I share how a text-based review I posted on the Regus Southbridge building in Birmingham, Alabama in November, 2025 was replied to by the managers and then deleted (so the public could not view either). It was for tenants Birmingham Radiological Group, listed as operating here in 2025. I also mention a May, 2022 recorded telephone interview I had with the building community manager for The Regus SouthBridge Center. I had 3 doctors of this organization give erroneous readings of 4 X-RAY / CT / MRI scans I had done. I show how the video was blocked on the TikTok social media platform. In the call I am told BRG no longer operates there but may have had an office previously. Oddly, as of November, 2025 this address is still being given, associated with Doctors who work with them, for major hospitals such as Grandview & UAB.

Aggrieved patients and customers of Birmingham Radiological Group doctors have had enough. Some have been fortunate and only have billing issues or report customer service annoyances but other others (such as myself - SEE VIDEO), were left with bills for thousands of dollars alongside erroneous (potentially life-endangering) professional medical opinions. I had 3 BRG MD's of this organization (Julian Patrick Druhan MD, Angus Baird MD & Donald Shane Kelly MD) miss a head trauma based broken skull injury in 4 scans I had done in 2018-2019 that will cost over $1,000,000 (one million USD) to treat.

BRG has worked in the past with American Health Imaging & Scott W. Arant who were forced into a Federal settlement worth 5 million dollars in 2024 because of their alleged dealings offering kickbacks.

The Ascension / UAB / St. Vincent's health system is at the center of what may be the largest medical corruption case in U.S. history. They have empowered doctors, hospitals and partners with authority and privileges (and million dollar salaries) to operate that should not even be allowed to push a mop or broom in a professional medical setting or around those seeking medical treatment.

Birmingham, Alabama is no stranger to medical scandal, having played host to the Healthsouth debacle nearly 20 years ago but a far greater one is gathering strength, it involves patients being dumped, not receiving service (even-after paying), medical fraud, purposeful misdiagnosis and non-accountabilty after the fact. Radiology is a major chokepoint in local corruption. I share my experience as a patient dealing with 50+ doctor organization: Birmingham Radiological Group. Their response to my Better Business Bureau complaint should be required reading for any patient who deals with their doctors and any MD or business partner who interested in working with them.

