00:00Please welcome your host, Fleur East.
00:25Hello and welcome to Tuesday's episode of It Takes Two on BBC Two and iPlayer!
00:30It's Tuesday and with the Blackpool glitter dust settling, so is our sugar rush from all those fairgrounds, sweets and sticks of rock.
00:38But because we think life can never be too sweet, we thought we'd provide a little more sugar for you if you fancy it.
00:43Fancy!
00:45Well, since you are so nicely, let me start unwrapping all the eye candy we've got lined up for tonight's show.
00:52There was no skirting around this Paso. Karen and Carlos are here to talk drama, passion,
00:57and whether the future of their next performance is looking as crystal clear as their last.
01:02They're still celebrating that seriously good performance.
01:06I'll be deep diving into Amber and Nikita's quick step and finding out whether they think this week's instant dance will keep them afloat or leave them in the deep end.
01:15Plus, nobody puts Joanne Clifton in a corner, unless it's to talk us through some choreography.
01:21It's Joanne Clifton!
01:25And we've got some exciting news for you.
01:27Not only will I be revealing this year's Pro Challenge step, but...
01:31Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!
01:32Santa's back with more Christmas celebs!
01:35Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!
01:36So stick around for the official announcement of who our fourth and fifth Strictly Christmas stars are.
01:42Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho, ho!
01:44Thanks, Santa.
01:45But first, there's no sugarcoating that passion in our next guest's performance.
01:50Karen and Carlos are here to talk about their Paso, which Motsi said was so good,
01:54she didn't have a paddle that in any way could express how good that dance was.
01:58Oh, and if I'd known, I would have let her this.
02:00Maybe next time.
02:05The drama, the choreography was brilliant, your execution was amazing, your timing, your intensity.
02:11No one will dance better than that.
02:12You are wonderful!
02:15I do not have a paddle that in any way can express how good that dance was.
02:23You nailed everything like a top-class professional, having never danced before.
02:27That is epic!
02:28It will go down in history!
02:34Please welcome Karen and Carlos!
02:38Three tens, the highest ever Blackpool score for a footballer,
02:41and you've got Motsi and Shirley jumping to their feet during your dance.
02:45This is them at the end.
02:46Look at them!
02:49Wow!
02:49How would you get a chance to see this?
02:51I have not seen that.
02:52Could you have imagined a reaction like that in Blackpool?
02:55No, I literally, I still, I looked at that and I was like, was that us?
03:01Like, I still watch things and think, oh, we're in that show and that's us.
03:04So it's really strange to see it back, but it was unbelievable.
03:07I loved every minute of it.
03:08Yeah, and it's not just you hitting some PBs.
03:10Carlos, this is your highest score in Blackpool.
03:13What do you think it was about this dance that made it click for you?
03:18I mean, it's everything.
03:20It's everything that we have in a moment.
03:24Costume, makeup, hair, you know, the actual dancers, the music, the band,
03:30the whole production of the dance,
03:32but also I think the most important essence is of the ballroom.
03:37The magic of the ballroom has really landed in that dance.
03:40Then we both, I believe we both felt the magic of that ballroom
03:45and really helped us.
03:46That's the best run we've ever done.
03:48Oh, that's amazing.
03:50That's what you want.
03:50You want it to happen on the night.
03:51Exactly.
03:52We need to remind ourselves of this special moment with the fluorography
03:55and that spin.
03:58Please, let's take a look again.
03:59I'm trying to clean the floor, really.
04:01Look at that.
04:03I mean, how tough was it to get Kaz to make that look so effortless
04:06and be so precise?
04:07I mean, the mind of the times we practiced that floor spin,
04:13it's just countless.
04:15And she had bruises on both sides of the legs.
04:17Wow.
04:17I just, yeah, it's an effort and we really worked.
04:20But also, it's kind of easy for her to start.
04:22I just said, stop, but she was like, okay.
04:26Were you pleased with how it turned out on the night?
04:28Oh, um, I mean, yeah, it couldn't have for us.
04:33Like Carla said, I actually made a few mistakes in the rehearsals.
