Labubu, Stranger Things, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade floats unveiled

Macy’s on Tuesday unveiled seven new floats that will appear in the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, Nov. 27.

00:00I'm Will Koss, executive producer of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and today is studio day.

00:05It's our opportunity to unveil all of our brand new floats for the 2025, 99th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

00:12From Pop Mart, we have Friendsgiving at Pop City, which is going to feature a variety of characters from the Pop Mart family,

00:20from Labubu, the iconic Labubu who took over 2025, to Makoko.

00:24We also have Stranger Things celebrating their season five with a brand new beautiful float

00:30that's got an eight and a half foot Demogorgon that will be live and animated all along the parade route.

00:37We have our Lego float, which is a beautiful 35 foot structure that has a variety of Lego characters.

00:42In our Dream Generator float, we have the variety of animations that are going to be these sort of mesmerizing spirals.

00:50The goal and the intention is to kind of create this dreamlike state.

00:54Our Lint Master Chocolatier float, we have what's called a truffle dress.

00:59So some of the women that will be walking and dancing and performing around it will have an opportunity to just pull a quick feature

01:04and it'll create this beautiful truffle-like shape.

01:07Goldfish is a brand new float this year.

01:09It's a pint-sized float. It's a super mini float.

01:12Actually, the smallest float in the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

01:16It'll be pulled by its own little goldfish truck.
