00:00So at the heart of the strategy is to make sure that families can work because we know that that's the best route out of poverty so there's increased help to get into work. We're also lifting the two child limit so that means where there is poverty because families are larger that will help those children have a good childhood too. We're making sure that families can access child care for all of their families.
00:23In addition to helping families have better incomes we want to make sure that we bear down on costs whether that's energy bills, taking £150 off or freezing rail fares and sorting out our buses. We want to make sure that families can afford life because that's what helps children to grow up in a good environment.
