00:00Welcome to Hannity and Breaking Tonight.
00:03Democrats have shown their true colors once again as the party of lawlessness, violence and chaos in Virginia.
00:10Newly unearthed texts show the Democratic candidate for Attorney General, Jay Jones,
00:16fantasizing about the assassination of a top state Republican,
00:20even openly hoping that his young children would be murdered as well.
00:23Also alleging allegedly hoped for a few police officers to be murdered during the 2020 summer of love, the riots of 2020.
00:34And yet he now wants to be the Commonwealth's top law enforcement official.
00:38We'll check in tonight. Governor Glenn Youngkin will respond in an exclusive interview.
00:44Meanwhile, in New Jersey, that gubernatorial race, Republican Jack Ciattarelli is surging over his far left opponent
00:51with Republicans outpacing Democrats and early voting in the deep blue state of New Jersey.
00:59Let me be clear. If you're in New Jersey tonight, your state is in play and the nation is watching.
01:05Also breaking this hour, John Solomon with Breaking News, a bombshell new report surrounding Jack Smith
01:11actually tracking the communications of nearly a dozen GOP senators at a critical moment.
01:17But tonight we begin with new developments in the state of Illinois where left-wing agitators are quite literally waging war
01:25against federal immigration officials. The same out in Portland, 100 plus nights of violence.
01:31Over the weekend, federal officers were boxed in by a convoy in Chicago of around 10 vehicles driven by these bad actors.
01:40One agitator armed with a semi-automatic weapon even rammed her car into a federal law enforcement vehicle,
01:46causing a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent to have to return fire.
01:52And look at your screen. This video reposted by Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin
01:57shows another vehicular assault on an ICE vehicle.
02:01And meanwhile, immigration officials were also surrounded by an angry mob on the ground.
02:08But according to a shocking report from our very own Bill Malusian, Chicago's patrol chief,
02:13allegedly refused to allow units to respond, leaving a handful of federal officials on their own for a significant period of time.
02:22Now, this is a claim that Chicago's police department and incompetent mayor and governor are denying.
02:28But as you can see, it was a scary weekend in and around the Windy City.
02:33Threats against ICE agents now up nationwide over a thousand percent.
02:39Elected Democrats, they keep pouring fuel on the fire.
02:42For example, Senator Tammy Duckworth just compared ICE agents to the Gestapo.
02:48Take a look.
02:49They lie, right?
02:51The Trump administration lies.
02:52We have a president who's a known liar.
02:54And they have been they've been lying about the situation all along.
02:59They are using Gestapo tactics in Chicago.
03:03And this is what Trump wants to do, right?
03:05He wants to intimidate the people of Chicago.
03:06That's not going to happen.
03:07No, it's not the Gestapo.
03:10It's the law of our land.
03:12Meanwhile, Chicago mayor, the ever incompetent Brandon Johnson, claiming that ICE is operating
03:17in a city because Republicans, get this, never accepted the results of the Civil War.
03:23Not making it up.
03:25Decide for yourself.
03:25A couple of years ago, I said very candidly that the right wing in this country wants
03:36a rematch of the Civil War.
03:38I just I want that to sit in right now because the president of the United States of America
03:43has declared war on the people of Chicago and people across America.
03:47Johnson now declaring, quote, ice free zones in his city, by the way, a meaningless act thanks
03:55to the supremacy clause that would be called the Constitution.
03:58Maybe he should read it one day.
04:00A move designed to stir anger among his radical base.
04:03Naturally, Illinois Governor J.B.
04:05Pritzker can never keep his big mouth shut.
04:08He's ignorant and pathetically trying to jump into the fray with the classic Democratic take.
04:14He's trying to blame Donald Trump for disturbing peace in Chicago.
04:20First of all, there is no peace in Chicago.
04:23Secondly, President Trump is trying to bring peace to Chicago because he and the mayor and
04:29every other elected official refused to do their job and have law and order and safety
04:34and security.
04:35Take a look.
04:36They're raiding neighborhoods where instead of going after the bad guys, they're just
04:42picking up people who are brown and black and then checking their credentials.
04:46Are you a U.S. citizen?
04:47They are the ones that are making it a war zone.
