Welcome everyone in today's feature film from 1956 and called Warning from Space, we are in for a real treat. We are going to meet the Pairan. A starfish race of people from the planet Paira and yes you heard me correctly, I said starfish. Five pointed, one-eyed starfish. Now the Pairan are friendly race and believe it or not, in the same orbit as us. We just never see each other for some unknown reason (just go with it, the costumes are great). The Pairan come to our planet from the opposite of the sun to warn us of....IMPENDING DOOM! It seems that a rogue planet is headed towards us on a collision course. Now at first the Pairan come to our planet in flying saucers, even landing on our planet but this does no good. You see if you don't freak out when your walking down the road and see a large up right starfish walking towards you. That's it, I'm giving up the drink. So what to do, what to do. Well, never fear. They come up with a plan to try and contact scientist Dr. Kumara and others working with him by changing their appearance. Oh yes my friends, the Pairan's are full of surprises. They have many powers, shapeshifting, speed, able to leap into the air and even warp to other places. So will the Pairan be able to get their message across, will Dr. Kumare and his friend Dr. Matsuda be able to stop the collision in time and what of famous Japanese entertainer Hikari Aozora, oh did I forget to mention her. Will she be able to explain her new found powers. This and more will be answer my friend in today's movie. Staring in this fishy tale we have..Keizō Kawasaki, Toyomi Karita, Bin Yagisawa as a Pairan, Shōzō Nanbu, Bontarō Miake, Isao Yamagata and more.
