00:08And in today's video, in keeping light with the Undermated Anime series I'm doing, I'm going to be talking about another anime that I think, in my opinion, that should be talking about more, that does not get enough attention that it deserves.
00:24This anime is going to be a bit more on the spicy side, in my opinion. It's probably going to depend on your perspective, your preference, for what you like in anime.
00:39So there's a good chance you may or may not be interested in this one, but for me, I'm just going to go with it, alright?
00:47Alright, now for today's video, we're going to be talking about Monster Musumi.
00:53I think that's it, pronounced it.
00:55Alright, now uh, Monster Musumi is basically a fantasy harmony sort of style anime.
01:04So, it's more on the adult side, I would say.
01:08Now, it's not like full-blown, you know, adult stuff that happens in anime, but you can expect some bit of, you know, nudity.
01:17Alright, so if that's probably eternal for you, or something that you don't really want to see in anime, then you will probably gonna have to skip this one.
01:28Now, if you guys don't really mind that sort of thing, then you will probably more likely have a good time watching this anime.
01:35But I will be frank here, I didn't really have much expectations going into this anime, so I was just supposed to expect to see, like, action, you know?
01:46Like, the sort of, like, halant action that eats here in hentai.
01:51Right?
01:52Just based on watching, like, the, um, the posters and pictures of it, I was thinking, hmm, hey, there's probably gonna be some wicked action in this.
02:00So, I didn't even have any expectations in terms of, like, characters and the story itself, or where it was gonna go.
02:08And I ended up finding myself pleasantly surprised.
02:11So, that's actually a, really a, uh, good thing, from my experience.
02:18The plot of the anime is basically based on this guy named, this guy named Kimi Hiroto, I think I pronounced her name properly.
02:26He is a Japanese student, who will end up becoming involved with this thing called the Interspecies Cultural Exchange Program.
02:36What should you think about it?
02:38It's like a funny, stable way to take on immigration and, you know, different cultures.
02:47Except, it's not people from different countries, it's actually people of different species.
02:54Right?
02:55The thing is that all the people that he ends up becoming involved with are basically girls from different species.
03:02Which is actually pretty fun and it makes her pretty interesting haram anime.
03:07Now, the first, the main one is Mia, a girl that's basically half woman, half snake.
03:15Um, next one is Papi, which is a girl who has part body of a bird.
03:24Then you have one that's part horse.
03:27And then you have one that's, you know, part spider.
03:32And one that's part slime, which is, well, obviously I know that one was the one who was the tentacle ones for all the action.
03:43They even have one that's part zombie and ogre.
03:47You know, so all sorts of different types of species.
03:51It's not really that big on story or plot to say the least.
03:59Um, it's basically just everyday life of this guy with all these different girls who he ends up having to, you know, take under his house and look after them.
04:11What it really does is it puts some really good, um, foreplay, some really good interaction among the characters.
04:19You know, you get to see some really funny scenarios they all put in.
04:24How they have to interact with each other.
04:27How they learn to get along.
04:29So it really does match to surprise you in a lot of ways in those stances.
04:36Um, outside that, there's not very much else to it.
04:41Um, it's a, I would say, happy-go-lucky type anime.
04:47Um, I don't think there'll be anything that big to expect from it.
04:55Um, afterwards, basically fantasy anime type anime.
05:00So, but DSC is what you get.
05:04Basically what I'm saying.
05:06But, for me, you know, as someone who didn't really expect much I'd say.
05:11It was actually a pretty fun time to watch.
05:15Um, I wasn't really that disappointing or more to say the least.
05:20In fact, I actually re-watched it again recently.
05:23I think it actually holds up pretty well.
05:26You know, haven't we watched it after a couple years ago?
05:31It's not really that bad.
05:33In fact, it's something worth recommending.
05:36But, at the same time, it's gonna depend on your preference and your taste in terms of what you look for in anime.
05:44If you're not into the harem, you know, adult humor stuff that anime tends to play off.
05:52You probably might not like this.
05:54If you don't mind it.
05:56You probably may enjoy it.
06:02But, so it could be a hit or miss.
06:05But, for me, I think it's underrated.
06:08There.
06:09So, yeah guys, I guess that pretty much sums up the video here.
06:12There's not really much else I can say about the anime.
06:16Um, since it's not really that heavy on plot.
06:19There's nothing much to spoil.
06:21Nothing much to dive into.
06:24So, you can probably knock yourself out of this one.