04:50They need to get out of Chicago if they're not going to focus on the worst of the worst,
04:55which is what the president said they were going to do.
04:57They need to get the heck out.
04:58This raid at this building is emblematic of what ICE and CBP and the president of the United
05:03States, Kristi Noem and Greg Bovino, are trying to do.
05:07They want mayhem on the ground.
05:09They want to create the war zone so that they can send in even more troops.
05:12Whatever happened to that fake news, CNN, real time fact checking that there was so committed
05:19to?
05:19Oh, that only applies to Donald Trump.
05:21Now, Pritzker was sworn in.
05:23Since he's been sworn in, there have been more than 4,000 murders in the city of Chicago.
05:30But he's more worried about Donald Trump disturbing the peace in the city of Chicago by sending
05:37in law enforcement and following the law and enforcing immigration law and not the 4,000
05:43Americans that were killed under his watch.
05:47He failed to protect innocent people in Chicago, innocent people in Illinois.
05:52Of course, this kind of dehumanization against federal officials, it's not going to end well.
05:57I pray to God I'm wrong.
05:59Keep in mind, according to the DHS secretary, they already face serious threats all across
06:06the globe.
06:06This is how bad it's getting.
06:08Take a look.
06:09Our intelligence indicates that these people are organized.
06:12They're getting more and more people on their team as far as attacking officers, and they're
06:17making plans to ambush them and to kill them.
06:19We have specific officers and agents that have bounties that have been put out on their heads.
06:24It's been $2,000 to kidnap them, $10,000 to kill them.
06:28They've released their pictures.
06:30They've sent them between their networks, and it's an extremely dangerous situation and
06:34unprecedented.
06:36And sadly and pathetically, Democrats don't seem to care at all about any of that.
06:42They just want to motivate their radical base, sow chaos, divide the country, and because
06:46of a selfish, nonstop, never-ending hatred of Donald Trump and his supporters.
06:52Anyway, here with reaction, we have the chief patrol agent, Greg Bovino, is with us.
06:56Greg, first of all, thank you for your service.
06:59All right.
06:59A thousand percent increase in threats.
07:01Now we have bounties on ICE agents' heads.
07:05We have the doxing of agents.
07:07We have governors like the one in California saying they can't wear masks, although he has
07:11no authority to do so.
07:13And then in their spare time, they call agents enforcing the law of our country, Nazis, Gestapo,
07:20brown shirts, fascists, et cetera.
07:23This is not going to end well, sir.
07:25Tell me what you think.
07:26What do you see?
07:28Well, good evening, Sean, and thanks for having me.
07:31The clips you showed, Sean, are exactly what's happening here in Chicago.
07:36So your viewers need to know that those assaults, those riots, that violence against federal
07:42officers, that happens every day here in Chicago.
07:46Just a couple of hours ago, Border Patrol agents were assaulted.
07:50We arrested two individuals, one with a gun.
07:53It's happening every day here in Chicago.
07:55And I'll tell you what, Sean, the rhetoric by those elected officials absolutely feeds
08:02this violence.
08:03And it will come to no good end, as you say, because we're here to stay.
08:07The National Guard's coming.
08:09It's coming for a reason.
08:11Definitely need the help here in Chicago.
08:14And, you know, look out because we're here.
08:17OK, so we have two ramming incidents, one with somebody with an assault weapon and shots
08:23fired in that particular incident.
08:25But we had two of them.
08:26Is that correct?
08:27Tell us what happened.
08:28Sure.
08:29Well, there's a lot more than two.
08:30This has been happening quite often.
08:32But where the shots were fired, an individual decided it would be a good idea to try to
08:37ram a Border Patrol agent along with 10 other vehicles.
08:41They boxed Border Patrol agents in.
08:43Border Patrol agents responded.
08:45And in doing so, fired several shots striking an individual.
08:49That individual, as you said, was armed with a semi-automatic weapon.
08:53So that was two from a couple of days ago.
08:55Today, more of the same.
08:57Another semi-automatic weapon in the car of an individual that tried to box in a Border Patrol agent.
09:03Sean, we've seen more weapons here in Chicago in a month than we did in Los Angeles over a four-month period.
09:11Definitely something going on here in Chicago.
09:13Okay, Chief, let me ask you this.
