00:00All right, if the not-so-esteemed Saul Alinsky were alive today, he'd be smiling.
00:06His book, Rules for Radicals, laid out a step-by-step blueprint for destabilizing America.
00:12Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it.
00:16Demonize your opponent, protect the mob, overwhelm the system until it breaks.
00:22And this week, we saw it on full display in Chicago,
00:25where the mayor there has clearly joined the radicals' cause.
00:30The right wing in this country wants a rematch of the Civil War.
00:35I just, I want that to sit in right now, because the president of the United States of America
00:40has declared war on the people of Chicago and people across America.
00:45Okay, if anyone is trying to start a war on our streets and our cities,
00:51it's not conservatives, it's the hard left and their Democrat protectorate,
00:55people like Brandon Johnson, because they began battling in earnest in the summer of 2020,
01:00using George Floyd's death as a pretext.
01:03The destruction, and we saw it in city after city, was excused.
01:08The lawlessness was celebrated as righteous rage.
01:12Because what's been happening in Portland and Chicago shows us the truth,
01:15well, Democrats' primary goal.
01:18It's not to keep their residents safe or restore order.
01:21Their primary goal is sabotaging the Trump administration and, by extension, the federal government.
01:27And I'm talking by any means necessary.
01:30Now, look at what happened in Chicago this week.
01:33ICE and Border Patrol agents on a lawful enforcement mission were followed.
01:37They were boxed in by 10 vehicles, nearly run over, and shot at.
01:42We had a caravan of 10 different vehicles that were following our Border Patrol agents
01:47and officers that were out there on the streets of Chicago.
01:50And they had followed them and gotten them cornered, pinned them down.
01:54And then our agents, when getting out of their cars, they tried to run them over
01:58and had semi-automatic handguns on them to where our agents had to protect themselves and shots were fired.
02:05Now, this wasn't mostly peaceful.
02:08This was a coordinated ambush of federal officers in an American city.
02:13Two suspects, Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos,
02:17are already facing charges for forcibly assaulting federal officers.
02:21And, by the way, when those agents, the ICE agents underseas,
02:24called for backup from the Chicago PD,
02:27the message that went out was not, we're on our way, no problem.
02:30It was, no units will respond to this.
02:34All right, again, per the chief of patrol, we have all the units that,
02:40per 999, chief of patrol said all units clear out from there.
02:45We're not sending anybody over to that location.
02:48We're busy today.
02:49Now, the transmitted message that was sent to all CPD relayed the same message.
02:54And they quoted the chief of patrol, says no units will respond to this.
02:58Consistent.
02:59So, you got federal agents trapped, shots fired, and Chicago PD told not to help.
03:06Well, today, clean up on aisle five, as police superintendent Larry Snelling,
03:11told us not to believe our eyes or our ears.
03:15I would never tell our officers to stand down,
03:17because if our officers were in trouble and we needed help from other officers,
03:21I would expect those officers to step in and help us.
03:24When someone is in trouble, we're going to step in.
03:27Okay, it's time to parse the language.
03:30He said, no, we don't tell people to stand down.
03:33Well, no, right.
03:34They didn't use the words stand down, but that clearly was the order.
03:40The underlying message, do not show up.
03:43So, they were caught in the disturbing dereliction of their duty,
03:47putting federal officers' lives at risk.
03:50The CPD dispatch was unequivocal, no response to a distress call.
03:55Think about that.
03:56That's not protecting the city.
03:58That's political sabotage of federal law enforcement.
04:00And it's prosecutable, by the way.
04:02Now, for his part, the odious Mayor Johnson didn't even pretend to deny any of this.
04:07When it comes to civil immigration enforcement, absent a warrant,
04:12our police department will not dub as federal ICE agents.
04:17In fact, we believe it's antithetical to driving violence down in the city of Chicago.
04:22Yeah, so we're not going to help those guys, the feds, because they're actually the problem.
