00:36The new model is available in the exclusive StormTrack Special Edition
00:40as well as in the WildTrack and XLT trim levels.

03:14In combination with the Ford Pro Home Charging Solution,

03:21According to Ford, those who drive around 80 kilometers a day and take advantage of low-cost
03:26electricity tariffs can save around 1,000 euros per year compared to an equivalent model
03:30with a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine.

05:07the drive power is distributed flexibly between the axles.
05:11The system is supported by a transfer case with reduction and a rear axle locking differential.
05:19Depending on the area of use, drivers can choose between the driving modes normal,
05:23eco, sport, slippery towing, transport, mud tracking and sand in order to optimally adjust the torque.
05:30The Ranger plug-in hybrid also remains practical. A payload of up to one ton and a maximum towing
05:37capacity of 3,500 kg meet the requirements of the majority of pickup customers.
05:45The traction battery is housed in newly developed rear frame rails,
05:48which means that the loading area is completely preserved.
05:54A balanced chassis setup guarantees a high level of comfort and stable driving
05:58characteristics both on and off-road. For the first time, a Ranger offers pro-power
06:04onboard technology. The 2.3 kW version is ideal for leisure use,
06:12whether for charging e-bikes or operating a small refrigerator.
06:16The more powerful 6.9 kW option offers over 215 amp sockets with 3.4 kW of power each.
06:23Enough for a small construction site with an angle grinder, concrete mixer and lighting.
06:29Before developing this generation, over 5,000 customers were surveyed to find out how they use
06:34their Ranger. The finding, most use it for both professional and private purposes.