04:37Oh, okay.
04:37So when that happened, I was like, whoa.
04:40But it, like Carla said, when you're in that magical ballroom,
04:44like, I did feel like we turned it on.
04:47I don't know, it was weird.
04:47I've never ever felt like that.
04:49But I literally was like, right, we're going to really go for it.
04:51That was the first time I felt to dance with a person who never danced before.
04:57But I had my full professional levels in their performances.
05:01I never felt it before.
05:02It was just magical for me.
05:03I got a good response myself after the dance.
05:07The reaction from the audience was incredible.
05:08It just, it was, yeah, it was really a beautiful moment.
05:13Shirley loved it.
05:13She said this Paso will go down in strictly history.
05:16It will.
05:17I mean, that's high praise.
05:19Craig was the only one to give critique, though, and a nine.
05:22Be honest, well, you got it.
05:23Like you didn't pull out.
05:24You know what?
05:24No, genuinely, I've always stood by it, and I'll always say this to Carlos.
05:30It's how we feel.
05:32Obviously, the judges are there, and we will take on their feedback,
05:35and we've tried to every single week.
05:37But me and Carlos came off that, and we knew we gave everything,
05:41and we couldn't have done any better.
05:43And that's what's important to us.
05:45We can't control anything else, only what we do.
05:48And also, if we're ever given the chance where Craig ever puts up that ten,
05:53it will be so magical if we ever get that.
05:56So we'll work towards that, and we'll take on his feedback.
05:59Yes, I love it.
06:00I love it.
06:01Well, you're, of course, through to this week,
06:03or you'll be doing your couple's choice,
06:05and you'll be dancing it to this.
06:09Lady Gaga, Born This Way.
06:12Now, Kaz, you mentioned at the weekend that with this dance,
06:15you just wanted to feel free.
06:17So with a couple's choice, are you really excited to be able to just let loose?
06:21Yeah, it's really cool, because there's no rules,
06:23and you can just do what you want within the framework.
06:26He keeps saying it's still framework.
06:28But there is an element where I can actually just do what I want,
06:32which is a little bit nerve-wracking, I'm sure, for Carlos.
06:34Probably that's how I feel with him most weeks.
06:37But, yeah, I just get to do me, and that's really cool.
06:41He's given me the chance to do that, and Jack, the choreographer.
06:44So, yeah, it's awesome.
06:45Yeah, well, we heard that you haven't agreed yet on the style,
06:47so what are we going with now?
06:49Well, after long discussions, we decided to throw everything,
06:55everything she loves, moves, grooving, street, commercial, pop,
07:00breaking, you know, everything.
07:02Wow.
07:02You know, everything. Let's see. Just have fun.
07:04Well, this song's all about self-acceptance, empowerment,
07:07and celebrating diversity.
07:09You're working with Jake Lee on the choreography.
07:11How are you going to bring that message to life in the dance?
07:13Jake's just wonderful, and he come to me with a great concept of this dance.
07:18We wanted this dance to be celebration.
07:20We want this dance to have all of the contents that Karen feel comfortable with
07:25and can really, really express it for herself in the best way she can.
07:29So, and today, the second day of the rehearsal,
07:31it did come across alive, and you can tell she's loving it.
07:35And like she said, no rules, no heels.
07:39She's, yeah.
07:39Yes, what does the message of the song mean to you, Kaz?
07:43The reason why we actually picked it was the first line is,
07:48my mama told me when we were young, we were all born superstars,
07:52but I told my mum that when I was 11, I was going to play for England.
07:57And she said to me, we've all, there's so many barriers out there,
08:01she, all she said to me was, if you want something, work hard for it
08:05and go after it, and Carlos absolutely adores his mum and your mum.
08:12So it's very personal for both of us, for our mums.
08:14Our mums have encouraged Carlos to be the amazing dancer he is.
08:18And my mum has pushed me to become a footballer,
08:23and I believe that I was born to play football and he was born to dance.
08:27So we're born this way.
08:30That's a lovely, lovely story.
08:32I love that.