04:25So, in Johnson, Chicago, ICE agents can be surrounded by armed mobs,
04:30and the police won't help because protecting federal law enforcement
04:33is antithetical to public safety?
04:36This is what people vote for there?
04:38This is insanity.
04:39And remember, the same mayor has also created ICE-free zones.
04:43He's telling all the different, you know, regions, create your zones
04:46so the criminals can operate with impunity,
04:50and criminals will be able to escape on lawful arrest.
04:53The order establishes ICE-free zones.
04:58That means that city property and unwilling private businesses
05:03will no longer serve as staging grounds for these raids.
05:08Everyone's asking me all day long, who's the woman with the ICE, the nose ring?
05:11I have no idea who it is, so don't ask me again.
05:14Okay, well, in other words, they're going to attempt to make ICE's job impossible
05:18in blatant interference with federal law.
05:21Again, the ghost of Alinsky's hovering here.
05:25This is flat-out demonizing ICE in an attempt to make their jobs impossible.
05:30Again, classic Alinsky, freezing the target.
05:34We're urging our protesters, remain calm, peaceful protests,
05:37exercise the First Amendment rights, but videotape everything.
05:41For the large part, people are being very quiet, are being very respectful,
05:45but ICE is being very aggressive.
05:47Remember that they are zip-tying children.
05:49They are raiding apartment blocks in the middle of the night,
05:52separating children from their families, pulling people out onto the streets naked.
05:56They are using Gestapo tactics in Chicago.
06:00And this is what Trump wants to do, right?
06:02He wants to intimidate the people of Chicago.
06:03Okay, for a proud U.S. military veteran, an amazing service, by the way.
06:09I salute her for her service.
06:11That was a disgusting comment.
06:13She knows the way she's characterizing that is false.
06:17Zip ties are used for the safety of other people in that apartment building.
06:22She knows it.
06:23Children are separated from criminals all day long, all night long,
06:27in every state in the United States of America, senator, and you know that.
06:31So stop lying.
06:33And, of course, Pritzker claims that by dispersing the violent mob, again, ICE is the problem.
06:39The Trump administration is following a playbook.
06:42Cause chaos.
06:43Create fear and confusion.
06:45Make it seem like peaceful protesters are a mob by firing gas pellets and tear gas canisters at them.
06:52Why?
06:53To create the pretext for invoking the Insurrection Act so that he can send military troops to our city.
07:02Okay, my question is, is he not looking at the video?
07:06Do they not see what's going on near these ICE officers?
07:09Did he not see the cars pinning them in?
07:12Did he not see what was going on at Broadview?
07:14Guys, this is not about policy disagreements.
07:16It's not about protecting the migrants or, you know, we welcome all migrants to the country.
07:22Or asylum seekers.
07:23Not about any of that.
07:24They don't care about the migrants.
07:25This is about celebrating and perpetuating lawlessness.
07:30It's blatant impeding of federal law enforcement, which, again, is a federal crime.
07:36Again, they know what they're doing.
07:37It is classic Alinsky.
07:39Remember, the rules for radicals was the younger Obama's favorite how-to manual for effective organizing.
07:45And this is where Alinsky, again, comes back into play.
07:49Remember, pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it.
07:54This is what happened time and again in Chicago.
07:58They want chaos because chaos creates fear and fear creates political opportunity.
08:04And they're willing to endanger federal agents and help criminals escape if it means sabotaging Trump.
08:10Trump and the next Trump and the next Trump after that.
08:14And, of course, dismantling the institutions they can't control.
08:18That is also the goal.
08:19Their ultimate takedown target, however, America itself.
08:23And that's the angle.
08:25Here with his reaction is Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy.
08:29Stephen, you heard Tammy Duckworth's Gestapo comment, her zip tie comment, which is like,
08:37this reminds me of the patter around January 6th.
08:39It's the same thing, the gallows and the zip ties, you know, all of that.
08:44Your reaction.
08:45Let's just start with her comment.
08:47Then we'll back into what Pritzker and Johnson said.