09:16A headline, foxnews.com.
09:18Chicago police sources blast the department response after officers told not to help federal agents.
09:25And they did so, quote, in their words, to cover their you-know-whats.
09:30It's total BS.
09:31And then they also released police chief of patrol.
09:35No units will respond to this as related, caller, 30 patrol agents.
09:42Now, the Chicago police chief took issue with that today.
09:46Do we know if, in fact, these officers were told not to help officers that were in need?
09:53Sean, I don't know exactly what happened in that dispatch room nor what the communication was between dispatch and that particular commander.
10:03But what I do know is the rank and file police officers here in Chicago do support immigration and Border Patrol.
10:10It's just they're not allowed to say anything.
10:11They've got a mayor that will fire them if they say anything.
10:15They've got a governor that is wildly out of control with his rhetoric.
10:20So they're up against it both ways.
10:22I think those police officers want those gang members and those criminals taken off the streets just like we do.
10:28But they're handicapped beyond belief.
10:32Well, the president of the National Fraternal Order of Police and the Illinois State Police Union expressed shock at these reports.
10:39Don't you think we need to get to the bottom of it?
10:41And how and when will we get to the bottom of it?
10:45Absolutely.
10:46We do need to get to the bottom of it because, Sean, there's going to be more, more incidents just like this because it's a war zone out there.
10:55Secretary Nome mentioned a bounty on the heads of federal agents that $2,000 to kidnap, $10,000 to kill senior Border Patrol officials and senior ICE officials here in Chicago.
11:07Now, Sean, what happens between the kidnapping and the killing portion?
11:12That's something out of a third world country.
11:15Is this America?
11:16So we do need to get to the bottom of that.
11:18And I do believe that we'll get some more clarity on what happened there with the response.
11:24And I do think we're going to see additional, better response from Chicago Police Department in talking with Superintendent Schnelly and others.
11:32I trust the superintendent.
11:33I don't trust that mayor.
11:34I don't trust that governor one bit.
11:36But I do thank you for your service and all of the good officers that would always step up and help law enforcement in trouble.
11:44And for the ICE agents that have been facing, you know, this never ending cycle of violence and name calling, Greg Bovino.
11:52Thank you, sir.
11:53All right.
11:54Now to Texas, where the National Guard might soon be used to help federal law enforcement operations in other states.
12:00And despite Illinois, Chicago and Portland suing to stop them here with more Texas governor, Greg Abbott.
12:06Well, you know, a thing or two about going it alone, because, you know, we had you on regularly all throughout, you know,
12:12the years where Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and Mayorkas were saying the border's closed, the border's secure.
12:20And it wasn't until you had to take matters into your own hand and do the job, because I went down there to see you do it.
12:30Well, listen, Sean, it's the same thing all over again, just in a different wrapper.
12:33What happened under the Biden administration is the Biden administration refused to enforce the law and it led to chaos.
12:39Now we have these local states that are refusing to enforce the law and we have chaos.
12:46Know this.
12:47And that is the president has the constitutional responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States.
12:53And those laws include the immigration laws.
12:55And the president has the authority to call up National Guard to assist in enforcing those laws.
13:01And that's exactly what the president is doing and what Texas is doing.
13:05We're assisting the president in that cause.
13:07I want you to know just moments ago, our National Guard, our elite National Guard in the state of Texas began their deployment as they were loading on planes in Texas,
13:17boarding for flights to parts of the country where they will be able to safeguard ice officials and other federal officials as they try to enforce the laws of the United States of America.
13:27You know, I know that you and Governor DeSantis, maybe the greatest political jujitsu move of all time is you took all the illegals that they said were not coming into the country.
13:40You put, you know, and transported them to sanctuary cities and states and then they were mad at you.
13:46But yet they say they welcome everybody.
13:48And all you were doing was helping them achieve their goal.
13:52Let me get to a more serious issue.
13:54The threat level has gone up over a thousand times.
13:57We now have bounties on the heads of ICE agents.
14:01We have the doxing of ICE agents.
14:04You know, you see what's happening in Portland, which we'll get to in a minute.
14:06You see what's happening in Chicago.