08:33We also have to talk about this week's instant dance challenge.
08:36Let's not, let's not.
08:38Well, aside from your concerns about Carlos, how are you feeling about this?
08:43What was going through your mind when you were told about this challenge?
08:46Panic.
08:48Still panic and anxiety, but I trust this guy.
08:52So I know whatever he tells me to do or whatever he wants to do or whatever he does,
08:58I'll just be, I'll be led by him, I'll be guided by him,
09:00and I'll just go with it with him.
09:02Amazing.
09:03Well, good luck in training.
09:05It's Karen and Carlos!
09:10Now, we all know about bar charts and pie charts,
09:14but there's one chart we look forward to every single week.
09:16It's time to get the lowdown on all the songs our couples will be dancing to
09:20in Top of the Bops.
09:22Welcome to the official It Takes Two chart show countdown!
09:31In case you didn't manage to catch the results show,
09:34here are the songs our couples will be dancing to this Saturday.
09:37So in no particular order, here's this week's Top of the Bops!
09:42Climbing back to six, George and Alexis will be dancing
09:45A Quick Step to Get a Kick Out of You by Frank Sinatra.
09:48Hopefully the judges will get a kick out of this one.
09:52At five, Balvinda and Julian will be jiving to Right Back Where We Started From
09:56by Maxine Nightingale.
09:58So let's see if this track helps them get right back where they belong in the competition.
10:03A non-mover at four, Lewis and Katia will be performing a rumbut to Falling by Harry Styles.
10:09But Lewis will be hoping for no falls this weekend.
10:11Now the moment you've all been waiting for, it's the top three.
10:16Again, in no particular order.
10:19Straight in at number three, Alex and Johannes will be dancing a cha-cha-cha to this.
10:25That's Ring My Bell by Anita Ward, released in 1979.
10:29It spent two weeks at number one.
10:31They'll be hoping they can wring in some magic and cha-cha-charm us this weekend.
10:36At number two, we just heard from them.
10:39Karen and Carlos will be performing their couple's choice to this.
10:43That's Lady Gaga's track, Born This Way.
10:46Known for her reinventions, this routine promises to be Gaga-level iconic.
10:51Let's hope they can defeat Craig's poker face this weekend.
10:53And at number one, Amber and Nikita are jiving to this.
11:00That's Proud Mary by Tina Turner.
11:03Former Strictly celeb Alexandra Burke earned a perfect 40 for her jive in the final to this track back in 2017.
11:10Amber and Nikita will be hoping they make themselves proud with this one.
11:14And that's it for this week's official Strictly top of the box.
11:17CHEERING
11:17Next up, before we announce our next Christmas celebrity,
11:23our pros have been warming up for something else.
11:26Ready to take on a step that took TikTok by storm
11:28and battle it out for a Guinness World Record title.
11:31Yes, you guessed it.
11:33Tomorrow sees the return of...
11:35The Pro Challenge.
11:37Here's a little teaser.
11:39The Strictly Pro Challenge is back.
11:43Our professional dancers are attempting to set a world record for the most samba whisks.
11:50Performed in 30 seconds.
11:52Let's go!
11:53This year, I'm on the panel.
11:56And I'll be keeping a close watch on our dancers' technique.
12:01Oh!
12:02This heart's done!
12:03I lost it!
12:05Ah!
12:05Only one pro can be victorious.
12:09Ah!
12:10I've got this.
12:11World record, I'm coming for you.
12:13Let's go!
12:14Bring it on.
12:15Welcome to the Strictly Pro Challenge 2025.
12:19Let's go!
12:21Oh, it looks good.
12:24Now...
12:25Oh, you guys, you know what that sound means.
12:29It's time to announce more celebrities taking part in this year's Christmas special.
12:33But first, let's recap of all the cracking celebs we have so far.
12:38Our first festive reveal was presenter and former queen of the jungle, Scarlet Muffet.
12:43She'll be dancing with Vito.
12:45So, next out of the Strictly Stocking was Menelie Blatt, who'll be dancing with Kai.