00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40 plus
00:07hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:10All right, the following is a recorded telephone call someone does not want you to hear.
00:16This is my May 2022 conversation for Regis Southbridge.
00:22And at the time, I was trying to establish a physical location for Birmingham Radiological
00:29Group.
00:30Many sources online listed this address, 2100 Southbridge Parkway Suite, 650 Birmingham, Alabama
00:3835209, as the operating address for a group of radiological doctors I had major service
00:47negligence issues with.
00:49And in this call, I am told that Birmingham Radiological Group was not one of their current
00:56clients as of 22, but was possibly a former client.
01:02Fast forward to November 2025.
01:05Over the intervening three years, I've had some incidents involving this Regis Southbridge
01:13location.
01:14And it's baffling, really, because in 2025, this address is still being given for the company.
01:22And as a reference, we have listings for medical doctors who supposedly work with Birmingham
01:30Radiological Group.
01:31Now, I've done over 100 hours of video on my injury.
01:37All right, a few weeks ago, I attempted to post a review on my experience with Birmingham
01:44Radiological Group, who's listed as doing business at 2000 Southbridge Parkway.
01:51A number, A300, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.
01:56I had something unusual happen with this write-up.
02:01A few days after I posted it, I got a reply.
02:06And it reads, it looks like you may have mistakenly left a review for the wrong business, as the
02:13company you're referring to may have simply used an office at our location.
02:18Please contact that business directly for any feedback, inquiries, or complaints.
02:24I'll show here how my original review and this reply have since been deleted and removed from
02:34a public viewing.
02:35All right, so following is my recorded telephone conversation with the Regis Southbridge building
02:42manager from 2022.
02:45Someone out there has attempted to have this video removed from some other video platforms
02:52that I posted it to.
02:54How are you?
02:54I'm okay.
02:56Can you tell me what you do at Regis Southbridge?
03:01I'm the community manager here.
03:03Okay, fantastic.
03:04All right, do you guys have standards that your tenants have to abide by to, you know,
03:09rent out of your building?
03:11Absolutely.
03:12Okay, well, I need to bring up an issue that I had.
03:15Let me, what's going on?
03:17Okay, this involves the business, and it's a Birmingham Radiological Group.
03:23Okay.
03:24Are you familiar with that company?
03:27Yes, they used to be a client of ours.
03:29Oh, it sounds familiar.
03:30I'm assuming, I think they, they're an old client of ours.
03:34I believe their office is in your building, is it not?
03:38Um, let me see if I have them.
03:41If you look at, you.
03:42We have a lot of, we have a lot of clients here.
03:45Yeah, yeah.
03:45If you look it up on the internet, it still comes up right there.
03:50Okay, so they're an old client of ours, um, but you have an issue with them, that group?
03:56Yeah, I do.
03:57So, their office is not in your Southbridge Regis building now?
04:01They are not.
04:02They've never been.
04:04Um, they were actually a virtual client of ours.
04:07Okay, wow, that's very interesting.
04:08Do you know their, uh, physical office location?
04:11Um, so when they leave us, um, when they actually leave us, we don't get, unless they, um, purchase
04:19the continuation, the business continuation plan, they'll give us an, um, an address of
04:24where they're actually moving to, and we'll still receive mail on their behalf, but they
04:29didn't opt into that package, so, um, we would, we have no affiliation with them, um, as of now.
04:34Bill, this business, it seems to be, um, somewhat, uh, elusive in, uh, in pinpointing their, uh,
04:42physical, uh, location.
04:44I'll tell you what happened to me.
04:45Um, I was a patient, uh, we had several, uh, medical facilities, hospitals, uh, doctors, uh,
04:54locations around Birmingham, Alabama, and, um, yeah, and I had, uh, three of their doctors.
05:04They are, they're in an assemblage, uh, a group of, uh, doctors.
05:07They got, uh, 38 doctors, I think, in their group, uh, and, of course, radiological, uh,
05:14these doctors, they primarily look at, uh, medical imagery, uh, x-rays, uh, computed tomography,
05:19CT scans, and MRIs, okay?
05:22Yeah, so, yeah, I had an injury, uh, in 2018, 2019, um, and still hasn't healed completely.
05:29But, uh, yeah, I had dealings, uh, with several of their doctors, uh, three of their doctors,
05:35and this would be, uh, Angus Baird, MD, uh, Julian Patrick Druhan, MD, and, uh, and another one,
05:43uh, Donald Shane Kelly, MD, I think is also one of their, uh, member doctors.
05:47So, yeah, uh, I had MRIs, CTs, and x-rays of an area of my, uh, neck and my head, and
05:55these doctors, uh, wrote down in their reports that I had no injuries, okay?
05:59I found out, uh, later on, uh, that I had broken the underside of my skull, and what's
06:04more, in these same, uh, x-rays, MRIs, and CTs, which I was told, uh, had no injuries in
06:10them, uh, according to these doctors, the injuries show up in these MRIs and CTs.
06:17So, uh, yeah, after, uh, you know, three doctors of the same group, uh, telling me I had no injuries,
06:24I'm starting to get, uh, somewhat suspicious of this, uh, group.
06:28And, uh, I contacted this group about these, uh, doctors, um, they did not return my calls,
06:34uh, they will not return calls.
06:35Um, I tried to call this group, uh, they will do nothing to help me, uh, correct these issues.
06:42And so, you know, I'm forced to conclude that, uh, Birmingham Radio Laws Group, they're involved
06:47in running, uh, scams out of whatever office they're operating out of.
06:51I'm trying to, uh, trace this stuff down.
06:54I gotcha.
06:55Okay, it makes sense now, um, because, um, like I said, they were here, I never met anyone
07:01with the office, um, from the actual office.
07:04Like I said, they have a virtual, they have a virtual office with us, and that's, well,
07:08that's what, uh, Regis does.
07:09We provide certain packages to certain offices.
07:12We have in-house offices, and we have virtual offices.
07:15Now, here's Southbridge location.
07:17This is the headquarters for our virtual offices.
07:19So, I actually do manage, um, over 300 virtual offices.
07:23And sometimes I do see, most of the times, I see them when they initially sign, but after
07:28that, sometimes they just sign just so we can receive their mail on their behalf.
07:32And we kind of run their business for them depending on what they need, what they're
07:37needing, and, um, what services we can provide for them.
07:40So, with Birmingham Radiological Group, they were actually, we just received their mail.
07:46So, I, I, they were here before I actually started.
07:49So, I'm not sure exactly who the actual person was that signed the account for them.
07:55Because if I, if they were here before, um, me, I would not have access to see who's the
08:02actual, I can't see who had the person or address.
08:07If it makes sense.
08:08Yeah, I talked to the, uh, the CEO of this company.
08:11He identified himself as the CEO.
08:13His name was Doyle Stewart.
08:16Oh, that, that name does not sound familiar at all.
08:19Yeah, and that's a very unusual name, um, I add.
08:22It is.
08:22Yeah, you know, I, I want to, I want to let you guys know, uh, what's going on.
08:26Because if you search Birmingham Radiological Group on the internet, there's a big map that
08:31shows up, and their headquarters, it shows up, uh, at your building.
08:36It is.
08:36You need to let the people who own your building know that this, uh, group, uh, they're scammers,
08:41and they don't want to be doing business with them, uh, because they're going to run into
08:44problems.
08:44Absolutely.
08:45That was, that was my first thing that I was going to do, because we don't want to do business
08:48with people like that, and I appreciate you giving us a call, giving us a heads up,
08:52so I can get with my, our sales manager to be sure that if they try to sign with us
08:57again, that, um, we, we have a formal complaint from this company and this business, and we
09:05won't be signing with them, um, because we don't know exactly what, um, from the gist
09:11of it, like you said, it sounds like a scam.
09:12They're running big scams, uh, their, their list is, uh, making over $10 million a year.
09:17These are big, uh, level scams for Birmingham.
09:20I gotcha, gotcha, okay.
09:24Well, I'm definitely going to put this on our, um, on our, uh, complaint list, and like
09:28I said, they've been gone for a while, um, so obviously they're, they found another location.
09:33They're not at, um, another one of our centers, um, but if you can.
09:36You need to tell your, uh, your office people, uh, they need to get with Birmingham Radio Lodge
09:40Group and have them remove, uh, these, uh, different, uh, markings on these maps that show
09:46up that identify your building as their, uh, their office.
09:50Because, uh, you need to, because they're, they're making you look bad.
09:55Right, exactly.
09:57So, um, that's definitely on my to-do list.
09:59That is protocol.
10:01So, um, I appreciate you calling me and letting us know, um.
10:04Thanks for helping me.
10:07Thank you for giving us a heads up.