14:08though. And Gavin wants no masks. Your thoughts. Listen, what you just articulated and what you
14:16have shown on your show already tonight are exhibits one, two, three, four and five in a
14:21case of court showing exactly why, for one, the president needs National Guard helping out,
14:27but also for another, why these members of ICE, they need protection. For one, they should be
14:34able to wear a mask to protect themselves. But for another, think of where they're exposed to.
14:38They're exposed to urine, to feces, to gases, to all kinds of things that could harm them.
14:44Of course, they need protection. And for a governor of a state to deny that of law enforcement,
14:51that's a crime unto itself. Well, Governor, you've been in the forefront in fighting this battle,
14:57making the country aware of it. And now we now we are at a point. Do you believe the words being
15:03used by Democrats? Do you believe these words are putting fuel on a fire? Are they motivating
15:10people to commit acts of violence? Do you tie them together? It is absolutely true. Look,
15:16look, all these words have been used by the left over the course of just this year alone
15:21has incited extraordinary violence. I believe it incited the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
15:27You've seen other hate crimes occur at places of worship against Christians and other people of
15:34faith and as well as targeting Republicans. Remember, and maybe I shouldn't have begun this
15:39year in that timeline because, of course, it was last year when President Trump himself was
15:44attempted to be assassinated. And this is all arisen because of all these words of war by the left in
15:51the United States of America. It's chilling. Governor, we appreciate you being with us as
15:57always. Great job as always. Over the weekend, Illinois was not the only place embroiled in this
16:01chaos. Not shockingly, unsurprisingly, Portland, Oregon also hosted a series of far left riots
16:07resulting in numerous arrests, including this individual who was rolled into custody using an
16:13industrial handcart. Meanwhile, independent reporter Nick Sorter was attacked once again,
16:20the second attack against him by far left rioters. Take a look.
16:23No, no, no. Unfortunately, I'm going. Don't touch me. Get out of the way. Don't touch me. Get out of the way.
16:34No. This is a sidewalk. Get out of the way. Don't touch her. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay. So this is
16:40you're no, you're no longer allowed to walk down the sidewalk in Portland or else you're going to get
16:49jumped and pushed and, uh, and shoved and assaulted here. And we got the, we're live, right? We got it.
16:55Okay. So so now we're going to get assaulted. You're going to be pushed. You're going to be.
17:00Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't do that.
17:04Let it go.
17:06Now, keep in mind, during a previous riot, Sorter was also attacked, leading the police
17:25to arrest him, but knew tonight he will not face any charges because he committed no crime.
17:31He was walking on the sidewalk.
17:33Here with an update, Nick Sorter is with us.
17:35First of all, I give you a lot of credit for being very brave and, you know, a willingness
17:40to walk into that environment.
17:42Tell us what happened in both cases.
17:45I'll tell you what, Sean, it's like I had to back away from the ICE facility in order
17:49to do this interview.
17:50It's right around the corner right now because it's so hostile.
17:52People are very, very aggressive.
17:54Just my very existence pisses off a lot of these Antifa militants.
18:00And in both cases, you saw I was on the sidewalk, right?
18:04In the first case, when I ended up being arrested after I was punched, they broke my camera and
18:09then threw me in a hole.
18:10I was on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street.
18:12So apparently on this street, there's just you're not allowed to use the sidewalk unless
18:16you're a leftist militant.
18:18But that that is the takeaway from this at this point.
18:20This is a public sidewalk.
18:22And in the incident yesterday, I asked the police officer that was standing there.
18:25Can I use this sidewalk?
18:27They won't let me use the other one.
18:28Can I use this one?
18:29And I did.
18:30I tried to go through there.
18:31And of course, you saw how that ended up.
18:34OK, so you've got these militants and this is the irony.
18:37If you were right now on fake news, CNN or MSDNC, they would say, well, Nick, you were
18:43walking through mostly peaceful protests.
18:45They're not mostly peaceful.
18:46That's the point.
18:47What they're triggered by an American flag, which is what I saw in the second incident.
18:53And you end up having to get arrested.
18:54The charges obviously dropped.
18:57And it's not just the fact that they're saying it's what the left is saying.
19:03The Democrats, fascists, Nazi, brown shirt, Gestapo, a refrain, wash, rinse, repeat.
