00:00Well, since the general election, 157,000 young people aged 16 to 24 have fallen into unemployment under this Labour government.
00:11And the reason 150,000 young people have fallen into unemployment is because Labour has increased taxes on business, things like national insurance.
00:19They've increased regulation, and that is forcing businesses to freeze their hiring plans or indeed to lay people off.
00:26So this is a consequence of the government's own failures.
