Transcript
00:00In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. May the grace of all Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the community of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
00:25Good morning everyone. In today's Gospel, Jesus reminds us that He loves the humble-hearted.
00:33We all carry a kind of pride. Even we do not know why we are carrying that, but still we carry that.
00:41Sometimes we fail to understand how we receive blessings, and what's the reason behind of our not being successful sometimes.
00:56Sometimes we know what it is, but still we don't want to make any change within us.
01:03As we are preparing for the coming of Jesus, to welcome Jesus in our personal life.
01:11Let's try to make a change within us, or to accept what we cannot change.
01:21Let's take a moment to accept all our failures and weaknesses, and ask for that, and prepare ourselves to celebrate the sacred mysteries.
01:33I confess to Almighty God, and to you my brothers and sisters, that have greatly sinned in my thoughts and in my words,
01:48in what I have done, and in what I have created, through my fold, through my fold, through my most grievous fold.
01:56Therefore, I ask blessed may the ever virgin, all the angels and saints, and you my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God.
02:06May our mighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting life.
02:12Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Christ have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy. Lord have mercy.

03:01A reading from the prophet Isaiah
03:04A shoot springs from the stalk of Jazay,
03:08As kind thrusts from his roots,
03:12On him the spirit of the Lord rests,
03:16A spirit of wisdom and insight,
03:19A spirit of counsel and power,
03:21A spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.
03:26He does not judge by appearances,
03:29He gives no verdict on heresy,
03:34But judges the wretched with integrity,
03:38And with equity gives a verdict for the poor of the land.
03:44His word is a road that strikes the ruthless,
03:50His sentences bring death to the wicked.
03:54Integrity is the lion growth round his waist,
03:59Faithfulness the belt about his hips.
04:03The wolf lives with the lamb,
04:09The panther lies down with the kid,
04:12Calf and lion feed together,
04:16With the little boy to lead them,
04:19The cow and the bear make friends,
04:22Their young lie down together,
04:25The lion eats straw like the ox,
04:28The infant plays out with the cobra's hole,
04:32Into the vipers' lyre,
04:34The young child puts his hand,
04:37They do no hurt, no harm,
04:41On all my holy mountain,
04:43For the country is filled with the knowledge of the Lord,
04:47As the waters swell the sea,
04:51That day the root of Jesse shall stand as a signal to the peoples,
04:57It will be sought out by the nations,
05:00And its home will be glorious.
05:02The word of the Lord.
05:06Our response,
05:11Justice shall flourish in his name,
05:14And fullness of peace forever.
05:21O God, give your judgment to the king,
05:23To a king's son your justice,
05:26That he may judge your people in justice,
05:29And your poor in right judgment.
05:32Justice shall flourish in his time,
05:35And fullness of peace forever.
05:38In his days justice shall flourish,
05:40And peace till the moon fails.
05:43He shall rule from sea to sea,
05:46From the great river to earth's bounds.
05:49Justice shall flourish in his time,
05:52And fullness of peace forever.
05:54For he shall save the poor when they cry,
05:57And the needy who are helpless,
06:00He will have pity on the weak,
06:02And have the lives of the poor.
06:04Justice shall flourish in his time,
06:07And fullness of peace forever.
06:09May his name be blessed forever,
06:13And endure like the sun.
06:15Every tribe shall be blessed in him,
06:18All nations bless his name.
06:20Justice shall flourish in his time,
06:24And fullness of peace forever.
06:26Alleluia,
06:29Alleluia,
06:30Alleluia,
06:31Behold,
06:32Our Lord has come with power.
06:34He will enlighten the eyes of his servants.
06:37Alleluia.
06:39Lord be with you.
06:41And with you.
06:42A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke.
06:44Glory to you, Lord.
06:46Filled with joy by the Holy Spirit,
06:49Jesus said,
06:50I bless you, Father,
06:51Lord of heaven and of earth,
06:53For hiding these things from the learned and the clever,
06:56And revealing them to mere children.
06:58Yes, Father,
07:00For that is what it pleased you to do.
07:03Everything has been entrusted to me by my Father,
07:07And no one knows who the Son is except the Father,
07:11And who the Father is except the Son,
07:14And those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
07:17Then turning to his disciples,
07:20He spoke to them in private,
07:22Happy the eyes that see what you see,
07:25For I tell you that many prophets and kings
07:28Wanted to see what you see,
07:30And never saw it,
07:32And to hear what you hear,
07:35And never heard it.
07:37The Gospel of the Lord.
07:40Jesus Christ.
07:43Blessed are you, Lord,
07:45God of all creation,
07:46For through your goodness we have received
07:48The bread we offer you,
07:50Fruit of the earth,
07:51In work of human hands,
07:52It will become the bread of life.
07:56Jesus Christ.
08:01Amen.
08:10Blessed are you, Lord God of creation, for through your goodness we have received the
08:19wine we offer you, through the wine and work of human hands it will become our spiritual
08:24drink.
