Disturbing Trend: Bad Alabama doctors are moving from being general or "family" physicians to "Pediatrics Only". In a reading marathon of online reviews (2025) on medical practices / doctors & nurses I had visited I was surprised to learn how many adult patients with service issues were being dropped or turned away as their health provider made the switch to treat children exclusively. I also noted the growing number of pediatric spinoff business ventures of medical practices in the area. Some items to bear in mind about pediatrics specialists:
- Doctors who go pediatric-exclusive may have a profit-driven motive. -Children often are backed with the extra guarantee of the parent or guardian's financial resources or family insurance to pay the MD's fee (EASY MONEY). - Parents & Guardians will often blanketly accept the diagnosis of the doctors with few questions, they believe they can trust them because they have paid them money for services. - Children are physically and mentally less developed than their adult physicians and may not be able to process or establish a discernment to tell them if what the doctor says jives with the reality of their experience with various health issues.
I point out my issues with with Birmingham, AL. based Community Health Clinic Christ Health Center. They opened a new pediatric focused location in summer 2025 at the YMCA near Parkway East & Highway 11 in Birmingham. My issues still unresolved 6 years after my visits. More than 2 years following a recorded telephone conversation with their attorney & compliance officer Deborah Pickens I have yet to receive a letter by postal mail detailing the findings of their internal investigation into my case.
Patients to both the Woodlawn & Chalkville clinics have reported customer service issues which ended in Christ Health hanging up the phone on them. This backs up my own experience, I was put on hold 15 minutes waiting for a MRI referral from their Woodlawn clinic and NP Anna Musgraves in 2019 at American Health Imaging. My call was hung up on and attempts to reconnect were unsuccessful. I have strong evidence (WATCH MY VIDEOS) Christ Health's partners St. Vincent's Hospital (Ascension / NOW UAB) (Birmingham Radiological Group / Vulcan Imaging Associates) misdiagnosed me intentionally across multiple MRI / CT and X-Rays in 2018 / 2019. Broken skull bone and infection showed up in ALL of those various scans. None of the medical professionals in my case would correct their errors or stand behind me as their patient.
My recorded phone calls to Christ Health CEO Dr. Robert Record MD can be heard in this video. As a patient & customer I found myself subjected to common health care fraud schemes including "PHANTOM BILLING" & "UPCODING" in 2019 visits at their Woodlawn & Old Springville Road clinics. I have scanned in my original medical records and share my story.