19:10It doesn't stop the same thing on the media.
19:13They don't call these people out.
19:15I think they're making every every individual's life they're putting in danger.
19:20I'll conclude with that.
19:21Get your thoughts.
19:22Yeah.
19:22Yeah.
19:23I mean, it's look, I've gotten it on video multiple times now of people with different
19:27people coming up to me saying things like, oh, well, you know, if you come around again,
19:30you're going to end up being Charlie Kirk.
19:32I mean, these people celebrate violence and, you know, because they walk up and say, I'm
19:37a Nazi.
19:38They call everybody on the right a Nazi.
19:39Right.
19:40And and that alone, if people genuinely believe that somebody is a Nazi, they have no problem
19:46with committing violence against them.
19:48And, you know, I came out here originally, Sean, to expose the Portland police.
19:52But within hours of me being here, they exposed themselves.
19:56So I really didn't have to do much.
19:58It's been like this for the longest time where they the residents next door to this
20:03ice facility out here are miserable because they're stuck in a lease and they can't sleep
20:08at night because people are screaming in the megaphones at three o'clock in the morning.
20:12I mean, it's not fair.
20:13And they're afraid to speak out because if they do speak out, they're going to end up
20:17being attacked, too.
20:18I mean, these people need help.
20:19Let me ask you this, Nick.
20:21Well, they're not going to get help.
20:22I mean, they're being egged on by the Democrats and the media.
20:25You keep doing it.
20:26I admire that you have the courage to do it.
20:29A lot of people in life don't have a lot of courage.
20:31Why do you keep doing it?
20:34Because this needs to be exposed, Sean.
20:36This has been going on for far too long and too many innocent people are affected by this.
20:41All the businesses on that road, nobody can get to their business.
20:45These are small businesses.
20:46Nobody can get there.
20:47There was a small private school that's right behind where these tents are set up that you
20:52saw in the video there.
20:53They had to move out because they couldn't guarantee the safety of their students anymore.
20:58You know, this affects a lot of people and they deserve justice in this situation.
21:03And if we all just get scared and walk away and be like, okay, fine, you win, don't hurt
21:08me, then this is going to continue on and get worse, Sean.
21:13I don't disagree at all.
21:14I pray for your safety.
21:16I really do.
21:18Because you're going up against a radicalized mob.
21:22And you have the courage to do it.
21:23And I pray for your safety.
21:24I appreciate you sharing that tape with us.
21:27And Godspeed out there.
21:28All right.
21:29Coming up, Democrats, they are refusing to denounce the Virginia Attorney General candidate
21:33who wished death upon, let's see, the Speaker of the House of Delegates in Virginia?
21:39Really?
21:40And against lawmakers and children?
21:42We'll get reaction.
21:43Glenn Yonkel will join us also breaking tonight a bombshell report concerning Joe Biden's DOJ
21:51and the weaponization of justice.
21:53John Solomon has all the new details straight ahead.
21:56Breaking developments late last week in the Virginia Attorney General race after shocking
22:00text messages that the Democratic candidate Jay Jones sent in 2022, not that long ago,
22:07came to light, including several in which he's fantasizing about assassinating the speaker
22:13of the Virginia House, Todd Gilbert, going as far as to say that if he was in a room
22:18with Gilbert, Hitler, Pol Pot, and had only two bullets, he would shoot Gilbert twice.
22:24Really?
22:25Immediately before that, he wrote, quote, if those guys die before me, I will go to their
22:30funerals to piss on their graves.
22:33And sadly, they got worse because more disgusting messages show him attacking Gilbert's children,
22:39calling them fascists and saying that he hoped that they would die because, quote, only when
22:44people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
22:48And one source is telling the National Review he suggested on a phone call that he wished
22:53Gilbert's wife could watch her children die in her arms.
22:57Now, the messages sparked widespread outrage with Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.
23:02He'll join us in a minute.
23:03President Donald J. Trump, Lieutenant Governor, and gubernatorial candidate Winsome Sears all
23:09calling on Democrats to push Jay Jones off the ticket, calling the text, quote, beyond
23:15disqualifying.
23:16The silence from Democrats in the Commonwealth of Virginia has been deafening.