08:49Well, her comment is unimaginably stupid, offensive and dangerous.
08:57The raid she's talking about in Chicago was a brilliantly executed raid against a train de
09:04Aragua complex filled with TDA terrorists.
09:06It was one of the most successful law enforcement operations that we've seen in this country.
09:11As you know, Laura, train de Aragua is responsible for some of the most gruesome, heinous crimes that
09:16have occurred during the Biden administration.
09:19Like the vicious sexual assault, kidnapping and slaughter of Jocelyn Nungary.
09:25Or the stone cold butchering of Lake and Riley.
09:29And so these ICE officers, these heroes, saved God knows how many lives by getting these TDA
09:34scum out of our country.
09:36And predicting the lives, by the way, of every single person in that building.
09:39A truly remarkable operation, Laura.
09:42Stephen, Governor Pritzker is very upset that you all aren't going after the real problems.
09:48Watch.
09:49Trump's invasion force is not going after the worst of the worst, like he said.
09:55They're harassing and detaining many people based only on the color of their skin.
10:02Tamale vendors, delivery people, people looking for work at Home Depot, and even families just
10:08out and about enjoying themselves on a sunny day.
10:12Stephen, clearly your focus are the tamale vendors.
10:16That's clearly what you all are trying to get at.
10:19Well, first of all, he uses the term, think about this.
10:21He uses the term invasion force.
10:23This fool, Governor Pritzker, uses the term invasion force to describe federal law enforcement.
10:31He is adopting the language and the narrative of the paid insurrectionists and the Antifa
10:35mobs.
10:36The invasion force were the 20 million illegal aliens that Biden flooded into this country,
10:42taking our jobs, taking our wages, filling up our hospitals, destroying God knows how many
10:49schools, and of course, leading to countless rapes, assaults and murders.
10:53That was the invasion force.
10:55President Trump was elected on a mandate to turn that invasion back, to send those illegals
11:00home.
11:01And Governor Pritzker is providing aid and comfort to the riotous mob that is physically
11:06assaulting, obstructing, impeding, and attacking ICE officers.
11:11And his latest act, declaring that there are no-go zones where federal law enforcement is
11:16not permitted, is truly an act of insurrection against the federal government.
11:21Do you anticipate the federal government will cite the Insurrection Act in order to ramp
11:28up federal presence, and federal presence kept safely in a city like Chicago?
11:35Well, the president has numerous authorities to ensure public safety and order in our communities.
11:40The president has the authority to send to the National Guard.
11:44The president has the authority to surge into federal law enforcement.
11:46The president has the authority under 287G to deputize officials across the country to
11:52engage in immigration and customs enforcement work, and many other tools.
11:56And of course, the Insurrection Act is one lawful statutory tool at the president's disposal.
12:00I think the most important point to convey tonight, Laura, is that the president is not going to
12:06allow Americans, American citizens to be raped, murdered, maimed, and killed by illegal alien
12:14gangbangers, terrorists, drug dealers, and psychopaths. And we're not going to leave our
12:19citizens at the mercy of a Democrat criminal justice system that frees serial repeat offenders
12:24to stab women in subways, to break into people's homes, and stab little children to death in their beds,
12:32and to unleash this reign of terror on our citizens. President Trump is not going to stand for it.
12:37That's the bottom line.
12:38Stephen AOC is your, you're her favorite target apparently on Instagram. Check this out.
12:44He looks like he is angry about the fact that he's 4'10", and he looks like he is so mad that he is 4'10",
12:54that he's taken that anger out at any other population possible. Like, laugh at them. Laugh at them.
13:06Like, laugh at them. Laugh at them. I wish I had a hoodie on. I mean, are we trying to play sorority
13:11sister as this elected official? I don't know. I was at a sorority over the weekend over in Texas.
13:18I felt like I was back at the sorority house, except they had more sense. Stephen, quick response.