12:50And finally, we unwrap Jodie Owensley, aka Fury from Gladiators, who'll be dancing with Neil.
12:57So, who else is about to jingle all the way onto our Christmas Day dance floor?
13:01Let's find out.
13:02What's going on, people?
13:03It's me, Baba Tunde Aleshay here.
13:05I'm here to tell you that I am taking part in this year's Christmas special of Strictly
13:12Come Dancing.
13:13That's right!
13:14I'm here to shake a leg and show you how it's done.
13:18That's right.
13:19All you've got to do is two-step.
13:20Just hit.
13:21Bow.
13:22Oh!
13:23You see that?
13:24If you want to see more than that, just tune in.
13:25And I'm going to be doing that the whole routine.
13:28And also, if you want to know who my partner is, over to you, Fleur.
13:32Thanks, Baba Tunde.
13:35I can indeed reveal Baba Tunde's pro dance partner is Nancy!
13:42Ready for another one?
13:44Yes, please!
13:45Okay.
13:46Here you go.
13:47Hi.
13:48My name's Nicholas Bailey, and you might know me for playing Dr. Anthony Truman in BBC's
13:53EastEnders, and I'm delighted to be joining you for Strictly's Christmas special.
13:59It's such an amazing opportunity.
14:00I'm going to have a fantastic time, but the most amazing thing is my incredible partner.
14:05Hello.
14:06Yes.
14:07Oh, no, no, no.
14:08I've got the partner.
14:09Yes, he's wonderful.
14:10Yes.
14:11Oh, he's going to be great.
14:12Choreography's perfect.
14:13See you there.
14:14How exciting.
14:15We can't wait to watch Baba Tunde and Nicholas unwrap some serious moves on Christmas Day,
14:24and stay tuned as Jeanette will be officially announcing the final Christmas celebrity on
14:29tomorrow's show.
14:30Yes!
14:31Now, Picasso, Da Vinci, Van Gogh, just some of the great artists.
14:36But there's someone whose art never fails to inspire me, and she's been working tirelessly
14:40since last Monday to ensure tonight's masterpiece is her greatest creation yet.
14:45And I think she's almost done.
14:46How are you getting on, Jo?
14:47Voila!
14:48Well then, I guess it's time for Choreography Corner.
14:59Yeah!
15:00What a weekend.
15:15Let's start.
15:16Let's talk about Alex and Johannes and the couple's choice.
15:19Now, Craig mentioned he wanted to see more definition in Alex's movement.
15:23Did you agree?
15:24And what difference do you think that would have made?
15:26I do agree.
15:27And if we watch the clip now, you're going to see three kind of like accents.
15:30One, two, three to the music.
15:33Then it was a lovely extended arms there.
15:35And then she does a little cheeky like, oh, wiping her sweat off her brow kind of thing.
15:39There.
15:40Now, those first three accents were to the music.
15:42It was like ba-boom, ba-boom, ba-boom.
15:44I would have loved her to be a little bit sharper, a little bit more punch to it,
15:48and a little bit further away from her body so that the people at the back of the room
15:52can see what she was doing.
15:54She did that in other moments, like up on the shoulder.
15:57She was filling the space, but we needed a little bit more.
16:00Then her arm was beautiful.
16:01Then this thing here, right, again, the people at the back need to see it.
16:05It's a little bit like I'm in a play now, but in a play,
16:07everything's kind of understated and internal.
16:09And in a musical, you kind of present it a little bit further out,
16:12and it needed to be a little bit more like you're in a musical
16:16so that people at the back can see it.
16:18So I'm hoping she'll do that next week.
16:20All right, on to Amber and Nikita and the quick step.
16:22Now, Motsi recognised that Amber had been working on stretching,
16:25like the judges had asked her to, but felt that she could have relaxed more.
16:29Where did she see that, and how should it have looked?
16:31I mean, Amber's a perfectionist. You can absolutely tell.
16:34She was stretching up, but she stretched up so far that you can see the gapping there.
16:38She actually became a banana shape.
16:40She was extending from her lower back instead of from the area where her bra strap would be.
16:44Let me get you a diagram.