23:20And now, with less than a month until Election Day, the messages are now threatening a major
23:25shakeup in that bellwether state and those races.
23:28Republicans, Abigail Spanberger, did put out a weak statement condemning generally political
23:35violence and violent rhetoric.
23:37But she stopped short.
23:39She wasn't courageous.
23:40She would not call on Jay Jones to drop out of the race.
23:44Even liberal Joe was saying they should drop out.
23:47We reached out to her campaign.
23:49Shockingly, they did not respond to our request for a comment.
23:52Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin is here with more.
23:54The silence on this from Democrats in the Commonwealth, to me, is repulsive and deafening.
24:03What's going on there?
24:06It is repulsive and deafening, Sean.
24:08And again, we have the Democrat candidate for attorney general, the top cop in the state,
24:14wanting to put two bullets in a political adversary's head, wanting his two-year-old and five-year-old
24:20children to die.
24:22And finally, today, what also came out is he's advocating for there to be a few cops who would
24:27be killed.
24:28I mean, this is unbelievable stuff.
24:31And yet, the Democrat leadership, both in the state and at the national level, has yet
24:36to call for him in disgrace.
24:39Abigail Spanberger gave a weak comment and has yet to say drop out, Jay Jones.
24:44And yet, Sean, remember this, back when the previous governor of Virginia had his blackface
24:50scandal, within 24 hours, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger called for him to resign.
24:57Well, here we have her running mate who wants to have children die, a two-year-old and a five-year-old,
25:04put bullets in the head of a political adversary and wants police officers to die.
25:11And all she can say is he must apologize.
25:13And then they are out campaigning.
25:15Tim Kaine supported him this weekend.
25:18Congressman Vindman came back and re-endorsed him.
25:22And they're out raising money for this guy.
25:24At the end of the day, this is the Democrat party today that is just fine with political
25:30violence as long as it doesn't inconvenience them.
25:33The bottom line is we've got to stand strong as Virginians and get to the polls and make sure
25:41Virginia cannot have this.
25:42We cannot have leaders who would either advocate for this or accept it.
25:47And that's what they have done.
25:48And that's why I'm asking everybody, get out and vote and make your voice heard.
25:53And by the way, also, we've got to support these candidates, Sean.
25:56Winsome Sears, go to winsomesears.com.
25:59Go to jasonmiarez.com.
26:01And Carrie Corner, Carrie Corner is the delicate, Sean, who came forth and really exposed to
26:08Virginians the real Jay Jones.
26:10And now they are their number one beat.
26:13They want to actually have retribution on her because she showed Virginians the real character
26:19of Jay Jones.
26:20So I'd ask everybody, please support these candidates and let's get out and vote.
26:24It was a big issue four years ago in Loudoun County that helped propel you to office in
26:30the Commonwealth.
26:32A new report, Abigail Spamberger, apparently she stumbled badly in the case of Richard Cox,
26:39this biological man claiming transgender status, who's exploited local bathroom laws, repeatedly
26:45exposing himself to women and children in northern Virginia locker rooms.

26:51ICE captures an illegal immigrant wanted for an allegedly killing mother in a DUI crash.
27:01Ecuadorian suspect was released twice by local authorities despite ICE detainer requests.
27:08Immigration and Customs Enforcement captured an Ecuadorian illegal immigrant who is facing
27:14vehicular homicide charges in Minnesota on Friday.
27:18The August crash in which German Adriano, oh, I don't know how to say that name, Adriano
27:25Langari, yeah, Adriano Langari.
27:30The August crash in which German Adriano Langari, Inga, allegedly had a blood alcohol content
27:40twice the legal limit, killed mother Victoria Eileen Harwell and hurt her teenage daughter
27:46and sister according to DHS and local media outlets.
27:49Despite a lack of cooperation from local Minnesota authorities, ICE arrested criminal illegal alien
27:58German Ligari Inga.
27:59This criminal illegal alien has been evading prosecution for vehicular homicide that resulted
28:05in the death of Minnesota mum, Victoria Eileen Harwell.
