00:00At the heart of my government's agenda is a determination to eradicate child poverty and
00:16to put in place the support that families need, all families need, at a time when incomes
00:22are under such pressure due to the rising cost of living. So all of the measures in
00:26the budgets targeted on families are about supporting people at a time when they need
00:31that assistance most, whether that's about the expansion of free breakfast clubs around
00:36the country or whether that's the support that we're putting in place for housing. All of it is
00:41designed to make sure that we support families at a difficult time and alongside that address the
00:47challenges that we face in the National Health Service to make sure that the progress that is
00:51being made after the disruption of Covid can be sustained and the important momentum that we've
00:58built up in reducing long waits can be sustained as a consequence of the investment we're making.
