00:04That's the way that you build the workforce.
00:07It's also the way, by the way, that you do cut money in welfare.
00:11But the priority has to be getting people into work.
00:15And today what we're focusing on...
00:17Well, no, the way you get the welfare bill down is by getting people into the workplace.
00:21That also means that you're supporting employers with the skilled workforce that they need.
00:26It means you're ensuring that young people are not starting their working life by not being in work,
00:32which is going to then cost them and the welfare system millions of pounds into the future.
00:40That's the right way of thinking about it.
00:42This is the reform that we are now focused on.