28:08He was arrested by Hennepin County Sheriff's Office on May 10th on an outstanding warrant, but
28:21then released on May 13th without notifying ICE, despite the detainer request placed by the
28:27agency on that day, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
28:31There was another detainer placed by ICE in August when the crash occurred by Hennepin County Sheriff's
28:38Office told Fox News Digital that because of the State Attorney General's guidance they
28:43cannot lawfully hold individuals in custody based solely on an administrative detainer issued
28:49by the Department of Homeland Security or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
28:55If a dutically signed warrant is presented to HCSO, ICE will be notified when it becomes
29:02the holding agency.
29:04In the absence of such a warrant, individuals must be released once all criminal charges or
29:09holds have been resolved.
29:11HCSO is committed to working with the federal and local partners and honouring the constitutional
29:16rights of all individuals.
29:18HCSO's statement at the time added.
29:23In August, he was only in county jail for two days.
29:27Despite Hennepin County refusing to honour this criminal illegal alien detainer twice, ICE
29:33officers tracked him down and removed this criminal from Minnesota streets.
29:38Tim Wells should be thanking ICE, not using despicable rhetoric.
29:42Remember sanctuary politicians are fighting for criminal illegal aliens.
29:46President Trump and Secretary Noam are fighting for the victims of illegal alien crime like Eileen
29:52Harwell, McLollin continued.
29:56Earlier this month, the Trump White House took aim at Minnesota leaders because the man was
30:00still at large.
30:01According to ICE, he first came to the United States in June 2016 and was detained by US
30:07Customs and Border Protection, issued an order of expedited removal and placed into removal proceedings.
30:14An illegal immigrant drove drunk, killed an innocent mother and is now on the run because Democrats
30:20didn't do their most important job – protect their Constitutes, Alex Pfeffer, White House
30:26Principal Deputy Communications Director, told Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement
30:32at the time.
30:39Federal air marsh surveilled Trump's cabinet member Gubbert in 2024, Rand Paul says.
30:56Kentucky Senator TSA watchlist was used to track down now DNI Tulsi Gubbert in 2024.
31:05Senator Rand Paul said he received records confirming that Federal air marshals surveyed now Director
31:12of National Intelligence Tulsi Gubbert during domestic flights last year, reporting back information
31:18related to her appearance and even how many electronics she was observed using.
31:23The Republican from Kentucky made the revelation Tuesday on Capitol Hill as Department of Homeland
31:29Security Secretary Chrissy Noehan was testifying about her department's budget request for
31:35fiscal year 2026.
31:39I commend you and the Trump administration for ending all government-sponsored censorship using
31:45DHS personnel.
31:47Just last night I received the first set of records from the department regarding Tulsi Gubbert's
31:51placement on the TSA Quiet Skies watchlist, Paul said.
31:56These documents confirmed our suspicions.
31:59Federal air marshals surveyed the now Director of National Intelligence during domestic flights
32:04in 2024, reporting back information related to her appearance and even how many electronics
32:09she was observed using.
32:13Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, he added.
32:23The Transportation Security Administration watchlist allows Federal air marshals to follow US citizens
32:29and collect information on their behaviour in an effort to stop threats from potential terrorists.
32:36As I was travelling, I ended up in 30 to 45 minutes of going through screening every time.
32:41I would go to the airport to fly, Gubbert previously told Fox's One Nation.
32:46I noticed air marshals, I noticed K9 teams, there were things that I saw and noticed that
32:51were highly unusual.
32:53But despite the deepest pain and harm and stress that has been caused by this, is that forever
32:59going forward I will always be looking over my shoulder wondering if and how my government
33:04is surveilling me, she said.
33:07The TSA, as part of DHS Fox News Digital, reached out to DHS for comment but they did not
33:13immediately respond.
33:15Paul also asked Noam on Tuesday if she has ever uncovered any internal communications or
33:21activities relating to the government under the Biden administration being involved in
33:25censorship.
33:26We have literally found thousands of documents that have proven that they were involved in
33:32censorship and policing speech.
33:34So we will be unveiling these to this committee and making sure we are exposing what CISA was
33:40doing with a vast majority of its time of certain employees, she said.
33:47The Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency is also part of DHS.
33:52And some of the discussion I think we'll have here today is about getting CISA back on mission
33:57and some of the reductions in staff that have been over there, Noam added.
34:02And that's reflected in the fact that many of them were doing the work that they shouldn't
34:06have been doing.
