocol.
09:29So, um, I appreciate you calling.
09:31Yes, ma'am.
09:31And letting us know, um.
09:33Thanks for helping me.
09:35Thank you for giving us a heads up.