16:46Oh, here she is.
16:47Right. Here's my diagram of the week.
16:49That's what I was working on earlier.
16:51So basically, she had this kind of shape going on, like a banana shape,
16:55where you only have one point of contact. It's easy to lose.
16:58If she would go from her bra strap and, like, project up where her sternum is
17:03and keep that part of her body straight, she can have her two contact points, hip and rib.
17:09That way, we can keep a nice diagonal line out and less gapping.
17:14She did promenade, position, excellent.
17:17She was listening to Shirley last week about the head position
17:19and, in my opinion, she had the hardest dance, not because of the choreography,
17:23but because it was the easiest to see the mistakes in.
17:25So, props to her.
17:26Oh, those drawings, Vincent Jo and Goff, am I right?
17:29OK, onto George and Alexis and the salsa.
17:32Now, Craig felt the whole base of George's salsa was danced a little bit wide.
17:36What did he mean by that?
17:38Well, first of all, where did this come from?
17:41I mean, look at his face here in a minute.
17:43Like, I was like, what is this?
17:45We've never seen this side of George, but we'll talk about that in a minute.
17:48So, the base in salsa has to kind of stay underneath the body.
17:52So, when you're going from side to side or forward and back,
17:54you have it here underneath the body so then you can do the hip action and forward as well.
18:00I did see a few times when he did the backwards step that it was a little bit too far back
18:05so he didn't get his weight over the foot.
18:07But, the performance of it, I think what people need to understand is the performance of the dance
18:12is just as important as the technical stuff because you're selling it and you can.
18:17We say fake it till you make it. I don't think he was faking it.
18:19I think he loved that dance.
18:21But, it's like, you need to perform it.
18:24You can be as technically perfect as you want, but you can't be boring.
18:27And I hope he keeps that up for the rest of the series.
18:31OK, on to Lewis and Katya and their Charleston. All the judges loved this routine.
18:35And Lewis earned the second 40 of the series. What stood out the most to you?
18:40Oh, my gosh. I'm a bit like Anton. I have no words. I'm like, wow.
18:43I mean, look, the lifts, the... I thought it was...
18:46I thought it was going to be too much Lindy Hop, but no, they went into the Charleston.
18:48It was perfect. But look at this part.
18:50The coordination and the speed between arms and legs and the synchronicity of it.
18:54So, I'm going to do a little exercise for people at home to help with coordination.
19:00Right? So, I want everybody at home to try this in demo time.
19:08OK, now, this might seem a little bit silly, but it is a coordination exercise that we do as dancers, beginners,
19:15to help with coordination. So, everybody at home, please try along with us.
19:19We're going to bang our knees or the table twice.
19:21One, two, you put one hand on your nose, you put the other hand across to your ear.
19:27Again, one, two, then the other hand on your nose, and then cross on the other side.
19:32So, it goes one, two, three. One, two, three, get faster.
19:37One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three.
19:41OK, if you want to make it even more difficult, add the feet to different rhythms here.
19:45One, and two, and one, and two, and one, two, three.
19:49One, two, three. One, two, three.
19:51One, two, three. Well done, everybody.
19:54That is an exercise that we do as beginners.
19:57The whole studio is involved. That was so fun.
20:00On to Karen and Carlos and the Paso.
20:02Now, Shirley praised Carlos' choreography for being of the highest competitive quality.
20:07And Motsi said she didn't have a paddle high enough to score this.
20:10What did you think?
20:11Let's be clear, this was a 40.
20:14I don't know what Craig was looking at.
20:16The thing is, like, he, I think he was like, I don't know, listening to earlier comments on different Pasos
20:22when they've said, oh, I love the regalness, the calmness, the slowness and control.
20:26But they had the music, bum, bum, bum, bum.
20:29Like, what are you going to do?
20:30So you're not going to be slow, are you?
20:31So she attacked it.
20:33She was great.
20:34And what we were speaking about last week with the fibres, the fast twitch fibres,
20:38this is exactly where she used them to the best of her ability.