13:23Well, we knew, we knew that her brains didn't work. Now we know their eyes don't work. So the,
13:30I mean, she's just, she's a mess, right? What a train wreck. What a train wreck.
13:34I think you should just get a hoodie. You should just wear a hoodie from now on and respond to her in a hoodie.
13:39You should be hoodie to hoodie. Stephen, thank you so much. Yeah, go ahead.
13:44I think the important point is that, is that every time she's on TV, Republican approval ratings go up,
13:50Democrat approval ratings go down. That lady is a walking nightmare.
13:53And you're, and you're, you're about, I know you for 20 years. You're about 5'10", 11th.
14:00About 5'10". So 4'10". I don't know what she can say. All right, Stephen, thank you very much.
14:04And again, we're talking about Portland as much as Chicago. The domestic saboteurs there continue to
14:10besiege the area around the ICE facility. So the supposedly peaceful protesters again assaulted
14:16conservative journalist Nick Sorter. And we have the tape.
14:19I'm going to give a tour of the camp.
14:21All right, let's go.
14:22No, no. Unfortunately, I'm going. Don't touch me. Get out of the way.
14:28Don't touch me. Get out of the way. No.
14:30This is a sidewalk. Get out of the way.
14:32Don't touch her.
14:33You're no longer allowed to walk down the sidewalk in Portland.
14:37You're going to be.
14:38Don't do that.
14:41A lot of violent pot psychosis out there. Now recall this order was assaulted for the
14:56first time on Thursday night and the police decided to arrest him. But late today, those
15:00charges were dropped. Thank goodness. What is another embarrassing episode for a city that
15:04elects embarrassments? But Trump's had enough, especially after district court judge Karen
15:09Emmergut, temporarily halted his deployment of the Oregon National Guard.
15:15I believe that the Portland people are scared. You look at what's happened with Portland over
15:19the years. It's a burning hellhole. And then you have a judge that lost her way that tries to
15:29pretend that like there's no problem. Actually, she's not even saying that. There's a huge problem
15:35in Portland. I'll tell you what the problem is. Crime.
15:37And when Donald Trump tried to deploy guards from other states after that first judicial
15:43order, she slapped that one down as well. She said that Trump's move to bring in other states
15:48guard is a direct contravention of her first order, writing that the country has a longstanding
15:53and foundational tradition of resistance to government overreach, especially in the form
15:57of military intrusion into civil affairs. This historical tradition boils down to a simple
16:02proposition. This is the nation of constitutional law, not martial law. Defendants have made a range of
16:07arguments that have accepted risk blurring the line between civil and military federal power
16:11to the detriment of this nation. Here to weigh in is Mike Davis, Article 3 project founder, along with
16:17Saul Weisenberg, former deputy independent counsel and Fox News contributor. Saul, now tell me about this
16:23judge. Now, she was appointed by Trump during his first term. And am I to understand that she worked for
16:30Ken Starr? And is that right? Yes. Yes. Full disclosure. So are you responsible for this judge, Saul?
16:40Go ahead. She's a she's a full disclosure. She's a former colleague and she's and she's a friend.
16:46The problem with her order isn't that she's a, quote, local judge. She's clothed with Article 3 power.
16:53The problem is her opinion is is wrong. Laura, there's Supreme Court precedent going back almost
16:59200 years that says under a predecessor statute to this statute that the president is using.
17:06The president makes the factual determination about whether the predicate has been set to send in the
17:13militia. He does not get to be second guessed by anybody else. That's really what's important here
17:19is that nobody gets to come in and say, we think the president got it wrong. The solution,
17:26if somebody has a problem with it, is a political solution in Congress. But I believe her opinion
17:31is wrong. Fundamentally wrong. Yeah. And they've already gone to the Ninth Circuit, the Trump DOJ,
17:38and is appealing that temporary restraining order on the guard deployment. Mike,
17:42do you believe that will be successful at the Ninth Circuit? I don't know if it will be successful at
17:47the Ninth Circuit because it's full of a lot of Democrat judges. There's some good judges on
17:51the Ninth Circuit as well. Trump transformed the Ninth Circuit in his first term. So it's not as
17:55hopeful. I'm hopeful, more hopeful than you. But it's not as bad as it once was. But I would say
17:59this. I think the Supreme Court on the emergency docket will certainly stay this order because it
18:04is clearly in violation of Article 2 of the Constitution, along with federal statute. The president
18:09has the power and the duty to protect federal law enforcement when they're under attack and the locals
18:15are refusing to help. Yeah. So the president has the constitutional authority, has enormous
18:20plenary discretion in matters of national security. And this dates back, as Saul said, 200 years.