08:25I pray brothers and sisters that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God your mighty
08:47Father.
08:48May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of His name, for
08:53our good and good of all His Holy Church.
08:56Be pleased O Lord with our humble prayers and offerings and since we have no merits to plead
09:03our cause, come we pray to our rescue with the protection of your mercy through Christ
09:10our Lord.
09:11The Lord be with you, lift up your hearts, let us give thanks Lord our God.
09:21It is truly right and just our duty and our salvation always and everywhere to give you
09:26thanks Lord Holy Father Almighty and eternal God through Christ our Lord.
09:32For He assumed at His first coming the lowliness of human flesh and so fulfilled the design you
09:39formed long ago and opened for us the way to eternal salvation.
09:45And when He comes again in glory and majesty and all is at last made manifest, we who watch
09:52for that day may inherit the great promise in which now we dive to hope.
09:58And so with angels and archangels, with thrones and the maniacs, and with all the hosts and
10:03powers of heaven, we sing the hymn of your glory as without the end we acclaim Holy, Holy,
10:10Lord God of course, heaven and earth are full of your glory, Hosani in the highest.
10:17Blessed is you who comes in the name of the Lord, Hosani in the highest.
10:24You are indeed holy O Lord, the founder of all holiness, make holy therefore these gifts we
10:30pray by sending down your spirit upon them like the dewfall so that they may become for us,
10:35the body and the blood of all Lord Jesus Christ.
10:40At the time He was betrayed and entered willingly into His passion, He took bread and giving thanks,
10:46broke it and gave it to His disciples saying, Take this all of you and eat of it, for this
10:53is the chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and eternal covenant, this is my body,
10:58which will be given up for you.
10:59This is my body, which will be given up for you.
11:03In a similar way when Sapravasi entered, He took the chalice and once more giving thanks,
11:12He gave it to His disciples saying, Take this all of you and clean from it, for this is the
11:18chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and eternal covenant, which will be poured out
11:24for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.
11:28Do this in memory of me.
11:41The mystery of faith.
11:42When we eat this bread and drink this cup, we proclaim your death, O Lord, until you come
11:48again.
11:49Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of His death and resurrection, we offer you, Lord,
11:57the bread of life and the chalice of salvation, giving thanks that you have held us worthy to
12:03be in your presence and minister to you.
12:04Humbly we pray that, by taking of the body and blood of Christ, we may be gathered into
12:11one by the Holy Spirit.
12:12Remember, Lord, your church, spread throughout the world, and bring them to the fullness of
12:18charity, together with the lay of 14 of Pope Charles, our Bishop, and all the clergy.
12:24Remember, also, our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection,
12:31and all who have died in your mercy.
12:34Welcome them into the light of your face.
12:36Have mercy on us all.
12:37We pray that, with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, blessed those of her spouse,
12:43with the blessed apostles, and all the saints who are pleased to you throughout the ages.
12:48Remember it to be cohesed to eternal life, and we praise and glorify you through your Son,
12:54Jesus Christ.
12:58To him, and with him, and in him, God Almighty, Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, all
13:03glory and honor is yours, forever and ever.
13:08Amen.
13:09At the Savior's command, and formed by divine teaching, we die to say, Our Father, who art
13:19in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
13:21Thy kingdom come, thou wilt be done on earth as it is in heaven.
13:26Give us this day our deliverance, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass
13:32against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
13:38Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that by
13:44the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin, and safe from all distress, as we
13:51avoid the blessed hope, and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
13:55For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever.
14:01Lord Jesus Christ, who set your apostles, peace I leave you, my peace I give you, and look
14:06not on our sins, but on the faith of your church, and graciously grant her peace and unity in
14:12accordance with your will, who live and reign forever and ever.
14:16Peace of the Lord be with you always.
14:24Let us offer you to the sign of peace for your rest.
14:32Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, ape mercy on us.
14:37Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, ape mercy on us.
14:40Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, earth mercy on us.
14:44grandest peace. Behold the Lamb of God. Behold Him who takes away the sins of the world.
15:00Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb. Lord, I am not worthy that you should
15:05enter my room. I always say the Lord and my soul shall be healed. Lord Jesus Christ, keep
15:12listening.
15:13My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most blessed sacrament. I love you above
15:19all things and I desire to receive you into my soul. Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally,
15:27commonly, spiritually into my heart, I embrace you as if you were already there and unite
15:32myself wholly to you. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.
15:39Let us pray. Replenished by the food of spiritual nourishment, we humbly beseech you, O Lord,
15:49that through our partaking in this mystery, you may teach us to judge wisely the things
15:55of earth and hold firm to the things of heaven. Through Christ our Lord, the Lord be with you.
16:03Amen. Your mighty God bless you, the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
16:08Amen.
16:09Let us go and live the gospel. Thanks be to God. Have a wonderful day. God bless you.