20:41She did the spin on the floor, abs of steel, and bam, stopped in the perfect direction,
20:46with the perfect position, and up she goes.
20:48I also think she's been working on the slower ones because she didn't actually look stiff.
20:53She hit the lines, but she didn't look like, ooh, like that.
20:57She was actually brilliant.
20:58Ten from me.
20:59Okay, on to Balbinda and Julian and the Argentine Tango.
21:02Now, Motsi and Shelley agreed that Bal needed to focus on the tiny details when finishing each movement.
21:08What did you make of her performance?
21:10I actually thought, along with her couple's choice, that this was her best dance.
21:14I loved this side of her, which was calm, focused and sultry.
21:18There's a bit coming up in a second where she stops, dead still, and right to her finger, there.
21:23Ooh.
21:24To her fingertips.
21:25She's like an ice statue, like a queen.
21:27Yes.
21:28It was brilliant.
21:29So we did have a few details, like on the ganchos, which means hook, with these behind his legs.
21:34She wasn't pointing her feet, and also on the lift and everything.
21:37And also, she had what I call a bunch of banana hands.
21:40So she would put it on his shoulder like that, rather than that.
21:43But another amazing dance.
21:45Well, do you think you can come back next week with some more drawings?
21:48I think I can.
21:49Amazing.
21:50Let's hear it for Joanne Clifton!
21:56Next up, Amber and Nikita made such a splash at the weekend.
21:59We couldn't help but reach for the stars ourselves.
22:01Because when shells, sand, and sea are involved, it's true.
22:04There really ain't no party like an S Club party.
22:07Let's remind ourselves of their quick step.
22:12You're very energetic.
22:14You're light.
22:15You change.
22:16You're quick.
22:17You have a lot of fluidity.
22:18I loved it.
22:20Your timing is exceptional.
22:22You are such a brilliant performer.
22:24You've covered this wonderful floor amazingly, absolutely gorgeous.
22:34I loved it.
22:35Well done.
22:40It's Amber and Nikita!
22:43Guys, a quick step in the iconic Tower Ballroom and no elimination.
22:47How good did it feel to just enjoy that moment without the pressure of a dance-off hanging over everyone?
22:52Very true.
22:53I was still extremely nervous.
22:55Really?
22:56Yeah.
22:57I had like one second of, oh, this is amazing.
23:00And then, I don't know, there was something about the quick step that had me really nervous.
23:05And I think it was the frame.
23:07The frame.
23:08Wow.
23:09There's something about me and the frame.
23:11I was getting it by the end of the week.
23:13But with me, when I get a little bit nervous, I tend to grab.
23:17Yeah.
23:18Interesting reflex.
23:19Yeah.
23:20Yeah.
23:21Everything.
23:22Yeah.
23:23Like that.
23:24And Amber, you dedicated the dance to your Nana.
23:27I did.
23:28Jeanette.
23:29Who was there cheering you on in the audience.
23:32She was.
23:33There she is.
23:34You know, she's been my number one fan my entire life.
23:38So, to be able to like do something for her, you know, it's very special to me, to my family.
23:44So, I'm so glad that I got to do that.
23:46Well, she even made it onto the dance floor herself.
23:49She did.
23:50Check this out.
23:51She's got some moves.
23:53She's the best.
23:54She's just the best.
23:55Big up Nana.
23:56We all love our nanas, don't we?
23:57Yeah.
23:58We do.
23:59They're just the best thing in the world.
24:00Without them, we wouldn't be the same.
24:01Big up all the nanas around the world.
24:16Nana Jeanette though wasn't the only family member there, Nikita.
24:19Your parents were there as well, watching you.
24:22Look at them.
24:23So proud.
24:24So, what do your parents make of your partnership?
24:26They absolutely loved it.
24:28They were so, so happy to just be there.
24:32They were happy to see us dance together because it was obviously the first time that they actually
24:36came this year and yeah, they just loved it.
24:40It was just so nice seeing them smiling, seeing them there, seeing them just enjoy the time and
24:46being hopefully a little bit proud as well.
24:48They are so proud of you.
24:49It's just the best thing in the world.
