The producers behind ‘The Shop’, which is executive produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, have decided against airing the episode or revealing what West said.

00:00Kanye West is doubling down using more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes
00:05in a recent taping of the YouTube talk show Uninterrupted The Shop.
00:11The team behind The Shop, which is executive produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter,
00:16have decided against airing the episode or revealing what West said.
00:20In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Carter said,
00:23Yesterday we taped an episode of The Shop with Kanye West.
00:26Kanye was booked weeks ago and after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped,
00:31I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments.
00:37Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes.
00:44The statement continued in part,
00:45We have made the decision not to air this episode or any of Kanye's remarks.
00:50Sources told THR that James was not at the taping in question.
00:53The Shop controversy is just the latest incident of West using language widely deemed to be racist or hate speech
01:00and saw him locked out or limited from his social media accounts,
01:04as well as a string of recent disturbing behavior from the rapper, which has been condemned by many.
