West Indians Shai Hope and Sherfane Rutherford were on the losing end as Pretoria Capitals went under to Sunrisers Eastern Cape by 48 runs.

Eastern Cape made 188 for 6, with Quinton de Kock scoring 77.

In reply, Pretoria were all out for 140 from 18 overs, with Hope top-scoring with 36 and Rutherford chipping in with 25.