18:28So for a judge to come in, I was stunned by this order, actually. I read this. I was like,
18:32you've got to be kidding me. Who's writing her opinions? She couldn't have written this opinion.
18:37She has to be smarter than this. But saying that a judge can make those intricate determinations
18:42of what is and what is not a threat to our society in Portland, that's not what a judge's
18:49role is. Yeah. She took off her judicial robe and put on her commander in chief suit when she
18:55made that ruling. And that's just inappropriate for her to do that. That's not her job. It's the
18:59president's job to protect our country, not a local judge. So on this issue of Chicago and the
19:05deployment of ICE officials and the willful, wanton impeding of the operation of ICE that we're seeing
19:14on the ground, and then now a mayor saying he's going to set up no-go zones, ICE-free zones where
19:21the feds can't go in, that obviously is going to be challenged in federal court as well. Where will
19:27that challenge end up? Well, let me put it to you this way. The state and local governments are under
19:36no obligation, general obligation, to assist the federal government. But I can guarantee you they
19:43can't impede and obstruct the federal government when they are enforcing federal law. There's this
19:48little thing called the supremacy clause that we fought a civil war about. And so I think they're going
19:55to be very embarrassed. And Mike, this idea that- Chicago and Illinois, that is. Yeah. But Trump
20:02is creating the atmosphere for a civil war. And it's a redo of the civil war. That's what Brandon
20:09Johnson said to me. That's insane. He ran on the fact he's going to secure our border and expel
20:13illegal aliens, particularly these terrorists. And these Democrat politicians are getting in his way
20:19illegally because they want more power. So the Democrats are on the state's right side. Now,
20:24suddenly they love the 10th Amendment. I love this. Mike and Saul, both of you. Thank you so much.
20:28Thank you. And coming up, how Democrats' violent fantasy could shake up key races in Virginia,
20:34making America safer and more prosperous again. Democrat candidates for state office
20:38are fantasizing about murder and terrorizing children. Meet Jay Jones, Democrat candidate for
20:44Virginia attorney general. Leaked text messages from 2022 obtained by National Review show Jones talking
20:51about the death of the very much alive GOP state house leader Todd Gilbert and his children. Now,
20:58Jones reportedly texted Carrie Coyner, a Republican colleague, three people, two bullets. Gilbert,
21:04Hitler, Pol Pot. Gilbert gets two bullets to the head. Coyner begged him, please stop.
21:11Jones replied, LOL. He reportedly doubled down on a phone call with Coyner invoking the death of
21:16Gilbert's children. At one point, the source said he suggested he wished Gilbert's wife would watch her
21:22own child die in her arms so that Gilbert might reconsider his political views. Now, to the caring,
21:31soulful human being, that behavior is disgusting and amoral. But to Democrats, that's not a deal breaker.
21:40Look, if Jones had advocated like J.K. Rawlings against trans athletes and women's sports,
21:47or maybe if he had advocated against Hamas or, you know, career criminals or illegal aliens coming
21:55across the border, well, he would have been forced to resign a hundred percent because Democrats believe
22:01it is immoral to use force against those people. But they don't believe it's immoral to use force
22:08against Republicans. And so they don't regard his statements as a moral failing. Maybe a slight
22:14political misstep. Here to discuss is Jason Meares, Virginia attorney general who is running
22:19for reelection against Jay Jones. Mr. Attorney General, these are just de facto disqualifying
22:28comments. But the Democrats seem, at least for now, to be waiting this out, thinking this storm
22:34will pass. Well, I don't think the storm is going to pass because this is an individual that's
22:42running to be the top prosecutor in the state of Virginia, where your job is to stop violence.
