The Marvel Studios secured a record November opening at the domestic box office.

00:23The previous record holder was 2013's The Hunger Games Catching Fire with $158 million.
00:28Wakanda Forever also had the second-biggest launch of 2022 so far,
00:33behind fellow Marvel Studios' film Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness,
00:36which brought in $187.4 million its opening weekend.
00:40Overseas, the Black Panther sequel debuted to $150.3 million for a global start of $331.3 million.
