02:42A reading from the Book of Wisdom.
02:46The souls of the just are in the hand of God, and no torment shall touch them.
02:53They seemed, in the view of the foolish, to be dead, and their passing away was thought an affliction,
03:00and their going forth from us utter destruction. But they are in peace. For if before men indeed
03:09they be punished, yet it is their hope full of immortality. Chastised a little, they shall be
03:17greatly blessed, because God tried them and found them worthy of himself. As gold in the furnace,
03:24he proved them. And as sacrificial offerings, he took them to himself. In the time of their visitation,
03:34they shall shine, and shall dart about as sparks through stubble. They shall judge nations and rule
03:42over people. And the Lord shall be their king forever. Those who trust in him shall understand truth,
03:51and the faithful shall abide with him in love. Because grace and mercy are with his holy ones,
03:59and his care is with his elect. The word of the Lord.
04:06The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want.
04:33The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want.
04:59In verdant pastures, he gives me repose. Beside restful waters, he leads me. He refreshes my soul.
05:18The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want.
05:29He guides me in right paths. He guides me in right paths. For his name's sake. Even though I walk in the dark valley,
05:51I fear no evil. I fear no evil. For you are at my side. With your rod and your staff. That give me courage.
06:09The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want. You spread the table before me. In the sight of my foes.
06:37You anoint my hand with oil. My cup overflows. You anoint my hand with oil. My cup overflows.
06:47The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want.
07:02Only goodness and kindness follow me. All the days of my life. And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for years to come.
07:24The Lord is my shepherd. There is nothing I shall want.
07:43A reading from the letter of St. Paul to the Romans.
07:48Brothers and sisters, hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
08:00For Christ, while we were still helpless, died at the appointed time for the ungodly.
08:08Indeed, only with difficulty does one die for a just person, though perhaps for a good person, one might even find the courage to die.
08:19But God proves his love for us in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
08:27How much more, then, since we are now justified by his blood, will we be saved through him from the wrath?
08:37Indeed, if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son.
08:45How much more, once reconciled, will we be saved by his life?
08:51And not only that, but we also boast of God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
09:03The word of the Lord.
09:05Thanks be to God.
09:10Alleluia.
09:14Alleluia.
09:18Alleluia.
09:19Alleluia.
09:21Alleluia.
09:26Alleluia.
09:29Alleluia.
09:33Alleluia.
09:37Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you.
09:49From the foundation of the world
09:57Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia
10:14The Lord be with you.
10:16And with your spirit.
10:17A reading from the Holy Gospel according to John.
10:20Glory to you, O Lord.
10:24Jesus said to the crowds,
10:27Everything that the Father gives me
10:29will come to me.
10:36And I will not reject anyone who comes to me.
10:43Because I came down from heaven
10:45not to do my own will.
10:48But the will of the one who sent me.
10:51And this is the will of the one who sent me.
10:55That I should not lose anything of what he gave me.
10:59But that I should raise it on the last day.
11:02For this is the will of my Father.
11:05That everyone who sees a son and believes in him may have eternal life.