22:47And he's been advocating for violence. And to give your listeners and your watchers background,
22:52this text thread started because Jay Jones was angry that Republicans had utilized and said nice
22:58statements about a Democratic legislator that had recently passed away. And his response was that
23:04for his political opponents, he would literally piss on their own graves. And then he obviously talked
23:10about putting two bullets in the head of Todd Gilbert, who's a friend of mine, and then obviously
23:14saying, and he was called out at this time by Kerry Coyner, listen, this is not appropriate.
23:19And his response, I mean, she texted him, you're talking about hoping Jennifer Gilbert's children
23:24would die. And he said, yes, because it's only through pain policy actually changes. What's so startling
23:32for me as I served in the House of Delegates with Jay and with Todd? He knows Jennifer. He knows
23:38Todd's children. Todd's children at the time of these text messages were two and five years old at
23:44the time. This was not hypothetical. He knew them. He knew what they look like. Think about the moral
23:51rot that occurs in a human being to say that about a man's wife and their children. Well, imagine what else
23:57he said. I mean, imagine what he'd do as attorney general. That's what I'm saying. I mean, target
24:02conservatives, unfair prosecutions of people who disagree on policy. He did put out an apology
24:09today and wrote in part, reading back, those words made me sick to my stomach, said he was embarrassed,
24:13ashamed and sorry. This was a grave mistake. I'll work every day to prove to the people of Virginia
24:17I will fight for them as attorney general. Well, apologies. You know, they are what they are.
24:24But I am stunned that the Democrats at this point, I guess they just think if he drops out,
24:32you're automatically reelected. So they're just going to take a flyer on this. But I think it also
24:36tells us that if an individual has a murder fantasy like this involving children, this individual
24:45has likely has some type of mental problem. Forget a bad judgment. This is some kind of
24:51of mental issue as well with them. I mean, to even write those words is a sickness.
24:57Well, Laura, I will tell you, I have a quote in my office in the attorney general's office that I
25:03see every day I walk in the office. It's from Thomas Jefferson. And it is this. I have never found a
25:08difference of opinion in politics, philosophy or religion as cause to withdraw from a friend. And
25:14was just a great reminder. Even if I disagree with somebody, I'm not going to lose a friendship
25:18over it. This is an individual that has a mindset that if I disagree with you, as he did with the
25:22speaker, that he fantasizes about violence against him and his own children. It really,
25:29and it's a real test of civility. Because when I took this oath of office, it was saying,
25:33I'm going to be the people's protector for Republicans, Democrats and independents.
25:37I met with mothers that have lost a child. I've never asked what their political persuasion
25:41for a victim of a violent crime. You will be reelected. The people of
25:45the great commonwealth of Virginia, they have to see this. This is just decency. This man
25:51does not have the temperament, the judgment or the moral standing to be the attorney general
25:57of the great commonwealth. Mr. Attorney General, thank you very much. We appreciate it.
26:02All right. And the left's immorality goes way beyond a vile politician dreaming about this,
26:06you know, murder fantasy of his competitor and kids. Anti-ice agitators are showcasing their
26:12depravity every day in public. Now, I'm not going to show you this next video, but one man
26:17simulated a sex act toward a female agent. And then he said this.
26:24Hey, how long have it been since you got to down? No.
26:30I'm not sure what that was, but bleep it all out. So you can't really tell. But
26:34here to discuss, Dr. Drew Pinsky, host of Ask Dr. Drew and chief patient officer for the wellness
26:39company. Dr. Drew, this is all being done out in the open. There's no shame in it.
26:45The getting right up into someone's face, spitting at them in this conjured up rage.