24:51It's lovely.
24:52And Amber, having the experience of large scale stage shows with the extra dancers, did you
24:56feel a little bit more at home?
24:57I mean, you said you were nervous, but was that a bit of a comfort?
25:00No, I loved that.
25:01I absolutely loved that.
25:04Especially when we could like do the tricks and things like that.
25:07And at the end, I think I like what last three eights of our routine was like all of us dancing together.
25:12And it was the energy was just so good even in rehearsal.
25:16I couldn't see none of you.
25:17You know, I was just facing the front and I was like hoping that everything was good.
25:20I was doing it.
25:21Yeah.
25:22Yeah.
25:23Yeah.
25:24You're like, please let it be going okay.
25:25I was just hoping that everything is fine behind my back.
25:26But yeah.
25:27What was the advantage of the extra dancers, Nikita, with this crab style move that you did?
25:32I was not sure where we were going for the sentence.
25:34Yeah, look.
25:35Look at you.
25:36Here we go.
25:37Little crab to the side.
25:38Yeah.
25:39What inspired this move, Nikita?
25:41You know what is it's a variation of this move has been done like in 1960s.
25:47And we just were searching for a way to do something cool.
25:53And it was just a billion things that we could have done and we decided to be a crab.
25:58You know?
25:59Well, it went with the theme.
26:00It did.
26:01You know?
26:02Blackpool, beach and all that.
26:03Yeah.
26:04Blackpool, fish and chips, lobster crab, crab on the dance floor.
26:09Quick step, 40.
26:11But that is so much effort to do that.
26:14Yeah.
26:15I was more exhausted from that than from the whole routine.
26:18I love that.
26:19Well, the quick step is now in the past and you'll be dancing a jive to this.
26:26Cena turn up, proud Mary.
26:30I mean, you've gone from a fast paced quick step to an even faster dance.
26:34The jive, you're probably still catching your breath.
26:37How are you finding this dance?
26:39Well, I feel like from Blackpool, I think everyone is like slightly on the back foot.
26:45I'm a little bit fatigued.
26:46I mean, I've been fatigued for 10 weeks.
26:48Well, I was going to say.
26:49Yeah.
26:50When Nikita was teaching me the jive today, I had like three brain cells and I was trying to figure it out.
26:56So hopefully, you know, tomorrow after a good sleep, I'll tackle it again.
27:00Yeah.
27:01No, it was great.
27:02It was great.
27:03It's just very fast.
27:04It's so fast.
27:05You know it.
27:06And we need to talk about the instant dance challenge.
27:07I mean, this is going to be chaos.
27:09The judges will be marking the dancers from six to one.
27:12And this could really shake up the leaderboard.
27:14Actually, this could change everything.
27:16Nikita, you were so excited for this result show.
27:18Amber, what do you think about it?
27:21Well, this is my thought.
27:24We're in a very dangerous spot on the leaderboard.
27:27Yeah, we are.
27:28So we could really benefit from the extra six points.
27:31Okay.
27:32Yeah.
27:33So at first, I thought, oh, this is going to be so fun, so excited.
27:35And now I'm thinking, actually, we need to be really good at it.
27:38Well, we do our best.
27:40And then, no, listen, the priority is still to show off Amber's skills.
27:44Yeah.
27:45But at the same time, it's an entertainment show, live television.
27:49So let's have some fun, you know, no rules.
27:53And I feel like out of everyone, I've got the most chaotic partner.
27:56So I have no idea what he's going to make me do.
27:58Oh, it's going to be so fun.
28:00It's going to be great.
28:01Good luck in training.
28:02Can't wait to see you all.
28:03Thank you so much.
28:04It's Amber and Nikita.
28:05Yay!
28:08Well, that's it for tonight.
28:09Jeanette will be here tomorrow with the first professional to take part in our Pro Challenge.
28:13And she will be announcing the final celebrity for this year's Christmas special.
28:17Plus, she'll be catching up with Balvinda and Julian and George and Alexis.
28:21Have a lovely evening.
28:30Bye.
28:31Hi.