26:53Why is there no public shame left or sense of embarrassment or just general civility?
26:59Well, that's absolutely gone, of course. But you've been sort of framing this in the
27:06conversation with the attorney general as a moral failing, which it is. Some people's moral
27:11sensibilities are very fragile. And when they lose some of that structure of society or if they're
27:17encouraged to engage in certain aggressive outbursts, they will do so. And they may not
27:23have the sensibility to understand they're doing something wrong. In fact, we live in a time,
27:30you just saw it in the case of the opponent to the attorney general, where he was saying things
27:34that were absolutely outlandish because he believed they would be received by everyone he'd be speaking
27:42to as somehow OK. It's mass.
27:48Department of Justice opens criminal investigation into new NYAG Latita James.
27:54James's attorney, Abelero, called the accusations against his clientele baseless and long discredited.
28:02The Department of Justice has opened a criminal investigation into New York attorney general
28:07Latita James. Fox News has learned.
28:12A source familiar with the matter confirmed that a grand jury in the Eastern District of
28:18Virginia sent out subpoenas related to accusations that James misrepresented a single family home
28:25in Virginia as a primary residence to obtain more favourable loan terms.
28:33News of the federal probe follows a criminal investigation.
28:37News of the federal probe follows a criminal referral from the Trump administration's federal housing finance agency.
29:03Director William Pulte, who requested the DOJ investigate James over that matter,
29:09had another incident in which he allegedly misrepresented the number of liveable units
29:14in a multi-family Brooklyn house to once again obtain better loan terms.
29:19These baseless and long discredited allegations put to rest by my April...
29:27Is that my as in my or my is it meant to me?
29:37I'm going to change that to the, I think.
29:39Yeah, yeah. By the April 24th.
29:42We start from this baseless.
29:44Mm-hmm.
29:45These baseless and long discredited allegations put to rest by the April 24th letter to the Department of Justice
29:53are suddenly back in the news just days after President Trump publicly attacked Attorney General James.
30:01James' attorney, Abilawa, said Thursday.
30:03This appears to be the political retribution President Trump threatened to extract
30:10that A.G. Bondi assured the Senate would not occur on her watch.
30:14If prosecutors are genuinely interested in the truth, we are prepared to meet false claims with facts.
30:21After Pulte's criminal referral was sent to the Justice Department, specifically U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi,
30:29Lowell followed up with his own letter to Bondi and the Justice Department accusing the President of seeking political retribution.
30:40James has been part of a group of Democratic Attorney Generals who have sued to halt many of Trump's orders
30:47during his first few months in the Oval Office.
30:51James was the lead prosecutor in a case she brought up against Trump
31:20the Trump and Trump Organization that alleged the President, while he was a candidate,
31:25falsified business records to obtain more favorable loan terms.
31:29He was ultimately ordered by a judge to pay hundreds of millions, but is still appealing the ruling.
31:35The stunning hypocrisy of President Trump's complaint that the Justice Department had been politicized and weaponized against him is laid bare,
31:45as he and others in his administration are now asking you to undertake the very same practice Lowell wrote to in his letter to Bondi.
31:54Lowell in his letter pointed to instances where Trump has called for revenge and instances when the President has personally attacked James.
32:06Lowell also responded to allegations including the claim James listed a home in Virginia as a primary residence while serving as a state official in New York.
32:16According to Lowell, James had no intention of using the property as a primary residence and her indication of this in a power of attorney letter was a mistake.
32:27Lowell pointed out there were other documents in which James indicated to her lender that the Virginia home would not be her primary residence.
32:37James is also accused of fraud for allegedly inflating the number of liveable units in a multifamily Brooklyn home to receive better interest rates.
32:48Lowell accuses Porte of disregarding updated documentation listing the residence as a four-unit multifamily residence and instead pointing to a certificate of occupancy from 2001.
33:02Okay, that's the end.
33:04Okay, that's the end.
33:05Okay.
33:06Okay.
33:11All right.
